I was easy to schedule insulation of our attic by Rogers Insulation. The work team arrived time the day of the job and compled the work in short fashion. There was virtually no disruption to our house during the project.

But this team was incredibly accommodating and patient throughout the process. After researching companies that are compliant with MassSave, I saw that Rogers had positive reviews, so I gave them a call to do an assessment. The assessment was very thorough. Rogers had a team come out and do the work on my house, including the attic, garage ceiling, entryways, and some other areas that needed insulation. The workers were very polite and communicative after each day of work. Some insulation made its way into unwanted areas, but the owner of the company gave me a call and made sure the issue is fixed In a timely manner, to my satisfaction. Overall, fantastic work, and this company stands behind what they promise. I would recommend others to use Rogers insulation, I had a great experience.

Rogers did an outstanding job installing dense pack insulation in the exterior walls of our two family house.
Unlike the other contractors I contacted, Rogers was willing and able to qualify us into a MassSave rebate program even though our building had previously installed cellulose insulation, done decades ago and settled until it was no longer effective. The other contractors just gave up. Rogers saved us thousands of dollars.
The work was started on schedule and finished early. The installers kept us fully informed, and cleaned up after themselves.
I would highly recommend Rogers to anyone needing insulation on their building.

Responsive, honest, diligent, and focused on meeting the needs of the customer. Rogers was introduced to us by someone else and I have to say that they were not wrong. The National Grid-paid firm that does inspections of MassSaves work will be here on Tuesday to make sure they did not miss anything. I doubt they did!

The Rogers team did an excellent job removing and replacing old insulation in some difficult places to reach. Additionally, all of the folks we worked with, from the schedulers to the installers, were friendly and pleasant to deal with - just a good group of people.

Rogers did an excellent job. They worked hard and treated my property respectfully. Their worked looked good and their cleanup was nearly perfect. (Anything left was minor and they fixed it up afterwards.)

We highly rate Rogers Insulation! They demonstrated responsiveness, caring customer service and excellent work. After a Mass Save audit, we hired them to do a full house insulation. During our cleaning and house prep, my wife experienced breathing problems (she has asthma). After email communication and several discussions, we all decided not to proceed with the full insulation. The owners John and Carol, and their staff, were very understanding. We appreciated their concern for my wife’s health and worked with us on an alternate plan to safely insulate and air seal the basement. They completed the work on time, carefully, and for a fair price. As long time homeowners who have contracted with many service providers, we greatly appreciated working with a company of such professionalism and integrity.

Rick came to my house to give a quote on multiple insulation-related projects I was facing. He spent a lot of time going through the house from the ground up and giving advice on how to proceed. His professionalism and unbiased opinions were impressive. Rick was different because he recommended what was best for the house, including if those recommendations were outside the scope of Rogers Insulation.

After visiting the house, Rick sent an email proposal which detailed his perspective. Both the email and attached proposal were clear and specific. After approval of the quote, the technician completed the job quickly and professionally. Service was above standard and clean, and the technician was informative and helpful while he was there.

When I have future insulation needs, Rogers will be my first call.

Rogers insulation are fast, thoughtful in their work, explained exactly what they were doing. There was mold in my attic, and they told me honestly, you must have it removed. They could have ignored it, and finished the work that day. They lost a day's work because they recommended I remove the mold first. I highly recommend them. Mike and Tony were excellent!

I really like working with Roger's Insulation. The workers arrived on time, were informative, answered my questions, and were respectful/polite. In addition, they laid down plastic to keep the debris off my floors and even the stairs outside, but they also cleaned up anything that fell beyond the plastic. I truly appreciate their conscientious work ethic and experience in this field. And I would highly recommend them for this type of work.

The did a great job and they called to say they had an opening earlier than my original date. Donny & his assistant explained the procedure and they were very nice & professional. The attic was done in one day and the outside walls the next day. Would highly recommend.

We were pleased with Roger's responsiveness and professionalism. They were always available to answer questions or address concerns. During the initial assessment of my house- they went through everything that is involved in the job. When the crew showed up to do the insulation, they were quick and kept the house/work site clean. Would use them again!

I used Mass Save to upgrade the insulation in the attic and an unfinished room in my house and selected Rogers Insulation as the contractor. They scheduled me out a few months but then an opening became available and I was able to get them in much sooner which was great. It took two days, a Saturday and Monday. I had a different crew chief onsite each day. I would have preferred the same person each day for consistency but everything worked out. They protected all my floors and did a good job cleaning up. In hindsight, the winter probably isn't the best time to have Cellulose insulation blown-in from a truck outside and the front door open for a long time. Overall I'm very happy with the work Rogers Insulation did and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for insulation.

