This is the fourth time I have had to put a roof on a dwelling, and by far the best experience! Not only did Watchdog Roofing put new decking and a roof on a 1700' home in less than 2 days for a very good price, they protected all the landscaping and left the place pristine. The owner is a pro at handling the insurance business as well. The whole experience was painless and the new roof is beautiful.

I cannot recommend Watchdog Roofing, LLC enough. Joshua was extremely professional and took time to educate my husband and I on what needed to be done. The report he sent us made filing our claim so easy. His team was respectful and worked so hard to finish the roof in 2 days. After the roof was finished and the crew had cleaned up Joshua brought over a screen that was damaged and put it back in the window. He also dropped off a card. I opened it after he left and what was inside brought tears to my eyes and a lump in my throat. He thanked my family for our military service and gave us $100 towards the cost of shipping our dog so she can be in Germany with us. My family will never forget this kindness. I just want to give Watchdog Roofing a shout out for the job they just finished for us. Josh and his crew replaced a 27+ year old shake roof with all new decking,underlayment new valleys all new vent covers and a class 4 impact resistant roof. Josh and Jacob were on site for the whole job and they took the time to cover up all the flower beds with tarps to protect them and to over see the job. Pedro and his crew were very professional and respectful of us and our home while doing the job and when the job was finished they did an exceptional job of cleanup and putting everything back to normal. They made sure to run a magnet over the yard and driveway to pick up the nails. I’ve known Josh since he was 8 years old and have watched him grow up and I would highly recommend him and his company for any roofing job that you might need very professional, very respectful and a pleasure to work with.

Josh is very professional and was very helpful when we had roof storm damage. Josh was able to tarp our roof on the same day that I called even though it was a Sunday. He worked all afternoon in the heat to make sure that our house was secure.

After the April hailstorm we had in Elk City, it was apparent that I was going to have to replace my roof (tennis ball size divots in the shingles) especially since my home was under contract to sell late May. My wife tried contacting local roofers, but they would either not respond (or return a call a week later), or just eyeball the damage without going on the roof.
I came across J&S solutions as well as some backup roofers that serviced Elk City, and after speaking with Joshua (the owner) he explained the entire process and how he would work with our claims adjuster to make sure any items that needed attention were not overlooked (our claim was processed in 4 days after inspection).
The purchase and installation couldn’t have been smoother with a clear estimate of what was being installed and what the cost will be.
No upfront payments were requested (if a contractor asks for money up front, they are either a con artist, or they can’t manage their business properly). This was a huge plus for J&S’s reputation as a legit contractor.
Removal and installation was seamless starting with showing up when promised, and leaving the property spotless and with a professionally installed roof.
I’m glad I came across J&S by pure luck of a google search, and if I ever need repairs or replacement, I would definitely purchase his services again.

Our roof was leaking, Josh came out, looked at our roof, found the leak & patched it to prevent damage. From there we had time to make educated decisions about which roofing materials would best meet our needs.

In the hail storm on March of 2019, my roof sustained substantial damage. Joshua Moore has good crews working for him. As result the roof was replaced in one day. We went from a type 2 roofing to a type 4 grade roofing material (a much heavier material). My problem was with the mortgage company and the insurance company interaction. This is where Joshua really shined. Joshua's good crews start with him. He caught an error in the initial estimate of work needed.
Joshua worked with the insurance company and the mortgage company, to get them to work together. Each of them felt that there procedures for handling the money was the final word, and as a result onone was getting any of the insurance money for the job. If he had not done so we might still be waiting for authorization to complete the job.
Joshua is a polite, intelligent, and a hard worker. I will seek him out when the next construction job comes along.

J&S was fantastic, even with no end of complications. I had trouble with my insurance, trouble with my own schedule, a custom skylight, etc., and J&S was still responsive, friendly, and cooperative. The estimate was transparent and detailed; they were able to answer all the questions I had and offer advice based on my particular situation.

The roofing job took only a day; the crew arrived early and got started right away, and were done by about 4:30pm that afternoon. During the roofing Joshua was on-site most of the time and kept me included & involved as much as I desired to be (particularly about my problem-child skylight). He was able to come up with an innovative solutions when we realized the first option wouldn't necessarily work as thought.

The cleanup was taken care of and they went over the yard and drive way at least 3-4 times to make sure that any bits of metal and any scrap material was cleared out and disposed of. Everything was as-promised.

Great service! Highly recommended!! We have had a leak from our roof for a few months now. We have had a roofer and an insurance adjuster come and no one could find where the leak was coming from. J & S Solutions was great to work with. They came out immediately after talking to them and helped me with my roof damage.
