Contacted Scott recently when after some heavy rain a leak in our roof made itself evident by dripping through our ceiling. That’s a stressful feeling. Scott replied to me minuets later on a Saturday evening and assured me they’d get on this quickly. Derek came out a couple days later got right on it. Besides some seepage down a board in the attic next to suspect valley, the exact source couldn’t be located so some shingle tear-off ensued. Derek found the leak and got right on the repair. The 17 year old roof is a green 3 tab type and my least concern was a color match as the roof will get replaced in the near future. Sure I’ll get a few estimates but I’ll be sure to put West Side Home Improvements at the top of the list.

Scott and his crew were fantastic to work with they made sure to communicate with us from start to finish they showed up when they said they would and if not they made sure to notify us they went above and beyond to cater to our needs and make things happen working with insurance companies ain’t always easy and can be frustrating at times Scott walked us through everything and made it happen we had a couple of small issues that we ran into stemming from the old contractors that built our house Scott quickly addressed them and repaired them my wife and I are very satisfied at the overall finish and highly recommend Scott and his company for all your construction needs and will definitely be using them again in the future

My dog has dementia and I needed linoleum cut for my kitchen to protect my vintage flooring for the end of pup’s life. The install was perfect and the installers were accurate and efficient. I am so appreciative.

I spoke to Scott about having new gutters put on my house. He came out to our home and gave us a price and made arrangements to do the work last Saturday. Two fellows came to do the work. They were very efficient and cleaned up after they were finished. I am very pleased with the work. Scott is very easy to work with and is a man of his word. I would recommend his company if you need gutters.

I hired them to paint my house and replace my gutters. I thought the work was amazing. I appreciated the quick response and follow-up from West Side when we found a couple of trims that were missed. They came the very next day and got all the spots that were easily missed (I live here, and I didn't notice for a whole day). They kept me in the loop about the whole process from beginning to end, and even further to make sure I was happy with how everything turned out. Was thankful for having West Side Home Improvements handle everything for me while my wife and I had our hands full elsewhere.

I had West Side Home Improvements come out to replace an interior door leading to the garage and I needed a fire rated door. Dave did an excellent job ensuring that the new door would fit properly. And he cleaned up the entire area where he worked. I have hired several contractors for updating my home and West Side Home Improvements are the best! Scott is a phenomenal communicator, he and his crew really know their stuff! We had a section of shingles decide they didn't want to stick around on our roof any longer, near the peak of the roof, of course - they were able to come out and do the repairs before the rainy weather descended upon us, thwarting any future (and long term) issues from that bare spot.

Fast and efficient is an understatement - they also didn't try to upsell us on a whole new roof (even though we know - and they know - that we're nearing the end of the life of this particular roof). We're saving our pennies so we can have West Side Home Improvements come back to give us a new roof next spring. Looking forward to the final outcome for sure! Highly recommend.

They had not allocated the amount of time that our job required because it was not expected to be so extensive. Absolutely amazing experience! We had our siding replaced, some of the exterior fixed, and then painted. I cannot recommend them enough! Scott is an amazing guy and his team is very detail oriented. He checked on them to make sure all was going well and prices are reasonable for all that needed done. Anytime anything came up he was quick to let me know and come up with a plan how to move forward. If you're looking for a sign to go with them this is it! I have used other contractors in the past but none are as good as WSHI. They will leave you amazed with how wonderful they can make your home look!!

Scott arrived on time and performed the job as quoted even though there was a lot more moss on the roof than he expected. Bagged up all of the moss and hauled it away. Highly recommend.
