I hired Werner Roofing in January 2023 to repair a few spots in my roof that had been leaking. The crew came out while I was at work. When I got home, they showed me what they "repaired" and it was just tar spread all over my brick chimney and other random spots on the roof. No shingles or boards were replaced but they guaranteed it would not leak. The roof leaked the next time it rained.

I was sent a contract that had a warranty of 5 years, if it ever leaked they would cover all labor and materials and address it within 24 hours. I had to contact them several times a day, through email, texts and phone calls over the course of 9 months.

They never repaired the roof, caused more damage to my chimney and never refunded my money. They no longer answer my emails and blocked my phone number. They are not a real company and scammed me out of a lot of money. Stay away from them at all costs!
