Last year I bought the materials to put a new roof on my home.
I had roofed before, but by no means knew what I was doing.
I went to western materials in East Wenatchee to buy everything for the job. Aaron helped me pick everything out and was fully competent and knowledgeable in roofing.

I have never seen anyone with the people skills and customer service that I got from Aaron.

He even stopped by house to help me with the transition flashing, chimney flashing, and more.
I could not have completed this job properly without the advice Aaron gave me.

Western materials is lucky to have him in their roofing department. He will not b.s. you. He is up-front, honest, and a phenomenal salesman.

Aaron far exceeded expectations of quality customer service. I can not thank him enough. I will direct anyone I ever meet to go to western materials for any construction materials.
Aaron went above and beyond for me and I can't thank him enough. Thank you so much.

Stopped in for some leveling blocks. Good location. Good selection of products and examples of how they are used. Free on site parking. Worth the visit.

Awhile ago about 6 months
ago we got pavers and holes started appearing all over the pavers , so my wife called and western materials and they sent us to talk to a person from pasco like if we paid them ... We called and the guy didn't even give us a date when and just asked for our address. I'm surprised on how they didn't care and acted like they don't have a whole company running , they say the quality is very good but yet they have holes on the pavers .If it was up to me I would put 0 stars , because they're in responsible, don't know how to keep it professional, and don't know how to be responsible about their own materials .WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH .

A year later and I am still waiting for some action from this company regarding asphalt and concrete damage (fixed the concrete myself as it was unsafe). I have been a customer since 2007 on various projects, but this is the first time I feel like I am not valued as a customer. Will update as my experience continues.

The staff at this shop have a vast knowledge. We had an RV that needed its roof sealed. They showed us the best way and most economical way to do it. I highly recommend them.

Pricing questions
1. What is the average roof replacement cost for a residential home?
+-

4. What is the typical roof leak repair cost, and how is it calculated?

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
