I was very pleased with both projects completed by the Crockett crews. They installed my skylight in one day and did the repairs! Everyone was prompt, pleasant, and efficient, leaving the work site as if it never happened. The office manager, Susan, makes it all an easy and very pleasant experience. I will use them again.

Crockett Home Improvement replaced the columns on our 1939 Georgian Colonial house. From the estimate to the final billing, everyone was professional and courteous. They did an excellent job and completed it quickly. We would highly recommend them and will use them again for any work we need.

We are loving our new bathrooms. They are so much more inviting than the old 1960's originals. The crew that installed them was awesome. Mr. Crockett also put in a roof for us 10+ years ago, and it's been great., too.

Crockett Home Improvement is 10/10! They came and reset my sink (it had come apart from the granite) and installed a new faucet. They were friendly, professional, and left the kitchen so clean when they were done. Would definitely recommend this business for any home improvement needs.

Crockett Home Improvement worked very fast on bathroom updates. Prices were communicated very well and there were no hidden fees. They were trustworthy in the home alone while I worked my 9-5. New toilets and bathtub are great!

George Crockett is one of the nicest and most genuine people I've ever met. His roofing crew that did our house was top notch. We've got a 2,000+ sq ft house plus garage and they rolled in around 8:00 and were gone before 2:00. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies. We're also using CHI to fix a leak in our bathroom. We will be sticking with CHI for future home improvement needs. Also, the sweet gal in the office is such a peach! CHI is the only place I looked forward to paying a bill because I get to chat with her. :-)

The work was done on time and done very well. Everything was done in one day. Mr.Crockett gave us a fair estimate and worked with us on the timing. We are very pleased.

Crockett Home Improvement installed three windows, two of which were very large custom windows and installed two Andersen sliding doors. We couldn't be happier with the job. From start to finish top notch service. The office staff, George, Susan, Justin and Katie were great to work with keeping us up to date throughout the entire process. The installation crew led by Donnie, with Erick and Mathew were terrific! They treated our home as if it were their own, ensuring our floors and deck were protected throughout the construction. A few months ago, they added hookups to my MIL's house for a stacked W/D in the kitchen to keep her from going into the basement any longer. They did a wonderful job so we hired them to do the larger job of redoing the breaker boxes since the house is older. This involved the main house as well as the upper apartment. Job was done as quickly as possible and they were able to accommodate my MIL so that she didn't have to leave and stay somewhere else. It was great to have George (the owner) so involved throughout the process, even following up after it was complete in person. While the job was being done, Justin was responsive to my questions as they would arise. We will definitely use their services in the future when needed and we recommend. The price may be more than others but they are thorough and you get what you pay for!

I have known George for years and he has done many jobs for me over the years, on two homes now. Most recently, his team replaced the roof on my new home and replaced an outdoor spigot that was not working. For the roof, George came to the house and gave me a lot of advice on metal vs shingles and helped me to make a decision on that (which saved me money). For the Spigot, his plumber came to the house and was in and out in about an hour (even though he had to work in the crawlspace to add a cutoff valve on the pipe on addition to replacing the spigot.

George does good work and I trust him.

Crockett Home Improvement was contracted to completely renovate a master bathroom and replace the floor in a second bathroom. George Crockett responded quickly to my request for an estimate. He made some suggestions that saved me some money. He provided a reasonable schedule to order the materials and complete the job. My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of the work performed. While working on the bathrooms, I asked George to add some living room and hall painting to the project. The work was added immediately and finished in a few days. The painting was completed in a professional manner and met our needs exactly. All the staff was efficient, friendly, and courteous. We had a very up and down time with Crockett. First I want to say the work was done well and we are very happy with the job now that it is completed. We had Hardy board siding added to a small section of our house and it looks great now. The issues we had was communication with the group. To be fair to Crockett my wife and I are busy people so getting onto our schedule is not always easy but multiple times we were surprised by phone calls of them showing up at our house unannounced or dropping stuff off. Each time we asked for this to stop but this never happened. Even on the final touch up we were unaware that they were showing up so we could not show them some interior issues we found after further inspection so had to continue to wait for this long and honestly stressful process to be over with them. The interior was fixed after some time but could have been completed had we been communicated with so we could be home to let the crew in. I would not recommend using this group if you like to stay informed about your home projects and if you like to keep a schedule. They will keep you on your toes and at some points it will feel like you are the one doing the work.

