Highly recommended! After dealing with a few contractors not showing up or not returning calls at all, I reached out to Evergreen. They were professional, responsive, and great communicators. Not your typical contractor! Just good people to work with. And, fairy priced as well. Call them first.

I had a PVC deck installed in December. Pete was great from start to finish. Thoroughly explained the work. He aligned with my overall aesthetic and budget goals. The team did a fantastic job and left the site in great condition. Any future work I have, I will be sure to contact him again. No hesitation.

In person at home review of project and options was creative and concerns about keeping project in line with age and style of home were supported. Materials are quality. Evergreen just completed a deck for my new home. They assisted with the design, selection of materials and had a few recommendations for improvements over the course of the construction process. The construction crew did a great job, working in some difficult weather, taking pride in their craft and completing the project on time. Very, very happy with the entire process.

Pete was reasonable, honest and patient with our project and was able to help us navigate the barriers to success that came with our older home. The previous deck was a DIY project that was past it's shelf life.

Had significant water damage from a pinhole leak at my house (ceiling damage from water and the plumbing work). Called Evergreen and they were onsite quickly. The issue was fixed (ceiling/drywall repaired) and then painted within a week. The work was impeccable and it was easy on the wallet too. Many times you get shoddy work at a premium price- but certainly not the case with Evergreen. I highly recommend.

After having water damage from a pinhole leak in a pipe in our kitchen ceiling we contacted Pete and it was a painless process from then on.
He coordinated a drywall person (who was prompt, professional and very pleasant.) He also had a painter, who again was very professional and did a great job.

This contractor was fantastic! We put a new deck on and they came out a few times to discuss prior to starting job. They wanted to make sure they could do the privacy area the way we wanted. They were very thorough. They are very professional. Very responsive. I just love them. I would use them again.!

The Evergreen team was great to work with! We used them for a whole first floor remodel, including a kitchen, and it was great having a team to help organize all of the moving parts. I worked with Evergreen on a number of projects over the past few years. Excellent work. We did a closed in exterior patio wall with a fireplace and patio extension. Due to the vendor chosen, Evergreen coordinated and executed all aspects, including serving as general contractor over the fireplace installers. Evergreen was responsive, timely, and fair in their work and in their pricing, even meeting us more than halfway on a project scope change that occurred during concrete pouring. The work looks like it was done as part of the original construction, and we’d highly recommend.

Evergreen replaced our old wood deck with composite approximately 2 years ago. They were prompt, courteous, responsive and professional. The deck was completed on time and on budget, which was especially impressive during a time of supply chain issues and rising prices during the pandemic. The deck turned out great, and continues to provide much enjoyment.

There is no humanity element to this company. They are money hungry and rude. They ride the terms of a lease as hard as they can to squeeze any bit of extra money they can out of their tenants. Anybody reading this comment can reach out to me directly, I have a few other rental agencies that are worth you time, kind and won’t rip you off for every single dollar. This company only does well because they allow pets at their rentals. Don’t let anything else fool you. They are arrogant, ignorant, and ONLY RESPOND BY TEXT MESSAGE. Whoever works in the office behind the scenes does poorly at their job. I’ve never dealt with one person with an official job title. Save your time and money. Go elsewhere.
