Dalco Contractors & Roofing

We used Dalco Contractors when we had wind and hail damage. Experience was amazing from the first phone call until the job was done. Very thankful for Harrison and Brook for walking me through the entire process and dealing with the insurance company and HOA on my behalf.
For sure a company that you can trust with giving you all the information and letting you make the best decision for you and your family’s situation.

I was told to file a claim, and my roof would be covered after the owner inspected my roof from the ground. I did, and it was not covered. He then came to my home and inspected thoroughly inspected my roof like he should have done from the beginning, then confirmed, "No, the damage will not be covered." I would have never filed a claim if I knew the damages would not be covered. Now my premium is higher, I can't change carriers, and I'll still have to pay out of pocket for my repairs. My roof is leaking in the back of my home.

IF THERE WAS THAT MUCH STORM DAMAGE, SHOULDN'T YOUR PROFESSIONAL OPINION BEEN...MAAM THEY'RE NOT GOING TO COVER YOUR CLAIM INSTEAD OF LET ME TEXT YOU A DATE TO GIVE TO YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY FOR THE MOST RECENT STORM??? You didn't physically inspect my roof because you had hip replacement and couldn't climb up. Not sure why you even came out. You didn't complete any kind of actual assessment either. Just eyeballed it. You just texted me a hail storm date to send to my insurance company (which I still have). I never said you are responsible for my claim not being covered, but you do conduct bad business practices. I wanted to pay out of pocket for missing shingles. You said I had a claim, so there was no need to spend money just fixing a few shingles when I could file a claim. Again, I would have never filed if you would have properly inspected my roof and told me about the additional damages. I'm filing a BBB complaint.

Brook and Harrison were on top of everything. They were both in constant communication with me so that I knew what the expectations were. They did everything that I would expect from a high caliber roofing company. They separated themselves from the rest of companies out there. They were very helpful during storm until we could get roof done. They were quick and fast, but they were not good on clean up. We are still picking up roof nails and siding pieces that fell in all window seals up high that some blew down in your flower bed.

Great service, cleanup superb, showed us pictures of repairs while on the roof as well. Brook Stokes runs a heck of a business. A man of his word. That's hard to find these days. Job well done. We appreciate the effort...

These guys are on time and they did a great job! Brook is very easy to work with and very professional and courteous. I called several roofing companies to come out to give me a estimate of the coast to repair my roof. Very few responded and the ones that did come out was giving me a runaround with getting a simple estimate and worried about what the insurance company was going to cover. I called Dalco on Saturday and with the innovation with this company Brook the owner was able to do a satellite estimate for my home and I had a estimate in hand by Monday.

We schedule a date and the team was onsite on time and completed my entire roof in one day without any issues. The next day they returned and installed my gutters to perfection. The quality of work and customer service with this company is incredible

Dalco gets 5 stars from us! We needed a new roof due to wind and hail damage. The insurance company tried to steer us to a contractor referral company, Innovation Property Co., but they were totally unresponsive, and never returned our calls. We decided to find our own contractor and found Dalco Roofing on the BBB site. We read dozens of very favorable reviews and cautiously decided to at least get an estimate. Brook Stokes happened to be in the neighborhood, and was at our house in 15 minutes. Brook assured us he could work wiht the insurance estimate, and we deferred to some of his suggested changes to the wood work. It is really rare in this day and age to find someone you can do business with on a hand-shake, but Bruce is one of those people. He was so personable that we decided to go with his company without getting other estimates. His crew showed up when he said they would. He used premium materials and he handled everything with the insurance company when it turned out that we needed additional work that was not in the original estimate. The work was completed in just one day! Brook took care of notifying the insurance company so they could disburse the final check. Mr. Stokes was an absolute pleasure to work with, and we would not hesitate to give him and his crew our highest recommendation. His crew were punctual, professional, polite and did a superb job on our roof!

The gentleman we talked to from Dalco was great! Very informative and friendly. Informed us on how to proceed with the insurance claim, the whole 9. They came out and finished the roof in a day! Came back the next day to paint the pipes to match the house decor. Will definitely recommend to friends.

My mother’s roof was damaged during a recent hailstorm and I handled the insurance claim for my mother. Since I don’t live in the same state, I was wary of which roofing company to use, but I couldn’t be more pleased with Brook at Dalco. Dalco was referred to me by others that had had a positive experience with their roof repairs. I must say that I was surprised by the degree of attention and care given by Brook and his crew. They must have had 12 to 15 workers repairing our very large and steep roof, and they finished it off within a day and a half. Dalco went the extra mile in several areas -- one example was when Brook commented that our rain gutter downspout by our front door didn't look too good. Even though that was not part of the contract, he decided to replace it to make the home look better. Would highly recommend!
