This company saved me from the annoying hassle of insurance shopping and did a commendable job. Great job you guys!

Travis and Steven were ausome! They explained from a to z, easy to understand and waited patiently for all of our questions. No pressure just happy smiles and a reassurance that they would clean up there mess and that they try not to make a big one in the first place.

Tyler did a wonderful job of going over all of the material with us and answering every question. He wasn’t pushy whatsoever and made us feel very comfortable in the initial consultation for our new roof. The leads of the team that came to install the roof, Salvador and Juvi, were extremely cautious of our plants and vehicles, and they worked nearly non stop. They were able to get what I assumed would be a 3-day job done in only one, and it looks wonderful!
Katryna took care of our over the phone billing and any extra questions we had and was thorough and helpful. Overall a 10/10 experience, I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We had a roof removed and replaced. The workers were professional, completed the job in a timely manner, kept us abreast of what they were doing, and cleaned up after themselves completely. We are very pleased with the completed project.

I had an amazing experience with this company. I met with Kat Alabise and Tyler Johnson and I have to say, they have amazing customer service. They were very cordial, knowledgeable, and able to answer all the questions I had. They were very willing to spend extra time with me and help me find the best solution for my roof. Beau was great about explaining all the steps. He and Jennifer gave me a good price. The work began quickly and finished quickly as well. The new roof looks fantastic. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a solid roof on their structure done competently and with a good price.

These guys are great. About a hour after they arrived and maneuvered their enormous trailer into my narrow driveway without damaging any plants (they even stopped a foot short of some hyacinths) the plumber showed up to deal with a minor plumbing emergency. He couldn't get his equipment back to the septic tank because of the trailer but would come back first thing after the roofers were gone.
The weather built team skipped their breaks and cut short their lunch and got the job done in one long day. They didn't compromise on the quality either. They did a though cleanup too. They did a beautiful job, the roof looks great.

Had siding done on back of house. They were very professional from start to finish. Answered all my questions in detail. I was surprised when only I guy came to do the project, but he was great knew exactly what he was doing and got it done in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them for any project and use them again with no hesitation.

Jen walked me through the whole process. Stress free install and trust me I had lots of questions. She told me upfront to email or call her with my random questions anytime and she responded so fast every time. Impressed with the service, the install team was fast and lovely to have at my home for two days. I’ll tell my all friends and family weather built is the way to go.

We worked with Weather Built Homes to get new windows. Danny did our windows, and he was so great! He took his time to get it right since the original windows were sort of jimmy-rigged in place. They weren't easy to put in because of the angle of our driveway and some trees, but he did an awesome job and made it work. We absolutely love Danny! He can do anything!
And we really enjoyed his doggie Ozzy too :)
We worked with Tristan to start with, he took time to explain, was very personable, and very nice to work with.
We also worked with Katryna, and she was also very lovely, checking on us, keeping us updated, and answering or finding out questions we had during the process and also once all the work was done.
Once the windows were complete, Jen came to check on them to make sure all was set and answered any questions we had, educated us on the little quirks of new windows, what to expect, and things to watch for.

I met Ryan at a home show in Portland and requested a quote for siding. He provided excellent service and is a very friendly person that made my wife and I comfortable asking any questions and most importantly he was on time with the appointments made.

Salesman was on time and poliite. The communication was excellent and the installation went smoothly. The job was delayed by a few days but there was clear communication. There was also a misunderstanding between the sales team and the installations team but Weatherbuilt sent out a manager to make it right. I would recommend this company. Price was just as quoted

WBH subs did a great job on the roof of my 100 year old home and garage in PDX. They had a relatively new sales rep that didn’t mention anything about re-flashing my chimneys. They only offered a $100 discount after the fact. Kind of left me high and dry there which was frustrating.. would’ve got a fifth star if they took care of that. :(

We live up here in tacoma and our gutters were old and starting to drag. Called up Jen on a neighbors recommendation and we don’t regret it all. The guys were super clean and fast and now I don’t have to worry about walking through a waterfall to get into my house.

The service was fantastic even though Im currently still looking at other options the customer service was fantastic. I have been hesitant on writing a review because I'm not one to write poor reviews a lot. But we were excited to work with this company, the salesman was very nice at first and very patient. We enjoyed joking around and he was very charismatic, and probably very good at sales.
Nearing the end of our time I said that we'd love to work with the company but it's just not in our financial interest right now, and would like to wait until the beginning of 2024 after we pay off some other debt. The salesman kept saying stuff like "I'm here for you, and don't want to harm or push you" yet that's exactly what he kept doing. I even said that I'm not comfortable with this and do not want to sign anything. He kept pushing and pushing and pushing.
I initially thought we were just getting a quote, like every other roofing company we talked to. Not be pressured into signing anything right there. I eventually signed just to get him out of the house, and first thing in the morning I sent the contract in to retract it.
It left such a bad taste in my mouth, and we probably would have worked with the company had he not pressured us so hard that night.
Also, come to find out he gave us very false information about other roofing styles such as metal roofing. I called other roofing companies and asked their opinion and they told me very different information than the one he was saying.
Also, the type of roofing he was selling is no different than other ones on the market, so why is it costing $22k when we could spend $8k??
Super scammy, we will not be working with them in the future. Really kind of sucks because the sales man was really nice at first.

This review is comprised of two reviews in one as I have had the pleasure of having two jobs completed by WBH.

First job was new roof to replace an old and worn out roof. The project exceeded my expectations in every way, from presentation of project all the way to completion. My roof literally looks amazing and my old 2000 built home looks completely different. So much so that many of my neighbors have commented that it looks like I have replaced the old house with a new one. Installation crew did everything expected and more, including ensuring that cleanup of my property left no trace that they had been there.... well except for the new roof.

Second project done was to place siding on my home. Needless to say, an amazing job completed by the "one-man" wonder, Danny Clymer. Danny went above and beyond to ensure everything, from the large and prominent aspects as well as the tiny and often unnoticed aspects were each completed with precision and craftsmanship. What else can be said about Danny?? The man is in every way the person one wants handling their siding project. He is amazingly down to earth, very professional, and when fortunate to get to know him more personally, becomes very much a part of the family. He really knows his stuff and will make sure the job is done right, including ensuring the finer details are right and look like they were supposed to be there all along. Most importantly, Danny will go above and beyond to ensure you are fully satisfied if not excited about his completed work.

As for Jennifer, Katryna (aka "Kat"), Tim, and the rest of the WBH team... Top-notch and great folks to get to know and have handling your project needs. When and if bumps arise with any project, as bumps often do, The team at WBH will do the right thing to ensure that the customer is taken care of and that things are fully taken care of in every way. Should bumps arise, the team at WBH will immediately take responsibility for their mistakes and literally make things right. Their goal is to always ensure that their customers feel special and taken care of.

I do not often write such a long review, but in the case of WBH, it must be done even though there is not enough room to say all that could be said about this company of fine individuals. Main take away... If you want your project done right and want the best there is, then no questions asked use WBH for any of your exterior home project needs. I will be using them again for any other exterior projects I have in the future no question or doubt about it.
