Lance from West County Roofing came out and took a look at my roof. He was super informative and friendly. He gave us suggestions on inexpensive solutions to the issues we had with our roof before trying more expensive solutions and even fixed a few pieces that came loose for me.

West County Roofing did an amazing job! Adam kept me up to speed every step of the way. It's hard to find companies to do small jobs and not only did they take it on they fit me in quickly even though they were very busy. They are the real deal not a fly by night company.

We recently bought a new house and there was a gap in the soil stack on our roof. Lance came out to take a look and sealed the gap. He was very knowledgeable, explained the cause of the problem and how he fixed it. Great communication throughout the whole process. I will definitely use West County Roofing again for any future roofing needs.

Dallas with West County Roofing came out to inspect what we thought was a leak in our roof or attic vent. As it turned out, what he discovered was an unsealed vent pipe connection as the cause of the leak. Off to call our plumber to get that pipe connection properly sealed now! We are so appreciative of Dallas's thoroughness and friendly professionalism. You can bet that when we need roof repair or replacement in the future we'll be calling on West County Roofing to do the job! Highly recommend.

We can't thank Jeff and his crew enough. Our gutter (along with the fascia) fell from a bad storm a few weeks ago leaving a part of our attic exposed to rain, birds, critters, etc. I understand my fallen gutter was not priority given that other areas had more severe storm damage, but Jeff and his guys were able to take time out of their busy schedule to board up the side of my house providing me with a huge sense of relief. Thanks West County Roofing for providing such excellent service!!

I have had a minor wind damage issue with my fascia. When I saw the truck pull up across the street I asked if he could take a look. I’m a little older and not very steady on an extension ladder. Dallas looked at it and said I will fix that now. That kind of reaction does not happen very often. I very much appreciated Dallas being customer orientate. Unfortunately seems to be lost art. recommend and encourage you to give West County Roof a chance for all your roofing and siding needs.

West County Roofing replaced my roof after a hail storm. Adam Kinney walked me through the process, dealt with the back and forth with the insurance company and ended up getting them to approve an entire roof and gutter replacement! The crew they sent out did an amazing job and completed the roof in a single day. The owner, Mike Grossman, also did me favor and helped my mother with some minor roof repairs at cost just to help us out. If you need a new roof or have storm damage please call West County Roofing first and let them explain the entire process. They were polite, knowledgeable and there was no pressure to even use them. They just told me my options and responded promptly with any questions I had. Baywood Villages contracted with West County Roofing to re-roof 107 townhomes and we are very happy with their work. Mike, Dallas and Adam were thorough in their pre-work inspections and we encountered no surprises throughout the work process. Mike offered many helpful suggestions which improved the overall quality of our project. They engaged with the individual owners, answering questions and concerns. Their crews were efficient; Phase 1’s 35 townhomes were completed in 3 weeks. A very happy surprise—the worksite was left super clean each night and we have found few if any cast off nails, screws, etc. around the townhomes or on our streets. Our owners have complimented West County Roofing’s quality work and professionalism.

I had them out to do some reflashing on my chimneys as well as some gutter work and was super impressed with not only the craftsmanship but the level of customer service I received. Mike and Adam were so willing to answer my numerous questions as a young and cash strapped new home owner. They didn't try and over sell me on things I didn't need and talked me through all the repairs. They even took photos of some repair work my tuckpointers had done on the chimneys so that I could see because my roof isn't very accessible. Adalberto was respectful, clean, and efficient. He even checked in with me about start times in the morning because I am a shift worker with a weird sleep schedule and he wanted to be sure he didn't disturb me. I'm so glad I got the referral to West County Roof. It is such a relief to know I now have a safe and water tight home with a roof I can depend on. After being approached by what I would call a "storm chaser", I contacted West County Roofing for an inspection. Dallas came out and gave me what I felt was a straightforward explanation of the current status of my roof and a very competitive price. Working with Dallas and the office staff was a professional experience. We were so pleased with how the planning for the roof went, we added a roof vent and gutter guards to the project. I had West County out to replace my Masonite siding with Hardie. Mike and his team were extremely professional, and answered every question I had along the way. The job was done quickly and with a high level of craftsmanship.

