I am extremely pleased with West Oahu Roofing's prompt and professional service to fix a small roof leak over my living room and repairing an exterior corner of my home subject to water damage over years. Bernard came to my home found the roof leak right away and sent a proposal in a couple of days. He sent his carpenter to assess the rotted exterior wall. Both problems were fixed in less than one day and on the same day! I will always consider West Oahu Roofing for future roofing issues.

I contracted to re-roof my garage along with replacing rotten plywood and fascia boards. They did such a terrible job of replacing of the wood - in a nutshell using used plywood, not nailing joints on center, numerous nails missing the rafters, removing the hanger bolts for my PV panels and not replacing them correctly.

So VERY glad to find this company! I spent MONTHS trying to hire a roofing company, but my home isn't very big and the other companies had other jobs that were going to pay more money, so my roof just wasn't a priority for them--and by extension, neither was I.

West Oahu Roofing came in with the lowest bid of the five estimates I eventually got, but it was that sense of being respected as a person, not just a paycheck, to Mr. Balais (the owner) that made me select this company--after all, the lowest bid isn't always going to give you the best end result. But in this case it did.

Mr. Balais was fabulous--on time, communcative and professional throughout the entire process. He and his crew wore masks whenever they interacted with me or each other, and he managed to fit me into the schedule and finished the job the same week we signed the contract. He is above board and wouldn't accept the first payment until they actually started the work.

His team of skilled roofing professionals, including an in-house licenced carpenter, were respectful, dilligent, and prompt. And most of all, they got the job done. I could not be happier with my new roof--it looks great and is rock-solid, giving me tremendous peace of mind. Thank you West Oahu Roofing!
