This is the second time I have used Blue Nail for work inside and outside my house. Eric and his team are knowledgeable and do great work. A team that can be trusted to do it right.

Blue Nail Roofing is absolutely the best Roofing company I have ever dealt with.
Their superior service during the severe hailstorm last year has made me a permanent customer.
Part of the Claim was a ceiling leak in one of my bedrooms that took a lot of investigation to discover the source. It was corrected, but then unfortunately reoccurred just this season.
Miguel Did a terrific job of diagnosing the exact source of where the water was getting in, which was not the roof, but a window in the front that was sealed as part of the claim. He then resealed the window and it has been perfect ever since, especially since we have had several severe thunderstorms already this season.
This was all done as part of a warranty claim.

On the business end, Mike is a super manager along with his team of Melissa, Crystal, Iridian, Daisy, and others. Everyone that I have dealt with at Blue now at Blue Nail Has been super courteous, professional, and helpful. I couldn’t be more pleased with Blue Nail and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future if needed.

I intentionally waited until full completion of our project, i.e., warranty in hand, etc., to write this review. (In case there would be something to note.) ... Our experience w/ Blue Nail Roofing is - awesome company with strong integrity. Prior to contacting them, we had experienced every reported negativity/potential scam said re: unaware homeowners and the roofing industry. (But this review is not about that.) Because of those experiences, it took sleepless nights and many months interviewing multiple roofing companies (10 total) to finally find Blue Nail. More specifically, GERARDO! Truly cannot say enough wonderful things about him. From first contact he was extremely detailed in his assessment which included updated ventilation, gave an upfront bid same day of the assessment, patiently and knowledgeably answered questions (not a salesman but experienced project manager who smoothly managed our roof replacement to completion), always responsive and reliable, friendly, professional and conveyed pride in his work. I could go on and on about Gerardo's dedication, Crystal being on point with documentation and the roofing team professionalism/quality construction, but this review would be too long.... Prior to BN we were having a horrible time and felt it was hopeless to find a trustworthy company, yet BN made it a happy ending. There are many roofing companies. For sure they are not all bad, but to save time - Wind or Hail Call Blue Nail, ask for Gerardo. ...We will always be grateful for Blue Nail Roofing/Gerardo.

Eric and all his crews including brickwork, concrete, windows, roofing, painting, and water heater replacement have been wonderful. All work was professionally done and everyone has been so pleasant to work with.

He takes time to listen to you and make sure that he understands the exact work to be done and exactly how you would like it done. One sleep quotes you a price, that is the price you will get. His subcontractors who come out to do specific work, follow the exact instructions and refuagio has given. He checks up frequently to make sure the job is being done right and does a final check to make sure that you are satisfied. I highly recommend him

Melissa was at my property for the inspection of my roof after the recent hailstorm in my area. I am very impressed with her professionalism and honesty. Because of Melissa I have since recommended another to Blue Nail.

Service technicians (Gerado and Jacob) were on site with insurance adjuster to represent my interests. All work completed with expert oversite, materials, and timeliness.

Eric came out today and inspected my roof. He was very friendly and professional. His inspection showed I needed no repair/ replacement. I like the honesty.

Excellent service, our sales person, Refugio, did an excellent job, he work hard to give the best price possible, he is very knowledgeable, very personable and efficient, and always returned calls and came to meet with us as many time as we asked and always on the day we requested. Can’t get any better than that.

Select right roof for our house as well w ins claim . We were very impressed with his crew on how professional they were: showed up did their job and left no mess behind not a single nail. Also have to give credit to office staff who were always on top of things w scheduling, providing updates and help getting ins claim in order. We highly recommend these guys if you ever in need of good quality roof work.

Blue Nail Roofing and Construction was great to us! They went above and beyond with handling our entire process. Roof repairs
Had a big storm damage our roof. I called several roofing companies. Prompt response from blue nail and they got someone over quickly to look it over. Gabriel showed up gave us his suggestions and price for blue nail to make it happen. Regardless if we took his quote, he offered to tarp our roof even with it still raining outside to limit any further damage! Great service and job was completed quickly at the exact quoted price.

I read all these great reviews, so I expected the same thing. Sad to say, it wasn’t the same case for me. My husband called and was told someone would come check out our roof and no one showed up not even a courtesy call to let us know. Very unprofessional.

We tried for years to get our insurance company to replace our roof, But Eric came in and worked his magic and finally had the insurance company do right by us and replaced it!. They did a great job, very professional, highly recommend!

Our Blue Nail Roofing rep was Jody Dykes. We had water leaking i to house, that was an obvious roof leak breach. Our insurance company sent out 2 adjusters who didn’t find the issue. Jody worked with us for 4 months, did 3/4 very detailed inspections and got the information to the Insurance company so they could correctly process our claim. The process was smooth and stress free and Jody walked us through all the steps and explained the claim and payment process very well! Thank you Jody and Blue Nail Roofing!

The customer service at Blue Nail Roofing was amazing!!! They were technically closed today and Saturdays are generally designated for appointments, but they still were able to send someone out since they were headed our way anyways and we were grateful to meet Melissa C. After months of getting nowhere with a small roofing contractor and back and forth with my insurance, I finally called in the “Big Boys,” Blue Nail Roofing and Construction. Gerardo and his team of experts were able to get my entire roof replaced (and gutters!). Their work is amazing. My next door neighbor called me while Blue Nail was in the middle of the installation and wanted their contact info. I’ve gotten many compliments on the roof, the color, the quality, fast service. Eric has the secret sauce on working professionally with our insurance company. I am convinced other roofers would not have been able to have our insurance pay for an entire new roof. He doesn’t cut corners, great service, and knows what the insurance companies require to allow claims.

Loved Melissa. She was great when it came to inspection and estimates. Dalton was a little difficult to get in touch with, but sure it is because he is so busy. Esther worked well with removing damage from water leaks and repair, including repainting inside of our home. Still trying to find some things taken off the walls. Could use some training in sortingvthings out as she takes them dowe. Had to find andcreplace some of the faceplates ourselves. Still waiting to have outdoor work completed.

Over the years, living in Texas, I have had a number of roof repairs and complete roofs replaced, I must say replacing my roof from a terrible hail storm with Eric Thomason and his crew made this the easiest job I have ever done. Eric videoed everything, which was important, because the insurance adjuster missed a lot of damage. So Blue Nail is not just a roofer, they will get the job done, acting as your general contractor, in some cases. I had windows broke, pool equipment damaged, and gutters that had to be replaced, and I didn't have to worry about anything, they took care of everything. Can't say enough food things about Eric and Blue Nail Roofing!
