I called Jason in early 2024 based solely on his Google reviews. We had been burned by a contractor, but dealing with Jason at Wantmor was refreshing. Jason came out really quick to give me an estimate of my roof, deck, and siding. A tree fell on my house and caused destruction to a portion of my roof and deck. The previous construction company cost me about $5,000 for tearing up my siding. Jason at Wantmor worked real well with my insurance company and charged me a reasonable price on everything. He demonstrated professionalism all the way from beginning to end. He kept us informed and communicated in such a way that we felt very comfortable throughout the job. Jason kept his word on everything including the timetable for each project. The work that Jason and Wantmor did for us was top notch. I would highly recommend Wantmor for roofing, decks, or any other jobs they specialize in. I will be using Wantmor again.

No job to small or to far for Jason and his crew of top notch window installers. The work crew traveled far but managed to arrive first thing in the morning as scheduled and worked efficiently throughout the day. The crew was neat and courteous and interacted with my wife and I to make certain the finished product was what we expected. Jason stayed behind after his crew left and wiped down the windows and window frames to ensure the windows were as close to perfect as possible. Jason is definitely a man that goes above and beyond what is required of him to make sure his customers are completely satisfied. Jason has done a number of different projects for me over the last six months. Everything from multiple roof replacements (on both mine and my mother's homes), to fencing, to home renovations. On each project he and his crew did rock solid work that was completed swiftly and at a more than reasonable price. I honestly can't speak highly enough of his work and his ethic. Much of which revolved around my wife and I having to manage and repair my recently deceased mother's estate.

Along the way of preparing her house for sale we encountered numerous problems that felt like disasters to us. But, each time Jason put us at ease by jumping in, communicating all the possible solutions, and quickly handling nearly every step of the process. Throughout it all, Jason and his crew's work have been the one thing that we never had to question.

From here on out he's gonna be the guy I go to get things done. And I think he should be for you as well.

Jason really helped me out when I was in a bind! Had a sliding glass door that would not close and I was out of town. Jason got over to the property very quickly, secured the door, and sent me pictures to confirm. Super fast response time and great work!

We have used Jason for several home repairs over the last year and he has always been prompt, responsive, and fantastic. While he was replacing the flooring in our office after our hot water heater busted, he overheard me complaining about some overgrown hedges in our front yard. Without hesitation, he trimmed the large pieces and hauled them away with the ruined flooring. We have also used Wantmor to replace our fence and fence gates. He even sent someone out two weeks later to re-level a gate after we noticed it settled a bit. We will always use and recommend Jason for all our home repairs.

Phenomenal customer service!! After all the terrible storms across Arkansas this year we needed a roof inspection which led to a new roof. Wantmor Things to Fix helped us through every single step from inspection to discussion with our insurance company, replacement, repairs, and final claim closure. Exceptional service, timely and helpful. Excellent communication and very detail oriented! We are already looking for the next project to have them come complete for us!

Jason solicited my home after a hail storm. I contacted him about hail repairs as well as his handyman service. A month of communication went by and during our initial conversation had offered to work with me on the deductible. When it came time to get an actual estimate in writing, one was never provided. I asked for one 4 times. After I spent $1,625 on handyman services he revealed he would not hold up his offer to reduce the hail damage expense and cover the deductible as previously stated. I patiently waited an entire month and after becoming frustrated with him and his personal attacks on me he bailed. He does not keep his word. He does not do what he says. He will say anything to get your business . He is not reliable. I offered him transparency, an open line of communication, and plenty of patience. The very second you have anything to say he doesn't want to hear he will walk away from any pending work (including on going projects) and leave you without repairs. Stay away from him at all costs!!

Jason did a complete roof replacement for me. He helped during the entire process, was professional, and did great work. He was able to complete the repair in two days and didn't leave a mess for us to clean up. Extremely professional, and did quality work for a fair price.
