Great people. Had them service my father's travel trailer. My father has traumatic brain injury and was having issues with the power and some outlets. They came out and fixed the trailers issues with professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend A's for any RV/Travel Trailer needs.

We bought a refurbished water heater from them and Installed it and it leaked, took it back they had it repaired, pick it up installed it and was missing parts now. Called and Andrew sent out a technician with a new water heater on them! So wonderful to know there is still customer service in this world today!! Thank you A’s!

We were so happy we went to A's. This business knows how to deliver excellent customer service. Would 100% recommend them. If they were closer to us we would use them for any RV issue!
We were recently traveling through Wenatchee in our camper van and had a problem with our propane. They fit us in the day after we called and the technician quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed valve. Andrew spent a lot of time searching on the web for the part. Since the part was not readily available they came up with a solution to hook up to an external tank so we could still have propane until we could get the replacement valve. And they again fit us in the next day to install this fix so we could enjoy the rest of our trip. Best customer service we've experienced in a looooong time!

Thought I had a roof leak on RV, technician came out, thoroughly inspected entire roof and determined it was just condensation. Didn't charge me and was very easy to deal with. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you A's Parts & Repair.

The As Team has been superb to me, supporting me with supplier, materials, and how-to support throughout all my RV repairs & troubleshooting issues. They are a family of technical advice & support and all are willing to go the extra mile. I can't speak high enough of Andrew especially, always willing to give advice & take time to ensure things are very clear to you as a customer.

I can say enough good things about Andrew and crew. Our trailer was towed there at the end of June due to a broken leaf spring. Andrew worked with suppliers to find replacement leaf springs and worked with our service contract company. We picked up the trailer this past weekend and I’m very happy with the work and their customer service!

Only place in town that had the part I needed and compared to ordering online it was in the same price range but time was of essence and saved my a giant headache huge thumps up

We discovered our trailer toilet was leaking at our 1st camp spot. On our way to our 2nd spot we stopped in Wenatchee and A’s was recommended for having all kinds of trailer parts. We found the parts needed needed which fixed the problem and we saved money as Andrew recommended an after market part which worked great. Thank you for the great customer service and help!

Had an incident with our airstream breaking the clamp holding the sway bar in place while traveling through Wenatchee. The people who helped us couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Our repair was completed in a little over an hour and we were on our way. I would highly recommend this business.

We can not say enough great things about Albert and Amanda !!!! We arrived at our campsite and while hooking up we discovered we had a broken water line to the toilet and water went everywhere. It was after 4 and we called then by luck. Albert was so kind and knew right away what we would need, we were 27 miles from them and we met us with the part and he had us bring the toilet with us and put the part in for us.
Albert and his wife not only came out to meet us and fix everything for us but they were so kind and offered we we needed him to come in the morning because something was leaking he would.
We are so grateful and we thank God for helping us to find such a wonderful couple so we could continue our trip.

Wow! I wish all businesses operated like these folks!! We had no trailer brakes on a 44’ fifth wheel and needed it fixed fast because we were going to be navigating many mountain passes. Buddy worked on our rig after his normal work day to accommodate our schedule. Buddy was knowledgeable and extremely caring. Amazing job to Buddy and the folks at A’s!!

Our black tank valve broke off on our trip to Chelan. We tried everything we could to repair it without success. We hit the jackpot when Buddy wirh A’s was able to make the repair. We know they were busy, but they made it happen. Buddy knew what he was doing, was professional, efficient, and friendly. He saved the day. Thank you for saving our trip!

Used them for a mobile repair and are very pleased with the service, their knowledge, the pricing – you will not regret calling them!
We are staying in the area all season, May through October. Not really set up where we can hook up and drive to them so we called and arranged a mobile repair. Know that they are and will probably stay very busy – they do great work and are in demand! They did manage to fit us in around another visit in the same park. I got a call that they were going to be a little later than expected. Bonus points for this! I had tried working with another mobile repair service – those folks twice never called and never showed up. Very professional of A’s to make that simple call to let me know they would be a little late!
The technician arrived and got right to work. He hooked up a meter and determined what I suspected. The motor in one of our rooftop A/C units had seized up. We talked about it and I decided to have them replace the whole unit. Better in the long run. He got right to work.
Before I knew it the replacement was all done with blessedly cold air coming out! We endured a week of 100-degree temperatures with one unit up and one down, and they took great care of us! Good, quality work, and the final price was quite a bit less than the original estimate. Consider me a very pleased customer! I think you will be too!

Nice folks willing to answer a lot of newbie questions regarding RVs. Decent selection of commonly needed RV parts and a service garage, as well.

Buddy came out on three separate occasions for three separate issues on our RV in Peshtasin. He was always right on time and right on the money when it came to the diagnosis and repair. There's no way any one can top his service, respect for the customer and ability to find and fix any problem. On a scale of 1to 5, 5 being tops, he is a 10.

We bought a 2018 Tiffin and drove it back from Alabama with no problems. Of course, the first time wanted to take it out camping the passenger rear slide wouldn’t retract. We thought we knew the problem but couldn’t get to the alligator clip that had come undone. A’s was called (on Tiffin’s authorized repair list) and they were so nice. They couldn’t come out right away (which they apologized for) but came out at 7:00 am the next morning, well before they open. Fixed the problem immediately and charged us more than a fair price to get us on the road again ($157.00). Highly recommend

A's was great at walking me through the steps to decide the type of receiver I wanted, and the got it done in a timely fashion, under estimate too.

Blew an airbag on my coach. They (Buddy) responded and diagnosed the issue and recommended a great shop who could do the work. 48 hrs later I was on the road!!

Very good RV repair and reasonable rates. Buddy was our tech and he came out to us and fixed our water filtration system that cracked during winter. Took my RV furnace two A's parts and repair they had it fixed within hours and at a reasonable price since then they have been my go-to place for anything RV for supplies and information it appears to be a family-based business there's nothing more important than family I look forward to my next trip there I always learn something
