Ron wasn’t trying to upsell anything, he was looking at our best interest.
They got the work done during some rain/snow conditions for a very fair price.
Ron continued to text me before he got there to find out about my shingles.
Communication back to the client's staff was top notch.
I cannot recommend Watertight more!

Had an amazing experience with Ron and his crew from Watertight. I met Ron last summer when he was doing a roof in the neighborhood. After talking with him only a few minutes, I knew he was an honest great guy who wanted what was best for us. He wasn’t trying to upsell anything, he was looking at our best interest. He even said after looking at our roof, we could go a little longer and try to buy some more time on our current roof. We decided we would save the money and wait a little. Well 10 months later, a leak sprung in a very bad rain storm and it was time. I called Ron and he was there for us. He felt like family, offering to come over in the middle of a storm to help us. He took the time to explain everything and the best plan of action to take. He was so available to us with all of our questions. His estimate was incredibly reasonable and fair. He went above and beyond for us by untarping, taking photos and retarping our leak to help us get insurance to help. He’s just a great all around person with an incredibly hard working wonderful team of guys working alongside him. It was a big investment for us but I knew this crew was trustworthy and we would be happy with the job. We had 6 estimates and Ron’s was very reasonable. We put our trust in him as if we had been friends for many years because that’s exactly how he made us feel. The roof looks utterly amazing! Neighbors are stopping to compliment! i got photos all day of the process directly from Ron. I never thought I would be this happy or excited about a new roof. I will recommend this company to everyone! I miss the day and the crew already! They clean up extremely well too, we haven’t found a single nail. There are so many roofing companies to choose from but choose the one that feels most like home and Ron’s company is just that. He cared so much about us from beginning to end. We are so grateful life lead us to Watertight Roofing.

Amazing guys…came out when I had some leaks and immediately diagnosed the problem areas. Got the work done during some rain/snow conditions for a very fair price, sent me pictures as they went along and even followed up with me after the work was done. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I loved that they came so quickly. Ron Oakman was so easy to talk to. He showed me all problems with pics and the repairs he did. He followed up the next day asking if there any issues. I am very Thankful for him and Watertight Roofing. Very reasonable pricing.

These guys are awesome! I had to ceiling leaking in my second-story bathroom, made a call and got a call returned before eight in the morning by 1130 they were at my house and by 12:15 they were done. I had been super frantic as the first time homeowner and single woman living alone And these guys were so kind and so patient and so helpful! Ron continued to text me before he got there to find out about my shingles to make sure he had ones that matched. He showed me the damage and then the price was very reasonable. Even followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was OK 11 out of 10 recommend

Had the opportunity to work with Joe and his crew on a 27,500 square foot commercial shingle opportunity for a local non-profit. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of work, attention to detail, project management skills, organization and cleanup. Interfacing with his team on the project and communication back to the client's staff was top notch. This was a large project and it was completed ahead of schedule.

If you are considering working with Watertight Roofing Systems on a residential or larger commercial shingle project, I would highly recommend this company and will use again in the future. I had an excellent experience. A+

I cannot recommend Watertight more! Joe was so helpful in navigating the insurance process to help us get a new roof without extra costs. He spent countless time with me on the phone helping to research laws and ordinances to ensure I got the proper repairs and shingles all covered by insurance. Our roof was done within one day once they started work and it looks beautiful. Definitely go with watertight!!

Joe took my call immediately and was able to get me a quote for my roof that had some minor damage due to a recent wind storm. He was able to give me a price while I was on the phone with him just from looking at pictures. The work on my roof was done the same day that the quote was given and his employees who worked on my roof were fast and professional.
