Back in 2015 Warner Roofing did a complete tear off and re-roof of our two story split entry. They did a great job. Brought out a good sized crew and pretty much knocked it out in one day.
This year I'm starting to get things ready to have the house painted and while looking over things I noticed a small corner of the eaves where the plywood decking was delaminating.
I called Warner and asked to have someone come out and tell me what it would cost to have that corner of the roof peeled back and the plywood and roofing replaced there.
Their guy came out and looked it over and said it must have been a pre-existing condition and the crew just overlooked that the plywood needed to be replaced in that area.
I was not expecting this, but Warner decided that it was an oversight on their part and that their warranty would cover the replacement.
A few days later their crew came out and did the repair. Once again, in a very professional manner.
I highly recommend this outfit if you have any roof work coming up.
What a great company! I wish that all contracting companies would do things this way. The sales person was very professional, went in the attic and on the roof when assessing our old roof. Found a few concerns that they made sure to address with the new roof. They were fast with the proposal, and it was very thorough, with options that made sense in our situation. They showed up on the date they scheduled the work, and cleaned up each day. They kept in contact when they found a couple of rotting wood sections, which I approved them to change out. Overall a great experience. Thank you Mike for running a top notch company with great employees.
