I stopped in today to have an automobile key fob programmed. Easy and the staff were very helpful. They have made keys for me before and I have never had any issues. Thank you!

Dropped a load of shingles and the guy that let me in, unloaded me went the extra step and watched and stopped traffic so I could back out when we were done. Heck he even came and helped me push the tarp carriage on my conestoga trailer back ... didn't ask him for help he just came offered and did. Great experience with this job.

Friendly, professional, sales people, if they don't have it, they will tell you where to get it! You can still buy individual screws and nuts and bolts because they are a True Value Hardware Store! ONE STOP SHOPPING AT IT'S BEST!

I purchased the wrong item and returned it and got the correct item; there was a price difference but no transaction was given to refund the difference. I was sent on my way. The difference was less than $2 but the point is it was not honest. Small businesses need to cater in service and honesty so customers choose to stop there instead of down the street to big name stores.

They have everything you need and you can get in and out in a flash. Great selection of nuts and bolts for all the car guys and girls out there.Very friendly people and very knowledgeable of their departments. They can cut keys and mix paint, one stop shop for sure, they refill propane also.

Her patience was phenomenal as we are not experienced builders and needed a good bit of guidance. Will stepped in and helped us with a few out of the box ideas that improved our original design.
