I recently had the pleasure of working with We Nailed It for my gutter installation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the start, Will made the decision-making process a breeze, providing clear options and guidance. Mike and Will kept me informed throughout the entire project, ensuring I was updated on any changes due to weather delays. I truly appreciated their proactive approach in monitoring conditions to get their team out as soon as possible. The quality of work was outstanding, and it’s clear that they take pride in what they do. Will Lepping, the supervisor, came to my house the day after I called about a roof leak. He inspected the roof, and placed a tarp over the area leaking into my attic.
Will reviewed his recommendations and some options with me, and I decided to replace the entire roof.
When the day came to put the new roof on the house it was completed in one day.
The roof looks great, there was no debris or any other indication the installation crew had even been here.
The day after the installation Will came to my house to ensure I was satisfied. Mike, the company owner, was with him and asked about the installation as well.
Will was friendly, professional and thorough in everything he did.
I strongly recommend We Nailed It and would definitely call on them again.

Mike just left my house, and after a stressful weekend of worrying about a leak - he found and fixed my issue for FREE!
One little exposed nail was the culprit, and Mike moved it the correct location, caulked the hole (and few other exposed nail heads) and didn't charge me.
Super personable and nice guy, was very kind to my old (somewhat grumpy) beagle, and showed up on time after great communication over the weekend.
13/10 big recommend!
As a single homeowner I am also thrilled to know that I now have a reliable, honest "Roof Guy" for the future.

This company is top notch. Mike and his team were professional, courteous, and efficient. What stands out the most is how clean they are. If it wasn't for the beautiful new roof, I wouldn't have known they were there. They didn't leave one nail or piece of old roofing material in my yard or driveway. The entire process from the initial consultion with Mike to installation was easy and seamless. If I could add 3 glittery and a for a review and recommendation, I would.

From my first phone call to face to face interaction, these folks were personable, knowledgeable and felt like you friend. We went from 4 in to 6 inch gutters which was necessary and they look great. We expect them to function as suppose to!! Great job guys because you nailed it at our house.

We opted for a complete change to exterior of our house. Without fail they have exceeded our expectations. The subcontractors they use, have been of the highest quality and are a master of their craft. There are not enough stars to represent how dedicated and professional this company is. If you are looking for a company that take pride in everything they do and refuses to cut corners, this should be your first call.

We have had so many issues with our insurance company in getting the basic coverage we pay for. We Nailed It took care of all communication with insurance to ensure they covered what they were responsible for. The communication from them throughout the process was excellent and the work they did was the best in our neighborhood. Other job sites were left a mess - not ours or our neighbors that went through We Nailed It. Would highly recommend to anyone needing this type of work.

It was a great experience from the first meeting with Will Lepping who was wonderful to work with and explained all.... to the last nail that went into the roof. All was on time. The team members were diligent in their work. All were very pleasant and made every effort to leave clean surroundings......and looked for any nail that might have made its way to shrubs and such. We are very pleased with the whole process and highly recommend We Nailed It!!

Mike Hall the owner is one of the most decent guys I have met in a long time. He is honest and dependable. I highly recommend his company if you need any roofing or gutter job done. You will be very pleased. I certainly was!!

I got associated with this company after a major hail storm not long ago. I'm located just outside of E-town. I'm not normally welcome to solicitation and usually blow most off but was referred to this company from a neighbor. From the onset these guys have advocated for me on my behalf to my insurance company more than I could have hoped for. Shout out to both Will and Riley. These guys have surpassed any expectation I ever had.

I went into this scenario with the expectation to fight my insurance company tooth and nail to get anything done. They've surpassed my expectation (which I admit can be quite unrealistic at times) and have been great to deal with. Currently, my situation is ongoing. That said, everything is going well and I suspect with these guys at my side, advocating on my behalf, the situation will progress as is should.

If your afraid to call a contractor to quote and deal with the insurance claim on your behalf, don't hesitate to call this company. It's been a pleasure from day one and I suspect will continue to be a pleasurable experience.

I reached out to Mike about a roof leak and he was at my home within 48 hours and arrived promptly at the time we agreed on. He identified the issue and corrected the problem right away. I was out of town when winds shredded shingles and caused leaking in our house. But within hours Mike and his crew had it tarped and because he has people who want to work for him they were able to install a new roof fairly quickly. This was a great experience. They were patient with us while we chose our color selection and laid all of our options out on everything. They really helped with our insurance company to ensure we received everything due . The installation team was here when we were told and cleaned up completely after themselves.

We contacted Mike Hall, Owner, and Jason Heuser, Project Consultant, after having had several bids over a 4- yr. period trying to select the right shingle and right contractor. (I’ve been in the HOA business for 27+ yrs. and have heard some scathing comments from members having had dealt with whom they had believed to be—good reputable contractors, so we were cautious in our choosing.) We have to say that We Nailed It did not disappoint in any category. They were prompt and professional, and did a fantastic job from start to finish. We can’t say enough good things about them! YOU WON’T BE SORRY! They are a standout in the industry.

I tried to. They gave me a quote and I signed the contract and they said they could probably come out the next week and do the gutter install. That was over two months ago. My wife and I have both called and left numerous messages and they have never returned any of our calls. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Mr. Hall is highly professional yet friendly. He was on time and communicated with us in the whole process. The roof is amazing and put on quickly. Pay after the job, honest, quote on point and NO Mess after, they cleaned it all up! Need a new roof? Call them up!

The team worked like a well oiled machine. All workers were friendly but stayed to the task. There was NO MESS left…when I say no mess I mean my yard was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. That’s almost unheard of any more. There were no surprises. Mike was great to work with, at the ready with answers to any questions/concerns we had. No money up front…only once finished(as it should be). Total due was exactly the same as the quote. I will recommend this company over and over again. We had a bird who was trapped in our downspout and Mike was here within 2 hours to safely remove the gutter, help the bird (who flew off and is doing well) and professionally secure the gutter back on. This was nothing short of a random act of kindness. He has gain my business today and in the future.

We had our roof replaced due to hail damage. There were some unconventional things that came up. Mike came through and delivered.
The crew did an excellent job on a request I had with the ridge vent.

This company installed a patio door in our home and we have had problems with it since-none of which have been addressed. The bottom safety lock does not work, there are several scratches in the vinyl door, and some stripping is coming out of place inside the door causing scratching and adhesive marks across the top of the stationary door. The owner Michael reviewed the damages and malfunction 2 months ago and agreed to replace it, but NOTHING has happened. 2 MONTHS AGO!! He barely responds to communication, and when he does he is “still trying to reach the door people”. $3,500 for a door that is damaged and malfunctioning and the owner is not making it right. Find someone else to hire!!

Emailed and owner came out to look at my damaged roof a few days later. Good conversation, fair estimate. Was provided a day when someone would be out to fix. Day came and went. Followed up a few days later, via email to say no one showed and no one had contacted me. No response at all.

We Nailed It roofing did our roof last fall and the gutters spring of 2020. We couldn't be more happy with the outcome of both jobs.

Mike was great to work with! He responded quickly with the quote and any questions I had throughout the process. The roof & skylights look great! The roofers laid down tarp to catch the debris from the roof which kept the yard and decks clean. I highly recommend them!
