Western Mass Prowash are true professionals! They were diligent, took care of our home, and for the first time since we bought our home I’m not having water run over the sides of our gutters and land on our walkways and porch. They power washed clean the gutters and now I realize I should have had them do that a long time ago. They’re great to work with!

Not only did they do an amazing job on the house, front porch, walkway, shed and Trex deck, but our cedar fence was restored to look new again. It literally dried to look brand new. I hired Western Mass Prowash to clean the exterior of my vinyl sided house. I had pressure washed the house multiple times over my 16 years of ownership but the siding (and especially the white trim) had developed stubborn dark streak stains that I was struggling to remove. Steve came in and applied a special cleaner that worked amazingly well. I also want to commend this team on their punctuality and attention to every detail. Our house is supplied by a water well and Steve took steps to ensure that we did not over draw the well’s water during the cleaning process. Overall this was a great experience and I highly recommend this company.

They were done in the time they thought, about an hour and a half, and the results are looking very promising, as they said it takes a while for the rains to then wash away the residue, etc. everyone was very pleasant and easy to communicate with.

The day of service they were on time, they worked smoothly with their crew, they showed kindness, caring, and concern with our dog and children and worked around them.

Make sure to never use someone who powerwashes a shingled roof. Steve and his crew were very courteous, professional, and thorough when cleaning my roof, washing the exterior of the house, and powerwashing the patio. They took great care to avoid harming any of the nearby plants and trees. The house and patio look amazingly clean! As expected, it is too early to tell about the roof but the moss/lichen on the shingles have changed color and should break up and wash away in the next few weeks. All in all, I am very pleased.

I am so happy I chose Western Mass Prowash to clean the exterior of my home. Steve and his crew were so professional and methodical in every aspect of the job. The vinyl siding looks brand new and the windows sparkle! They replaced the window screens for each window and the sills are a crisp white again.
