We had TGR re-roof our house and we would highly recommend them for any roofing job you might need done. While we won't be needing a new roof anytime soon now, we would without hesitation use them again. The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. Cole and Rhonda were responsive and prompt with any questions, worked with our remodeling schedule, and helped us through some severe weather issues out of their control. The crew that showed up was polite and got right to work. We were also really impressed with how clean our yard was after each day given how messy of a job a roof can be, there was only the tiniest amount of debris we found, less than a handful from the entire job! The guys also were very communicative about what they were doing and were respectful of our property, home, and landscaping. Overall, we had a great experience from our first call to TGR to having a complete roof. Thanks again!

We had excellent service starting with the quote. The GF actually inspected our roof for an accurate quote. The roofers were on time and very continuous of cleanup. They have pride in workmanship. Thanks for our beautiful roof.

TGR responded well to my request for emergency repairs with an upcoming holiday weekend. This was especially great as we had had a wind storm and I am sure they had many calls before mine. They did GREAT work!!

This is a tile roof and had tiles either blown off due to winds or cracked upon installation. First time they came out and replaced tiles (which I supplied) at no charge. Next year I had several tiles cracked and slipping, requested the same service and they came out , spent 20 minutes replacing tiles (again supplied by me) no mention of any fees (was never charged before) and then I got a bill for over $500.00. I don’t mind paying service fees, but they should tell you in advance especially since they didn’t charge the time before.

I have used their services a number of times over the last 30 years they've always helped me problem-solve and figure out the best solution for the type of roof that I have to work on and that's not always been an easy job if I didn't believe in them and Trust in them I wouldn't be coming back year after year after year. ...KaRon Barrera

Our experience with TGR was better than expected. We had checked way before hand with 2 other roofers. One, we had used before. Neither one would give us an estimate. GTR not only gave us an estimate, but an evaluation of our old roof. A complete explanation of what they would do and what materials they would use. We have decided to wait for a couple of years before doing our roof but TGR will be the first ones called when we're ready.

Having moved from the Yakima area 14 years ago, we had no clue whom to call for roof repairs. The metal roof on one of our rental homes sustained wind damage from the freak storm we had on May 30. After researching area roofing companies online, I quickly learned that TGR had lots of experience and numerous excellent reviews. We got quotes for both repairing the damaged roof and also for replacing the entire roof (but switching to asphalt shingles) and we ended up with the full replacement. With the job now complete, I have to say that we are thoroughly satisfied with TGR and gladly recommend them. From dealing with Rhonda in the office to working with the entire crew, I always found them professional and delightful to work with and wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again in the future with a roofing need! Contacted TGR about a new roof.. They came out quickly and gave me an estimate that was very fair.
We chose a color that was backordered but they are expediting the roofing a.s.a.p.

TGR was professional from start to finish. They actually began ahead of the proposed date. Each day, after the work , the crew cleaned up spotlessly. They paid attention to detail on the job. Their responsiveness was prompt throughout the project. would highly recommend them!

TGR is great. Called to have them look at my office roof and Trey showed up 15 minutes later. Great guy and very helpful. Before selling me on a roof fix, he offered other solutions that may help more immediately and should be done anyway.

I don't think it's possible to have a smoother transaction than I did with TGR. Cole & DJ came out on a rainy, cold, late winter day to review the project. I had an estimate within 24hrs. Made a decision. Ronda scheduled a start date. A day and a half after the start date my old roof was removed, the new roof installed, everything cleaned up - it was like they were never there. Not sure how it could be improved. Great job!

TGR, Inc did an immaculate job on an entirely new roof. They were communicative the entire job and sent picture updates. When they found issues with roof sheeting they quickly ordered new materials to handle it. Everything looks incredibly sharp. Excited to no longer have a leaking roof. Highly recommended.

They do answer the phone but getting them to show up or schedule a time to complete the job is an entirely different story. They make you sign a lengthy contract and put 50% down but after that good luck! They did complete my job 2 months after I sent a check and had to harass them to do so. I felt they did a very rushed job and did not complete the work to the contract or clean up the metal scraps on the ground after the job. I am giving 2 stars as they did eventually do the work but they are not worth the headache.

TGR Roofing was awesome to work with. They actually answer their phone when you call and kept us informed throughout the process on when things were happening for what was needed on our roof. Although what we needed was small, they fit us in and took care of us right away. Very knowledgeable and Professional! Highly recommend them - I know we will use them again if needed!

Great workmanship and on schedule. A little better price and saving my old metal roofing as requested would have netted an additional star.

Had an Insidious roof leak for 9+ years that never got repaired correctly. Other roofers tried quick fixes which never worked or lasted. TGR went up analyzed the issue, took pictures, and gave me their professional assessment. Then, for a fair price, they came in and stripped the affected area and completely repaired the roof, replacing flashing, sealing the roof to include installing perfectly matching shingles. It is such a relief to know this job was done right this time. I would use these folks again for any roofing issue.

roofing your home is scary because if you're like me you don't know anything about it, so its hard to gage who is trustworthy. I had a couple of bids, and even though TGR was the highest, i went with them because of their customer service and thorough professionalism with the contract and its details. They are quick in returning phone calls and supervisors are on site. I highly recommend them!!

Trey, Ronda and the whole TGR team were professional and helpful throughout the project at our home in Wenatchee. The tear-off of our shake roof was fast and at the end of the day was cleaned up well. The installation of the new roof was done with care and looks beautiful.

I am very pleased with the job TGR,Inc. did on my roof They are very professional, answered all my questions and completed the job on time. They cleaned up extensively each day. They were very accommodating. My job was on the small side. They treated it like it was important and promptly sent the right people.

They do not fix the problem and then do not stand behind their work. They were to evaluate and repair a leak over our garage and they sent out a guy with a ladder and a tube of caulk and a caulk gun, when this did not work they were willing to come back out to see about fixing it correctly if I wanted to pay them again to redo the repair. Would never recommend them or use them again!!!!!
