Morales Roofers

I called Morales Roofers to get an estimate for a small roof leak. Rafael came out and gave me a fair price to repair it. He also did a roof inspection. He let me know that I had hail damage, but I the roof was still serviceable. After looking further we discovered I had additional water damage on my ceiling. I decided to contact my insurance company for an evaluation. Rafael came back to assist the adjuster in his roof inspection. Rafael gave me a price I thought was fair. I was anxious to get the roof completed so I could go ahead with other repairs, they arranged to do the roof install on 8 July, but later he called and said he had a opening the next day. They showed up at 7AM and completed the job by 6PM. They did an excellent job.

Very friendly, fast and attentive. Showed up early and finished whole roof same day. Work came out good too! Highly recommend

Excellent Company that are honest; and prompt. No BS and no Upsell from Rafael who came and inspected my roof. Said it was fine and did not need replacement. He also caulked several spots while he was on the roof inspecting it, that would have casued issues down the line; for free (since he was up there anyway). I am extremely disappointed in this company. I picked this company because of all the great reviews. I guess I got the short end of the stick. They are not good on their word. They do not do what they say they’re going to do. This company has literally done nothing on time for me. Meeting me to pick my roof color, he was late. Getting started on my roof, they were a day late. They did not clean up after themselves. Nails were left along the sides of the house. He said he’d go back but he never did. He offered to go back another day but at that point I was over it. Now I’m waiting of them to send me warranty details for the roof. I’ve asked 3 times and nothing. Very unprofessional. I really wanted to use this company for my porch, but after this experience I don’t ever want to deal with company again. My advice to this company…Don’t take on a job if you can’t deliver to the full extent. Very disappointing.

Oh my goodness, I am beyond impressed with this company’s customer service! After a massive tree fell during a storm and clipped the corner of our house, I reached out to Morales Roofers. I spoke directly with the owner, and to my relief, they were able to come out the same day to inspect the roof for any damage.

Thankfully, the damage was minimal and limited to an outside wall. By the end of the day, they sent a crew to tarp the area to protect it from the rain expected in the coming days.

I was especially impressed with their thorough roof inspection and the detailed documentation they provided of their findings. Their communication was outstanding, and the entire experience left me feeling confident and well taken care of.

Morales works hard to make sure that their customers are happy. They do right by people during the course of remedying even difficult problems such as the one that I had (a leak on a flat section of roof that was hard to pinpoint and took several visits to ultimately correct). They stuck with me through that process and were reasonable in terms of billing, etc. Based upon how this experience turned out, I'll be reaching out to them for other future needs with regards to my roof.

I had a roof leak Christmas Eve, contacted Rafeal, he told me he would be out the next day on Christmas!!!! Rafael Roofing is amazing! Did our inspection/bid same day calling them, got bid approved and they worked on it the following week! Everything was smooth and the process was easy! Morales Roofers far surpassed my expectations and frankly that's hard to do. Rafael was very professional and he knows roofing. I got several other estimates but Morales presented a fair price for the roof we wanted without all the add-ons other roofers proposed. His crew was very skilled and diligent and worked hard and fast to get our roof done right. They had to replace a lot of wood-rot and rebuild some areas of the roof from water damage, and made it look easy. They cleaned up thoroughly and left my property in good order. I've never been this impressed with a trades company. I highly recommend them.

Rafael and his team were very professional. When I called for a quote, he came over within a couple hours. He gave me the best quote and explained everything. He said as soon as I sign the agreement, he will start. Sure enough, within a couple of weeks, his team started. In less than 2 days, I got a new roof! And it looks great! I'm so impressed how punctual the Morales team are. They had 3 days to finish, but they were finished way before sundown the 2nd day.
They are very honest and trustworthy. I recommended them to my family, friends, and our church ( which needs a new roof). They do an excellent job and warranty the roof.