This company was wonderful to work with. They redid our siding and worked with us to help us find the exact product we wanted. Once our siding was delivered, their construction team worked quickly and expertly to get the job done. We are very happy with the final results and will definitely be using Crockett again in the future for any needed home improvements!

They resurfaced my back deck with composite. They did great work and corrected a few issues at the end of the project in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them, and will use them in the future for sure.

We needed our windows wrapped, some trimming, new doors installed and new gutters installed. Mike did an absolutely wonderful job. We couldn’t be happier.

Eric and Donnie were great to work with and we are very pleased with the end result. It was a big job, following the installation of a pump due to mold in a wall. Crockett waterproofed, replaced the lower part of the wall seamlessly with the existing wall, painted the room, and painted/replaced the trim. They also fixed up the closet in the room at no extra cost! I have already booked them for a second repair job.

Crocket Home Improvent has done many projects for me over the past 10 years and ive always been more than satasfied with thier work. About 6 years ago, my sewer line backed up into my two bathrooms and got all over the tub and shower. It also got all over walls, floors, book case PA system etc. George came and took control of the disaster area. He gave me $175 cash and said you cant stay here. Get you a motel room until your home owners Ins puts you up. He said this project is going to take awhile. They got all my furniture in storage, Service Master in for the cleanup, and his crews in for the rebuild. My place was a new home when they finished with everything. I had new carpets, flooring, insulation, cabinets, etc. Much better than i had before. George was right. I spent 52 days and nights in a motel. The $175 got me the motel till Foremost Insurance paid. I highly recomend Crocket Home Improvement for any or all your home improvement needs.

We called Crockett based on their reputation for reliability and their work at a couple of our neighbors' homes. Our projects were a new roof and a screen room on part of our deck. Their crews worked together like a well oiled machine, were skilled, personable, flexible, polite and meticulous about cleaning up after job completion. We're thrilled with the finished projects.

George Crockett and his team recently completed multiple projects for our home, all to our satisfaction. They repaired a significant roof leak involving replacing roof boards, shingles, and properly installing counter-flashing to a stone chimney. After this work was complete, they installed a sliding patio door for us, and then re-sided our entire home in vinyl siding.

His team was courteous, personable, and driven by professionalism. They showed an attention to detail, and despite delays in receiving materials in a pandemic world, were nonetheless able to "make it all happen" in a timely fashion.

We hired Crockett for installing a water heater, bringing our electrical system up to code, installing new drywall and a pocket door, and plumbing work. I don't know the names of everyone who worked on our project but Chris and Toby did an excellent job - very knowledgeable, the work was completed in a timely manner, they were patient with me when I had to change some things midway through, and the job site was always left clean.

We had them put on a new roof, new gutters, new vinyl siding, replace a sliding glass door and install handrails at the doors. We have done a lot of work on our houses and this company has been the best we have ever worked with. WOW !!! It has been approx. 1 week since this amazing company finished replacing our roof and painting upper eaves and dormers. I was very impressed with the teamwork to replace my roof . They sent 12 guys on Monday to start this process and by Tuesday at 6 pm all work was completed and cleanup was also amazing, no trash present as if they had never been there. The estimating process was easy and pain less all questions were answered ,supplies were delivered first as promised . They wasted no time getting the job done.

At first project was unacceptable!! But contacted project manager and the job was completed above and beyond our original agreement. Very pleased with repairs and would highly recommend!!
