Holden roofing made a smart move by hiring James Graham. We never had to get a new roof before so James walked us thru the whole thing, step by step. He's respectful, polite, and ready to answer any and all questions. He's very knowledgeable about every aspect of roofing. He's a people person and a pleasure to work with. Now for the roofers. They knocked on my door at 6:30 and by 10:30 they were cleaning up. They were fast and the roof looks fantastic. I will gladly recommend James and Holden Roofing from now on. I own a new home which recently experienced a major hail storm. I thought that since the roof was still new, I didn’t need to worry about it so I initially did not have anyone check it. Brandon from Holden Roofing contacted me and insisted that he take a look at the roof and he would show me the photos. I allowed Brandon access to my roof and he did show me the photos reflecting significant damage which I was unaware of. Brandon worked closer with me and my insurance company and my roof was approved and Holding Roofing did an amazing job for me .

Quick roof inspection resulted in new roof and gutters paid for by insurance. Brandon B and his team handled everything with the insurance adjuster, solar panel removal, cleanup. Big thanks to Brandon and Holden for our new roof. He stopped by our house and checked our roof and guided us through the claims process. He was a huge help in the appraisal process when our insurance company denied our claim. Holden was very efficient replacing the roof; done in one day. We had a minor issue that was corrected quickly and Brandon checked it out. They use quality Owens-Corning shingles which may get a discount on home insurance. Highly recommend them.

I had nothing but great experiences with Holden Roofing, Collin was the one handling my house replacement. Once you initially meet with them they will go over the whole process lay out how everything should go and even explain what can go wrong through insurance side. They take the stress out of the whole ordeal. Collin walked with my insurance adjuster to make sure they noticed all the issues and problems I had. Was able to get full coverage for replacement with out me having to lift a finger.

Then when they were scheduling the replacement they went above and beyond to work my complicated schedule to get the job done right and professional. The crews they use are great as well, collin tells you they will get 98-99% of all trash and debris and I can vouch for that and then some. I think I found 1 nail out of the whole replacement.

Overall I can not say enough good things about the experience and professionalism Holden roofing provides.

I had a very disappointing experience with Holden Roofing after a windstorm damaged my roof. I had already filed an insurance claim before their representative arrived, thinking they would give me an honest assessment and options for either a repair or replacement.

Instead, they immediately pushed for a full roof replacement through insurance — completely ignoring the fact that the damage was minor and a simple repair would have cost far less than my deductible. They made no effort to discuss an affordable out-of-pocket repair, even though it would have been the most logical and cost-effective choice for me as the homeowner.

It felt like their only goal was to maximize their own payday by steering me toward an unnecessary claim, regardless of what made sense for my situation. This kind of high-pressure, self-serving behavior is exactly why homeowners need to be cautious when selecting a roofing company.

If you’re looking for a contractor who will put your best interests first and give you honest options, I strongly recommend avoiding Holden Roofing.

Holden did a great job helping us navigate the whole process from initial insurance claim to getting the gutters and solar replacement and clean up done after the roof was replaced. The actual roof replacement was done in a long day and the cleanup was thorough and careful. Collin Barry was great managing the whole process and subcontractors. He was easy to reach and answered all my questions. This was a process with many steps but he got us through it and I trust and recommend him and Holden without hesitation. The end result looks great and will serve us well for years.

Holden Roofing acted as my general contractor to manage the damage to my roof, gutters, windows, downspouts, fencing, gates, house painting, garage, front and back doors. But most importantly they helped get all the documentation that the insurance company needed and also assisted the inspector to make sure they didn’t miss anything. This ensured that my claim was handled to my satisfaction. Holden Roofing even spray washed my driveway to remove spots from the shingles removal and ran magnets around all walkways to minimize any metal trash from the roof replacement. It is hard to find a competent and trustworthy roof contractor but now I understand why so many of my neighbors raved about Holden Roofing. Collin Barry of Holden Roofing is my favorite contractor.
