Just got my deck installed and gotta say I love it, thanks to the guys who came out installing it great work

Had 4 windows replaced in the basement and the crew that was here was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner.

During install they realized one of the windows did not fit completely. They told me they would order a replacement and to expect it in 4-6 weeks. Over 10 weeks later and they are not responding to calls or emails. When I reached out to the rep who sold me the windows he said he was let go over text and never paid commission on my job.

Heath came out to give me an estimate. He showed up on time on probably the worst day we have had weather wise all winter. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and helped get me a reasonable quote on the windows I wanted. Very relaxed and no pressure sales experience. Much better service, price and product than I was quoted with other companies. Looking forward to the install.

This was the worst experience ever! Sales person(Eric) promised to have my deck finished in 4-6wks. I signed a contract in May and my deck wasn't finished until October, if you call it finished. They never painted the railing where they cut to put a door in and said it wasn't in the contract. Eric took days to return any of my calls.
The 1st contractors they sent out terrorized my neighbors with their loud music and profanity. Not to mention the cigarette butts they would leave all over my back yard after working. My neighbors would complain of their unprofessionalism every day when I came home from work.
I do not recommend using this company because of their horrible customer service and unprofessional contractors.

Aaron has done a great job with our airbnb property. The windows and doors were installed within no time. It shows his quality workmanship and his crew were very well experienced. Would definitely recommend them onsite.

I don't like to write bad reviews but in this case I think they deserve one. I'm been trying to get 3 door installed since June. First time the doors were defected and needed to be replaced. They are the worst company I've dealt with for comucation. The first installer did not it's so late part of my door they just left the big gap there. The second time they showed up to install doors again they only got one installed because the other one they brought up here was wrong. And I've been trying to get a confirmation on if the door is even ordered and they have ignored my phone calls and text multiple times the last 2 weeks. I went to their office in zanville and if you do that you will know that this is just a fly by night company. It's just a office place with a couple offices in there there's no product to look at on hand. Each time at a installer has come they have been late in the last one even got out eating a breakfast sandwich in wanting to communicate. I asked him to take care of new hardwood floors and they got installation all over it and try to clean it up with my paper towels and just thread the dirt around and left it for me to clean. This company is trying to act like they are a big time company but they really are not they're just a flyby company winging it as they go. Do your homework before buying from this company. One of the reasons I think they have such a high review if they have the installer insist that you give them a five-star so they can get a bonus at the end of the week and these numbers are very deceiving.

Excellent customer service. Installation was quick and clean. They scrubbed the floors when finished. Very friendly personnel. Would highly recommend

Had $10k worth of windows installed in May. One window happen to be defective and would fall when opened and would not say opened. The installer noticed it right away and said they would be out with the replacement part the following week. Moving forward 3 1/2 months, Dozens of calls to window depot, even escalated to management, and we still can't get it fixed. On top of that we can only get a voicemail unless we *67 and block our number. Even at that Patsy answers and relays it to management and nothing. This has be pathetic and completely unexceptable. Regret using Window Depot Columbus East.

Had my windows put in today !! these guys were great ! They did a fabulous job am really happy with my new windows !! Would refer them to anyone that needs new windows. Thanks again guys !! One happy customer!

I ordered windows 5/14/24 and they said to allow 4 to 5 weeks for manufacturing and installation. 7 weeks went by and I didn't hear anything. I called to check the status and they didn't have my order in their system but managed to find it. Someone came out and and did another measure and said they were sorry and would pay the expediting fee and that they would be delivered and installed in about 2 weeks. Another month goes by and I didn't hear anything. I called and left messages, nothing. Tried to send an email but it just gets kicked back saying "undeliverable". Called again and left messages with the answering service and never received phone call back - ever. The answering service the would make sure they know it was urgent and still no call back. So kept calling and calling until I talked a live person and told them I was cancelling my order. After that they were installed in 3 business days.

The install crew was very friendly and did a great job installing and cleaning up after themselves. The windows and exterior trim look great!

Their credit card reader wasn't working on site and he explained the office would have to call me later for final payment. All of a sudden I have no problems getting them to call me. So basically 3 months to get 2 windows installed.

I wouldn't have cared so much if the existing windows weren't broken and rotted allowing the weather to enter.

We met with Heath to discuss a new front entry door. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He listened to what I was looking for and was able to help find the perfect look we wanted rather quickly. He had samples to help match the house colors and many options of door styles and glass to choose from. I'm very happy with the experience thus far and excited for our new door installation.

Aaron, our installer, came on time. He communicated throughout the process to let us know what he was doing. He was very patient when we had questions. The windows look great. He was friendly and professional.

They showed up at 9 and the door was beautiful at 1pm. Quick , clean and efficient. Took extra care with old building .

Mike was a great help when he came by my home, he was very informative and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns about our project. & He also helped my parents as well with their house!

extremely happy with the outcome the new windows I had installed! We talked with the inspector/ estimator and decided to go forward with them due to the quality of the work we've seen done by window depot.

Spoke to customer service representative Tony. He was very detailed, extremely pleasant, answered all of my questions and easy to talk to. I will definitely be looking into doing some business with Window Depot. We need more representatives like Tony!

Had a deck installed by them last year and it was great. They told me to wait a year and then have it stained and sealed. They also said that any warped boards they would come back out and replace for free. I have been calling for a month now trying to get the warped boards replaced so I can get the deck stained and sealed (which I WAS going to have them do as well). First time I called and left a message and didn’t get a call back. Then I called again and Patsy said they would be out the following week. They never showed up and never called. So I called again and they said that they would be out Friday or Saturday. Once again they never showed up or called. Son I called AGAIN. Patsy said that they would come out the next week for sure to look at the deck. That was last week and they never showed and here it is Thursday of the following week, a MONTH later and still no show. I called yesterday and left a message for someone in management to call me and have not heard back. Do not use window depot. They are just full of broken promises. This is an awful experience, now I have carpenter bees out trying to bore into our new deck and I can’t get it stained because I can’t get the boards replaced!!! What a nightmare!

Window Depot installed our new windows and the attention to detail makes all the difference. The new windows operate perfectly! The installation crew was fast and friendly!

Heath was extremely friendly and knowledgeable with the estimate, he answered all of our questions, provided solutions to some tricky windows, and the prices were better than prior consults we had. I would highly recommend Window Depot and Heath for the value and services provided!

I have been telling the guys all along, this is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen! Not a day has gone by that MULTIPLE members of my community haven’t stopped as they were driving by, and started taking pictures. Guys were amazing and work is A1! So glad we came across Window Depot! Best decision I have ever made. Thanks y'all! For everything, the work, professionalism, craftsmanship, quality material, friendly conversations, for making us feel like family, and last but not least, making my childhood home, look better than she did 30 years ago! I am just starting the process with Window Depot but it is starting off good. I made my initial call and talk to Patsy who was great then Heath came out and met with me to talk windows. He was on time and didn't pressure me. Looking forward to getting my new windows

The whole process went smoothly and everyone was courteous. They cleaned up as they went.
I appreciate all of them and would highly recommend this group and the Window Depot for the products that they have and for the great service that I received!
