Working with First Class Roofing was easy, quick, and great pricing… overall truly professional. Met with the owner Dugan, he came out to our house overlooked the job and with in a day gave me a proposal, looked at the break down and set a date. Dugan set up the deliveries for the material and trash bin. His guys bang out our roof in 1 day , and at the end of the day his crew went around and cleaned up all of the excess rubbish while Dugan showed me the finish work with his drone. Great first experience! I needed to change some flashings on my roof that I thought was the cause of some leaks when it rained. Bryan and Israel came out and took a look, worked with my schedule, and made recommendations and gave me options that would help remedy my leaking problem and also down the line to help invest in my roof. Aloha! Because of the previous week's storm, part of our aluminum roofing and siding bent over the top and exposed the bare roof underneath. We called 3 businesses, 1 did not return our call, the 2nd did not do aluminum roofing/repair. The 3rd call was to Bryan at First Class Roofing. He returned our call promptly, was courteous and scheduled an appointment the following day.
Bryan came on time (he came from the West side while we live on the East). Our aluminum roof is old and the type we had was no longer available; however, Bryan said he would take a look and see what he can do.
He took his tools and some supplies onto the roof and within a short time fixed it. When I asked how much, he said no worries, no charge. I was very impressed!
We thought this was going to be a costly expense, especially if it needed to be redone. Bryan was very honest and said although the roof is old, it was still in pretty good shape and since he was able to fix it, we didn't have to redo the roof. This is rare in these days to find someone like this! Very classy!

I highly recommend First Class Roofing as they did a fantastic job of replacing my parents old roof that was 25+ years old. I am very happy of how nice the roof looks and the overall quality of the work. Bryan and John communicated very well through out the entire project, took the time to answer my questions and walked me through the steps of replacing my parents roof. Bryan also went above and beyond to accommodate us since we didn't want ridge vents, they came up with different solutions in order to maintain the material warranty and to address other serious issues that we had with our roof (rafters and rafter tails). I was also impressed of how well Bryan and the experienced workers would correct any mistakes that were made by the younger workers and or each other. They made sure that everything was done correctly and was square as possible since the house was built in the 60s. All the workers worked very hard to make sure the project finished on time and that their work was something they could be proud of. Its been a few weeks already and there are no leaks and all the shingles are still secure as we had quite a bit of heavy rain and wind.

Bryan did a great job and attended to my concerns. He addressed what my concerns were and even water tighted the areas where my roof was leaking and creating damage in the ceiling until he could schedule me in for a new roof. He’s easy to communicate with and also had a very good and experienced manager who oversaw the job.

From the start , Bryan was upfront about everything from cost, potential issues that we could run into as well as information regarding the materials he was using. I have been in the construction industry for over 30 years as a skilled tradesman, foreman and now a construction inspector and really appreciated how professional they were. He responded to questions/concerns quickly and with honest replies. The work was top notch and his workers were respectful and did a thorough job of cleaning my property during the 2 days they were onsite. They definitely live up to the name, and would recommend men to others.

After 22 years, it was time for a new roof. First Class Roofing was definitely the right choice for us. The company is licensed, insured, and has workers' comp. Extremely important when people are working on your property. And the 5 star reviews are spot on! Bryan, the owner, is extremely thorough. He helped us coordinate the removal and reinstallation of our solar panels and his company also inspects and replaces any rotten roof decking or fascia before the new flashing and shingles go down. The company uses top-quality products and now we can rest assured our roof will last another 40 years. The First Class Roofing team finished our roof in 2 days and it looks spectacular! The guys started on time, were courteous, and cleaned everything up when they finished. Bryan personally makes the final inspection and his standards are high. First Class Roofing checked all the boxes!

Easy to work with, on time and seem less & fast installation. The only thing they need to improve on is clean up which the Owner tries his very best to inform his team. They have a slight room for improvement which needed on every business to grow! Other than that, we love our roof and skylight! I would recommend them in a heartbeat! I'm rating First Class Roofing 10 out of 5. When the strong winds loosened a corner of my gutter, creating continuous loud banging in my neighborhood, I called a couple of roofers for an estimate on my 21 y.o. roof. I was told they will only inspect if I first signed a form to file a claim with my homeowner's insurance. Prior, I have done on-line research on signs of wind damage, e.g. blown shingles, and unfortunately I didn't see any, not even a tiny piece. First Class was last on my list. Hmm. . . average level 5 rating; statistically impossible but worth a try. Bryan Dugan called me back within the hour and came to inspect my roof. After looking at my loose gutter, he went to his truck, got his tools out, climbed to the 2d story roof and nailed down the buggah securely. He said my roof was showing age but no wind damage. But, if it had damage, he would work with me on a claim. I hired him on the spot.

Bryan put action into the spirit of Aloha and Ohana. He didn't try to pull a roof over my head. He freely shares his knowledge of the roofing business that he built upon, starting as an 18 y.o. roofer. You just have to meet him to experience what I am saying. He's highly responsive before and after the job. I texted him on a Saturday just to test, and he responded immediately! [Sorry, Brian.]

He mentioned other roofers that I might want to call. Basically, he did not want My business; I had to want HIS business. He also installed the top of the line solar attic fan as well as using only a top rated shingle product-line. He did not cut corners for profit and gave me a discount. He and his crew finished the job in 1.5 days. They showed up 30 minutes before start time to lay out everything and set up their PPEs! His workers of 5 were polite and worked in unison, like busy worker bees on a mission. After a thorough clean up, Bryan flew a drone over my roof for final inspection and emailed photos to me plus a bonus photo of my family. I'm still smiling . . .

The quality of the work completed was top notch. I was most impressed with the clean up. Our grass had grown a little thicker then usual. After roof work was completed we mowed. Very few nails etc were found. The workers were both skill and nice. Almost anyone could assist in answering technical concerns I had. The work was finished in a timely manner with quality being the major concern.

Overall the value was there. One of the lower bids yet the products used were of greater quality increasing the value received.

First Class is an excellent description of the service this team provides. Bryan was able to find an almost exact match to the discontinued roofing tiles my HOA requires. When the tiles arrived, his team immediately got to work and had everything staged on the roof the first day on Site. The 2nd day on site, they had 90% of the roof installed. on the 3rd day, they completed the entire job and had extra time to do some repairs and replacements to my existing roof, and clean up all of the rubbish at the site. If you are ever westbound on the H-1 freeway take a look on your left about half a mile before Home Depot and you will see a large completed reroofing job at Pearl City Hongwanji. First Class roofing replaced our old rusty roof and did a first class job. The boss Bryan is very honest and upfront. Everything he said he would do he did and at a very fair price. We got 3 bids for our reroof job and First Class Roofing was by far the best bid. Some of our board of directors members were hesitant because First Class Roofing is such a young company. But we voted to accept their bid and we are glad we did. The job took around 7 working days and was just completed today 1-23-2023, the quality looks good. We definitely recommend First Class Roofing for any large or small job.

I have never been so satisfied with the completion of such a "major" project. In the beginning I didn't know how to approach replacing my roof. First Class Roofing visited the site on a Sunday which was the only day I was available.
