Called them about gutter cleaning, lady took my number and info, said no one there currently to answer questions, said would call me back. No call back. Called T and D lawn Services, called back next morning, came out same day and cleaned my gutters. Have heard from others is not unusual to not get call backs.

I can't comment on the quality of work yet, since they still haven't installed the gutters we signed a contract for on May 14. At that time we were told they were only a week out on jobs...it is now the end of July and we still have no gutters. Would love to be proven wrong but I'm not holding my breath.

I was looking at a house in Columbus that had asbestos siding on it. I called on a Thursday morning to get a quote for removal of all siding and new siding/soffit/fascia to get a ball park figure before putting in an offer on the house the same day. Kent answered the phone, was very courteous, professional, and helpful. I explained the need for a quick turn around on the estimate as I was putting in an offer soon. They went up to Columbus from Watertown to take a look at the house, and called back later that afternoon with a full estimate. Unfortunately, I did not get the house, but if I had, I would have really considered Watertown Siding Co. for the work based off the very professional experience I had with them. Give them a call if you're looking for siding and/or removal of asbestos siding.
