His pricing is very fair and under all the bids we had. Always on time, professional and great to work with. Cody came to my house yesterday to take a look and give me an estimate, after which I agreed to go forward with the job and lucky for me, he happened to have some extra time right then. My windows haven’t looked this good since the day they were installed many years ago. I also had him clean the screens which had never been cleaned before and now they look like new again!! Cody did a great job cleaning the exterior of my windows. He pointed out we had an issue with the "sash" of a couple of the windows and recommend someone to call to repair them. He was fast and efficient. We will definitely call on him again.

Great service overall. Cody was able to fit us in quickly due to our short time frame. We have an older home. I had initially called about getting his thoughts on windows that were badly worn. After inspecting the windows, he explained to me that based on his experience, even the more labor intensive (and thus more expensive process) would not give me the results that I was hoping for. That created trust which encouraged me to have him wash all of our windows. In the end, the windows turned out great and we will definitely be utilizing his services in the future.

Scheduled appointment and he arrived on time, did the job quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with the end result. One thing we liked was he allowed us to move our pups around so they were not in his way but also allowed them to remain fairly calm while ‘somebody’ was in ‘their house.’ Overall, we will be pleased to be a reference for their work.

Cody does a fabulous and thorough job. I had moved into a new home and there was concrete on the outside of several windows from the contractors pouring. Cody removed the concrete easily and efficiently and my windows were spotless. Will definitely be having him do my windows again.

Cody cleaned my windows and I was very satisfied. He removed and then replaced the awkward screens that keep me from cleaning the windows myself. He was fast and reasonably priced. He did a much better job that I do. I will have him again.

We happened to see a “Reel” short of Cody doing his thing of washing windows set to music and decided to message him. He responded very quickly and was able to get us on his schedule in the next day or two. We were amazed by his enthusiasm and speed in getting our windows spotless. We have very large windows and we ended up having to put a few stickers on them to keep the birds from flying into them. We highly recommend and will definitely use him again.