The work was done in a timely manner. The people doing the insulation were friendly, helpful and explained the process in details. The patch up of walls and ceiling after insulating was very good.

We used Rogers Insulation for our windows and it was an excellent experience from start to finish! Terry is very knowledgeable and helped us pick the best option for our situation and budget. We love our new triple pane windows. Holly and Carol in the office are very responsive and professional. Rogers Insulation completed four separate projects for me last year. I cannot recommend them highly enough. As a property manager it is wonderful to work with such great professionals and have nothing but compliments from the tenants. If I had know known how careful and professional Donny and Atos from Rogers would be, I would not have waited so long. They covered everything, used a vacuum for all holes, and left the place cleaner than when they got here (really!). They worked hard and you could tell they took pride in their work, and do it right the first time. I have worked with a lot of contractors over the years and Rogers sets the bar very high.

Also, very efficient and friendly on the scheduling and billing side - Carol is great.

Rogers is a MassSave contractor. MassSave told me that Rogers did a great job on insulating my walls. If you go through the MassSave program, you can choose Rogers are your insulation contractor, and I recommend that you do so.

I never leave reviews, however I felt I had to after my experience with Rogers Insulation. From booking my appointment to my meeting with Rick (Owner), the whole process was extremely friendly and professional. Rick showed up on time and was extremely personable and knowledgeable. After hearing my concerns and goals with my project he guided me in the right direction and even recommended a product his company doesn’t work with and a few other trustworthy companies to call. He even had his office follow up with an email with some referrals as he promised. Roger’s Insualtion gives you that family owned feel and I can’t recommend them enough!

We just had extensive insulation work done by Roger's Insulation. We were extremely happy with every aspect of the job. They showed up on time, returned phone calls and explained every step in detail. The workers in our home were very respectful of our home and covered our floors and furniture while working. The Rogers Insulation team is first-rate! We had new fiberglass/thermal barriers installed in knee-wall areas, plus weatherizing other spaces. They answered all questions, were careful in removing old fiberglass insulation, and left every space spotless. The company is a pleasure to work with.

Rogers Insulation came recommended to me by a family member who was impressed with the quality and tidiness of the work they’d had done. Rick Rogers came out to my house for a project proposal for blown-in cellulose but ultimately, after looking at my (weird) attic, recommended spray foam, which his company doesn’t do. I was impressed by the fact that rather than take the job to make a few bucks he gave me his honest opinion that I would be happier with a different type of insulation. He was very polite and professional in person, and has since been quick and thorough in responding to some follow-up questions I’ve had over email. I can’t say enough good things about my experience!

Do yourself a favor and just hire these guys. We had some companies coming to see our house for a job through mass save and we heard all kind of crazy things. We're lucky to have found these guys otherwise we would probably damage our house really bad following some, so called, professionals. Don't think that because a company is on mass save list they are good, because a lot of times they are not. But since the first guy from Rogers came to us, it was clear that they are really professionals. Don't take chances, these guys have decades of experience, our house is from the 1800's and they did an amazing job. Also the workers are polite and super careful when they need to come inside the house. I'll give five stars all day for these guys! Hire them and thank me later.

Rogers completed our insulation, air sealing, and ventilation through the mass save program. They were responsive via email and set up the project promptly. The price is supposed to be the same with any company through the Mass Save program, but it’s definitely worth it to make sure it gets done properly. Roger’s job on our home was recently assessed and passed with flying colors. Our inspector told us that she had failed 3/4 inspections the previous work day and that Rogers is one of the best she sees. Basement crawl spaces (2) outside walls and ceilings were insulated. Two extremely professionals did the work. Answered any questions I had to the point where I just let them do their job. Call me when done. Fast forward two weeks, Rise Engineering comes by to see how the job was handled before they were paid! It was the first time for this gentlemen reviewing a job performed by Rogers Insulation. Rogers was great. I brought them in to do the MassSave audit so that I could get the rebate with our heat pumps installation. They recommended and performed insulation work and a small amount of other work (e.g. weatherstripping). They handled all of the MassSave paperwork and everything went smoothly. They checked in with me on schedule several times while I was waiting on the heat pumps. They were very polite, clean, efficient, and helpful while they were here, and we're very happy with the final result.

The guys from Rogers Insulation came and did a fantastic job. Because I have an older home with asbestos siding, they had to do an interior drill and blown in Insulation. ALSO we have old horse hair plaster walls, I was worried about the dust that would be created. I was told that I would be pleased at how little dust there would be, to my surprise there was hardly any dust or residual dust. I highly recommend Rogers Insulation!!!
