Drove by their shop and instead of calling popped in to see if I could talk about a quote. Of the five people sitting in the office four of them were completely rude and disrespectful and the other one was obviously drinking alcohol. So glad I decided to stop by for a face-to-face instead of a phone call because I might have had those people on my property at my home fixing my roof.
