I came in with a list of things my son needed for a plumbing project. I had no idea what all was on the list except for a couple of things. Dan, I think his name was, was a huge help and took the time to talk on the phone to make sure I had everything that was needed.

Staff were very helpful and courteous. My pickup order was ready and waiting at the checkout area and when looking for other potential products I was assisted by eager personnel.

First and only time have stopped on my way thru. We had called ahead and knew they had what we were looking for. Was quick easy in and out.

Lots of great products you can't get at menards or any other place. Had exactly what I was looking for and they also have a great selection of milwaukee tools at a great price!!

Stopped here for a fan because we forgot one at home (on vaca) and they had a good variety. Nice variety for just about anything you need!

I needed a new weber gas grill. I don't like sending my money to some out of state corporate office. There is no locally owned hardware store in Watertown. I called not once, but twice to order one. Twice they took my number, said Alfredo would call. He never did. Must not need the business. That's okay, I ordered one from Decker's do it right hardware in Clark
