I wish other roofing companies could understand the value and importance of hiring knowledgeable people to do their bids rather than a salesman that knows little or nothing about roofing systems and/or installation. It gave me peace of mind having your team take care of this project. The guys that came out to do the roof yesterday were also amazing. Kudos to your team, and to you Mike for hiring and retaining such great people!

It all started with their Estimator who pinpointed exactly what's causing for the small leak & advised the repair needed, I had obtained 2 quotes from other companies prior & both advised a much bigger job with more cost. The repair was done successfully, the team were professional and nice. Even the lady at the office was nice, from setting up the appointment to the billing, everything was clear and well communicated. This is my-to go to Roofing company, and I am a very diligent customer who asks questions and look at details; these guys are GREAT.

Extremely professional and ON TIME which is almost unheard of for a construction company and when they left all debris was clear and it looked like they were never there. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! I will certainly use them again if I ever need another roof.

Hands down the best roofing company around. They had our roof done in 2 days right before the snow storm and the owner Mike come over to check our roof after the snow melted to make sure everything looked great. Erica the Office Manager keeps you informed every step of the way and is super nice and sweet. The crew that was at our house was awesome very kind funny and the clean up was amazing. I had skylights installed by Warner roofing in 2018. They've been an absolute delight since, and allowed us to convert our attic space into a bedroom that's comfortable to sleep in year round.
When there was a mix up that delayed the order, I was contacted promptly and Warner made it right by upgrading me to fully solar powered skylights! Way beyond expectations. These skylights have held up against the test of time so far. Thanks for the morning sunshine and the rain to lull me to sleep at night on my skylights.

We had our home painted, which a huge portion of our roof was over-sprayed...Warner Roofing' Todd was fantastic getting to us promptly w/estimate, images, scheduling and roofing materials making sure everything matched.

Mike and Todd's expertise and honesty were greatly appreciated for this repair! Todd also went out of his way to seal upper windows painter didn't do, or would of had water leaks which we truly appreciate!!!!

Warner Roofing was great to work with.

My roof started leaking after a snow storm this year and they came out promptly after I called them for an estimate. Their estimator, Todd, spent almost 2 hours with me on the roof and in my attic. He drew up a roof plan and we went over roof area and what I was expecting to get out of this re-roof job. Price was very important to me so we had worked out some things that I could do myself after their work was complete to help lower the cost, this included me installing some flashings myself.

Within a few weeks, the re-roof crew came out and tore my roof off and replaced it entirely in less than 2 days. There were some unexpected sheets of plywood that needed to be replaced, they photographed everything so I could see when they were done. I trusted them, but this was an extra step that really showed how trustworthy they are.

When they ran into a hiccup, Mike Warner (the owner) called me himself and we discussed the solution on the phone.
Remember those flashings that I was going to replace myself? They went ahead and it did it anyway for no charge, amongst other things that were also excluded from the contract.

When the work was done, I had one little area that I had an issue with, I called their office and they had a guy out the next day to fix it, no questions asked.

The customer service was great.
The quality and speed was great.
The price was un-beatable.

When I asked for an estimate, response was quick with great communication. Then, after inspecting my roof and its surrounds, I was told about the materials recommended. It was all clear and choices were open. But the great news was that the roof I have has 4 or 5 years of life still there, and unless I want it replaced now, waiting is recommended. What wonderful honesty! When it is time for that roof replacement I know Warner Roofing is who I"ll call, and whole-heartedly recommend

I received a few quotes on tear off and re-roofing my house. Warner was competitive with their pricing and their estimate was thorough, giving different options/upgrades and the pricing for each. I wasn't home when they did the work, but the nosy neighbors said the crew worked their butts off :)
They cleaned up great and the roof looks great, too. Erica in the office was responsive easy to deal with. We had a couple downpours since they did the work and seems to be holding up!

We hired Warner Roofing to replace our roof and were very pleased with their work. Mike Warner was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about his craft, he stopped by numerous times to check on the progress and make sure things were being done exactly right, the crew was friendly and cleaned up everything when they were done. Every aspect of the job was done with integrity and precision. They showed up when they said they would and they finished when they said they would. Pricing was fair and I'm very happy I hired Warner Roofing.
