Robbie and the team over at KPro did an excellent job on our roof. Worked with our insurance agent and made it a seamless process for us.

As a real estate agent, I often need reliable contractors I can trust to take care of my clients—and Marco has become one of my go-to contacts for roofing. My seller recently found themselves in a bind and needed quick roof repairs. I called Marco, and he responded immediately. He was out at the property the very next day and completed the job efficiently and professionally.

This isn’t the first time I’ve worked with Marco—it's actually the 3rd or 4th time I've called on him, and each time he’s shown up quickly and delivered top-notch work. He also replaced my parents’ roof, and the quality was just as impressive.

I highly recommend Marco and his company to anyone needing roofing work done. Responsive, reliable, and excellent craftsmanship every time.

I want to preface this review with how excited I was to support a local business and someone I went to school with. K Pro was by far NOT the cheapest option to use but I trusted them. For anyone who chooses to use this company, I would see if you can get a completion date in writing. K Pro did my roof, siding, soffits, facia, and gutters. I had to pay in cash too, not my insurance.

I signed the first check on 06/2024, when K Pro started the work. I was told completion will take a total of “4, 5 maybe 6 weeks”. My house was finally completed in 02/2025. 8 months. My house is 2000 sqft 2 story. It’s a nice house but it’s not a mansion.

The communication or lack there of, was despicable. I practically begged for communication and to be in the loop on when work was to be done on my house. Sometimes the crew would show up and I didn’t know they were coming. Sometimes the crew would come when I was told they were coming and sometimes they wouldn’t. It would be weeks before I got a response from anyone from K Pro on why that keeps happening. I was always told on the lines of, “sorry that’s my bad, this other house took longer than expected I’ll get back with you when we can work on yours”. It was made very clear that my house was never a priority and as such I felt like a second class citizen to them.

Everything but the siding and soffits or facia had to be done twice. The roof was due to a manufactures defect so I’ll give K Pro that, although it took months to get a replacement roof on. The facia and soffits, one was the wrong color and one was the right color - I forget which but they had to re do that. I ordered a new skylight with my roof (at K Pro’s recommendation because of how ugly it was and how the new skylight would be more low profile) and I agreed. Then when I asked why it was not installed I was told I didn’t order one. They referenced the contract and realized I did order one and the new one was installed at their convenience a couple weeks later.

The crew would leave food scraps that my late dog would get into such as chicken wing bones, as well as other various trash. The crew blew my AC, and ruined my radon system, which K Pro took the cost of me having to pay for those off the final bill. Material would be left on my yard and in front of my house, drive way, and on the side walk for weeks at a time.

I’m just beyond disappointed with this company. I had more projects for my house I wanted K Pro to look at but after this sour experience I will be staying far away from this company.

Gabe I just wanted you to know how happy we are with our new roof that you and your crew at KPRO installed.. The last round of storms was terrible. Several homes lost shingles. Mine was not one of them. Thanks for the great job.

Kpro did a great job fixing the damage to my house caused by the storm. Matt is responsive and followed up with answers. Gesler made multiple trips to make sure my window screens are installed. Professional and friendly crew.

I cannot say enough positive things about KPro Roofing and Renovation. After receiving major hail damage to my roof, which during a storm came through the roof and also damaged my ceiling, I called my insurance agent who referred me to KPro Roofing and Renovation. I reached Jake Little who came to my house within the hour, assessed the damage, and even patched the damaged areas on the roof so that no further damage would be done until the roof could be repaired and replaced. Jake and the entire KPro staff were very profession, kind, and caring, and were wonderful to work with. Jake is extremely knowledgeable in all things related to roofing, and he explained everything thoroughly to me along the way. He helped me to pick roofing shingles that have very much enhanced the look of my house, and I have been receiving compliments on my roof from my neighbors ever since the new roof was put on. He definitely went way above and beyond during the whole process from start to finish. The roofing crew’s work was excellent and their clean up after the job was complete and excellent. The roofing job site supervisor, Gesler Joya, was also such as pleasure to work with, and he explained everything that was happening on the day that my roof was replaced, in a very polite and friendly way. The gentleman who repaired and painted the ceiling was also very prompt, polite, and did excellent work. The customer service in the office was also outstanding.

I reached out to K- Pro roofing for one of our rental properties after we got on the roof and found the ridge like this ( picture 1) I had a friend that referred me to K-pro and I’m glad they did- I reached out and spoke with Kyle at 3pm and by 7:30pm they had already made it to our property, fixed the spot we saw- and he pointed out that we needed some flashing as well and he got us completely done and water tight again in less than 4 hours! We will only be using K-pro for any of our roofing needs.

I got a full roof replacement on my older home in Glendale. From the quoting process to the installation and post-install review the team was nothing short of fantastic. Jake and Josh in particular helped me out a ton with the million new home owner questions I had and communicated updates throughout the process. They even installed a bathroom vent for me at no charge to connect my exhaust fan to. I have and will continue to recommend them. I will admit I was a bit skeptical at first that they had nothing but 5 stars on all their reviews, because surely no one is 100% satisfied, but after working with them I can see why they have the reviews they do.

K-Pro rep Marco handled our roof/gutter replacement with professionalism, communicating constantly throughout the entire process and accommodating every need to fit our schedule. He’s very personable and easy to deal with, and he kept all promises made and ensured our satisfaction with the work. We also had interior ceiling damage repaired and painted, and Marco went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. I highly recommend Marco and K-Pro as well. Kudos also to Kyle (the owner) for working to make sure we were completely satisfied This is our second time on two different houses using K-Pro, and in both cases with Marco and Kyle, our expectations were met and exceeded. A Gusting storm damages my shingles. Our HOA referred me to KPRO as he & a neighboring subdivision HIGHLY respect the work of KPRO on their homes. Here it is Sunday and their employee is on my roof assessing damage in the light RAIN and making sure we have no future water damage inside our home after I contacted them late Saturday….unbelievably fast, courteous, ethical, and a quality Company. And ‘Tucker’ had a smile to boot - as he explained options.

