Jeff with Watson’s Roofing came to my home in a timely manner and addressed the roof issues we were having with honestly giving me multiple options. He was extremely fair as well with pricing, and I will absolutely call Watson’s anytime we need roofing services again!

Reymundo Herrera of Watson's Roofing completed repair of shingle damage on my art studio roof. Flying debri during a wind burst pierced through a top shingle. Though the project was small, Reymundo did an excellent job in speedy time, for a surprisingly very affordable price, offering me an option for payment transaction. So 5 STARS are genuinely given to Reymundo. I would have given him 10 STARS for his solid workmanship had there been the opportunity to do so! And I must add that Jeff Burch handled extremely well my entire house roof coverage installation following the recent hail storm with impeccable leadership over his team, and excellent follow-up.

I have used Watson's several times over the years and they always do a great job and see that my house is taken care of. Jeff is very knowledgeable and gives honest advice that does the best for me.

So I used them on 2017, 4 years ago. I have then since had another roof inspection to get a replacement in 2021. Sent inspection to Insurance, and insurance allow partial claim, unless I can get information, on what was replaced by the previous contractor(Watson Roofing). because somethings looked replaced, while others things did not. I contact Watson Roofing, since it was 4 years ago, its all on paper, in storage somewhere. Since they dont have any digital copies of the orders for my roof, they are searching for the information, and the reason behind not being able to find it this time, is they relocated offices.

What company in this century uses Paper instead of digital copies, or even both for that matter.

For me I am regretting using them, and now stuck with paying higher price out of pocket for a roof replacement, because of the work they did or did not due, and poor record keeping of this company