West County Roofing and Construction gets a big thumbs up from us!! Who knew those cute little birds singing on our porch roof were creating havoc behind our backs! They had entered a space under the roofing through a small hole and built numerous nests under the shingles. It became obvious when a piece of the trim was pushed completely aside. A call to Mike Grossman and he was out to inspect the damage the next day. The damage was much more extensive than we realized. He submitted a proposal within a very short time and began repairs 2 days after our acceptance. His crew did a terrific job, replacing the damaged areas of the soffit and trim. his rates were very fair and we highly recommend.

Mike and his team went above and beyond for my commercial roof in Floyd, Va. Mike personally battled with the insurance company for over a year to ensure the claim was properly covered for the replacement. Trust me when I tell you that my life was in a world wind. I literally called West County roofing, and the owner was in the neighborhood. In 15 minutes of making the call, the owner was at my house, gave me a bid and two days later had the problem fixed. I cannot express how I appreciated the timely and professional manner this happened in such a time of chaos.

I called West County Roofing & Construction soon after a large piece of facia was blown off the front of my house. They answered my call live (i didnt have to leave a voicemail) and provided a qoute to me a few minutes after I sent them two pictures of the damage. I accepted the qoute and they completed the job the next morning. The repair looks perfect. From my initial inquiry to finished repair was less than a day. Awesome customer service. The whole process was smooth start to finish. I highly recommend this company.

I've had a sunroom roof on a log home that has been slowly leaking over the last year or so and I was tired of having various small fixes done with no lasting results. Mike with West County Roofing was very quick to respond and schedule my roof work. He came out quickly to examine the roof with several experienced workers and was direct and honest about potential issues. He proposed several solutions varying in price and complexity and was honest about pricing on each option. Within a short time, Mike had managed to acquire all the materials, schedule a day to come and work on the roof, and even managed to work around my schedule conflicts. I couldn't have asked for a better, more trustworthy experience. Mike even set aside time to answer any questions I had over the phone so as to leave me with no questions. So far, after the big winter cyclone over Christmas 2022, I have had zero leaks with high winds, heavy rains, and ice/snow. I'm totally satisfied. I feel like the pricing was fair. I was even shown pictures of some of the issues with my roof once they had it torn down to bare decking. I could see how bad the condition of original roof was. This made me feel much better in choosing to use this company. I can appreciate this level of transparency in business practices especially ones involving heavy roof repair. I wish this company all the best and I would easily use them again. Also, when the contract says workers will clean the workplace they aren't lying. I've found most contractors like to clean their workplace by finding some obscure spot to dump and throw trash in, but West County Roofing brought their own dumpster and disposed of all trash in the appropriate place. Mike & his crew replaced my roof including necessary sheathing replacement professionally and in one day and did a wonderful job for a reasonable price, Mike worked with me on several details and I would give the highest ratings in regards to all aspects of the job.

Most of the time it’s very hard to surprise me but…….
We came to a point that we needed to replace the siding, including doors, windows and more. We went through the exhausting process of meeting with contractors and getting bids. They all where nice and professional, and we (me and my wife) new that’s it’s a matter of luck in the end of the day to choose the right person. You have to use your intuition (not always price is the right thing to go by). We almost chose a contractor, when someone told us about Mike from West County Roofing. The moment he came to the house we knew it! The way he listen to what we are looking for, the full transparency about his company, we knew we can trust him. The price was very competitive as well. He went with us “hand by hand” with choosing and advising and we felt very comfortable.
The first day when the crew came, we were in shock about how sufficient and how professional they were. The Forman was amazing. They worked at our house for 6 days 11-12 hours a day!!! They were amazing.
The detailed work was amazing as well. We saw Mike every day and we even meet his beautiful family. The end result of the project is amazing! It’s like living in a new house.
We can’t express even the appreciation we have for Mike (the owner) and for his crew. I won’t hesitate to referral him and his company to anyone and we definitely will use him to future projects.

I cannot express how appreciative I am of West County Roofing’s efficiency, kindness and responsiveness with the projects they have worked on. I had damage to my house after a bad storm and my roof is not the easiest to access let alone the design. Mike came out right away to assess the damage, was transparent and provided a timeline that was quick. The crew was respectful and did a great job cleaning up. I have and will be using them in the future for all my roofing and gutter projects.