I called KPro on a Monday morning after we’d had storms damage our roof over the weekend. Jake was able to come to our home the same day and perform an inspection. He was very helpful and determined that our roof did not require replacement yet. I was impressed by his professionalism. He performed the inspection at no charge, explained why our roof did not need replacement yet, and what to keep an eye on in the future. When time comes for us to replace the roof, I look forward to working with them again.

We discovered that the house we were purchasing needed a new roof during our inspection. KPro no only worked with us on quick turnaround time (during the July 4th holiday) but they made some other suggestions regarding gutter updates as well. We are happy with the way it turned out and thankfully for their dedication. 100% recommend!!!

They are very professional and very helpful. Marco and Kyle initially helped several times last year without charging any fee or any promising hope that I would replace my roof. But this year I do need to replace my roof and no wonder hired them first. They are very generous as well that they gave me a special financing option. The job was done quick and fantastic. They are replacing all the rotten wood work ( with the best woodworker we have ever seen) painting all wood that is around our brick house, all new gutters and downspouts to match painting. Could not be happier than we are so far. We are very picky people, and have had nothing but a positive experience, no complaints. Would recommend this fabulous company to anybody that is looking to do any work needed, not only to increase the value of your home but give you a piece of mind that the job is done not only right, but more than ever expected. I would like to tell you that K Pro is the way to go. This is our third roofing company that we have gone to for our roofing repair. I’m happy to say, third times the charm. Communication was a huge improvement compared to the others. They told us the basic routine of what to expect. Later I told them that there may be a scheduling issue which they handled without issue. Great set of people to work with. We are extremely pleased with our roof.

Kyle was installing our neighbors roof (start to finish in 1day, wow!) and my wife asked if he would take a look a small leak in our kitchen. He promptly came over and found some nails had worked loose. He applied roof sealer in that and another possible problem area, for FREE!

KPro arrived to inspect my roof at the recommendation of my insurance agent after a hail storm and advised me to contact my agent to file a claim. Marco and Jake of KPro returned and reinspected with my insurance rep and it was agreed to be covered. At that time Marco assisted me in selecting replacement shingles and showed me in detail all the roofing materials to be used, when the materials would be delivered and when they would start. Before that date arrived we had another storm that blew additional shingles off the roof. They arrived the next day to make temporary repairs. During replacement the crew kept the perimeter of the house picked up as they removed the old and upon completion made three magnet sweeps around the house to assure no nails in yard. They were respectful of my property and their work was high quality. Everything was in order when they were finished. Marco returned the next day and did a drone aerial inspection and a second time with another rep to inspect the perimeter, and Jake stopped as well to check with us of any concerns. I waited till two rounds of rain to assure no leaks before making this review. We are totally satisfied with KPro’s quality of work and materials, and feel confident they will address any needs in the future. I highly recommend KPro to anyone in need of roofing repairs or replacement.

I've worked with a lot of contractors in my line of work and Robbie and K-Pro are up there with the best. We noticed a leak in our roof and called Robbie off a recommendation. He patched it that day free of charge even though we told him it would be a while before we could replace the whole roof. Robbie was very helpful through the whole process, especially dealing with insurance. We ended up getting a new roof, soffit, fascia, gutters, and downspouts from them. They were very professional, pricing was upfront and fair, crews showed up on time when we were told they would, they worked until they were done, and the end-result is high-quality. When it's time to replace siding and windows I know who I'll call.

With all the recent storms, rain, and wind we have had in Saint Charles, I called KPro to inspect my roof for damage. They came out within 24 hours of notification and fixed potential leak problems before they caused damage. They also found a major piece of siding that was blown off by the wind and provided a permanent solution. Marco and Robbie were amazing to work with, very knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate to tackle any task/repair. One of them was even stung by a wasp while on the roof and they didn’t miss a beat. These guys are the hardest working professionals out there! They do amazingly beautiful and precise work. My house has extremely difficult pitches and lots of custom designs, they didn’t hesitate to take on and absolutely crush this challenging project! I called K-pro at 5:30 pm concerning some flashing damage. I thought since it was after normal office hours they would return call the next morning. However, I got a call back within 25 minutes and they said that they would be at my house within 30 minutes. They came and inspected the roof and flashing and completed the repairs. Since a storm was in the forecast for that night it was very timely! This was one of the best responses to a call that I’ve ever had. Neighbors who have used this company for reroofing were also ver pleased! They noted that their work is very neat and they do an excellent job of cleanup.

The photo shows the excellent work and service we received from the KPro roofing crew and our contact, Jake Little (roof replaced but gutter replacement scheduled for next week). When Jake first approached us about evaluating the roof (after a hailstorm), he was professional and did not pressure us. When we made the decision to have the roof evaluated, Jake was there the same day to walk us through everything. He also came over when the insurance adjuster was at the house, and again, when the roof was being replaced. We could not be more pleased and highly recommend KPro roofing.

Robbie provided excellent service to my elderly grandparents and went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable and satisfied. He was patient, kind, and attentive to their needs, and always made sure to check in and see if there was anything else he could do for them. The care and attention he showed towards them was truly heartwarming and made a real difference in their day. He truly provides an exceptional experience.
