I have been doing business with Jim at 3 properties that I have managed. They do excellent work. When I call to get quotes they are scheduled within 2 days of coming out. When approved the work is scheduled just as fast and when they come out the work is completed that day. Never have I had them to come back out because something wasn't fixed. All work is done to the fullest and my residents are happy. While doing the work they clean up while working and once work is complete you will never know that they have been there because they have left the property clean with no items left behind. I recommend Jim Wells for all roofing needs to anyone that needs roof repairs, roof replacements and any gutter issues. They are AWESOME!
Josh was so responsive to my initial request and showed up quickly to provide an estimate to repair my house after some water damage. He gave me an honest assessment of what needed to be done and the estimate was accurate to the finished price. He and his crew worked diligently over the course of 3 days and stayed each day to get further along. Josh showed up every morning at the time he promised.
