A good job was done! Sean Goodsspeed was our inspector. We had a home inspection along with septic inspection for $600 which is pricey but a good detail job was done of everything in the house and outside from simple cosmetic issues to true serious safety hazards and issues that where good to address for us to be able to continue on closing in the home. We will be using the report given to fix major issues with professionals and then DIY the rest as it really goes down to appearances and extra protection. Will highly recommend Sean to others!

I will likely use Sean again for a final inspection. He conducted a pre-drywall inspection on my home being built by a name builder (you’ve seen their signs) in South Austin. I noticed him because of his very good reviews, which turned out to be accurate. I hired him because of his responsiveness.

I've been working in numerous facets of construction all my life. Without Sean's helped I would've missed a lot of the builders shortcomings. Prime example is that he reported that finish grade didn't meet industry standards (key wording) of 1 in 10 pitch. Because of that I went directly to the job site from Bergstrom just after a serious downpour and discovered our driveway to be flooded. The drainage of the driveway was built incorrectly and not following the engineers plan. Sean lives up to his last name Goodspeed and is truly a Waxwing busy bee!
