After being let down by another company that completely no-showed, I reached out to Young’s Heating & Cooling to set up recurring maintenance on our HVAC system at work—and I’m so glad I did! From the very first call, they were responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful.

Ben sent someone out right away to assess our system, get the correct filter sizing, and made sure everything was in order. When we started having issues shortly after, they came back the very next week to troubleshoot and pinpoint the problem.

Both Ben and Clay were knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciate their thoroughness and customer-first approach. It’s such a relief to finally have a reliable HVAC team we can count on. Highly recommend!

We were recommended to Young's heating and cooling by our previous vendor. That turned out to be an excellent call. We joined Young's preventive maintenance program last year and they have been proactive in making certain our system as well that after. Anthony was great in conducting the maintenance on our HVAC system this spring. Very helpful and informative. Within an hour of his departure we had a report on the health of our system including exactly what it been done to keep it in good order.

We had our new Carrier Infinity HP system installed and are very happy with the crew (Cadman, Alex and Brendan) and their professional work ethic, they showed up timely and did an awesome job on the install. Highly recommend Young's heating and air company.

I had a Tech out to do a yearly check on my AC/heating unit and 2 Techs to check my electrical system all the techs were very professional and explained what they were doing and what they found....great Job!!

TL;DR -- Young's did an amazing job installing a ductless system in our 117 year old house!

After 25 years of no air conditioning (actually, the house was built in 1908, so technically 117 years!), we finally decided to put in a five room ductless system. We got bids from three local companies. All were fine, but Young's put together the most detailed bid and listened carefully to our needs. All the employees were amazing: Grayson did the estimate; Cadman, Brendan, and Alex did the installation; and Hayden did the start up. All the employees made sure to talk with us so they understood exactly what we wanted, answered all of our questions, and completed the entire installation in under 3 days. They were careful inside the house, and cleaned up so I couldn't even tell any work had been done. I highly recommend Young's!

Carlos and his colleagues installed an electric vehicle charger at our house this morning. Despite the snow and freezing weather they worked efficiently to finish the job quickly. I connected my vehicle and it started charging immediately.

Wayne came out same day and was able to assess the issue with our furnace. I would highly recommend Wayne, personable and knows what he is doing!!

All I have to say is Aleesha is the absolute best. Always on top of it no matter what the issue is. Very accommodating and always a pleasure to talk to!

We have received excellent service from Youngs. When we call with a heating problem, Wayne was there that day. Impressive. Grayson was very helpful providing information on new heating systems. Brendon and Cadman were promptly here in the morning to install our new system. Did an excellent job installing, removing old furnace and cleaning up afterwards. Hayden was very helpful in showing us how to program the new system. Great job by all and in a very professional manner.

Anthony and Adrian were the service technicians from Young’s heating and cooling that came to do the duct cleaning in my home. Both were extremely polite and courteous. I felt as though they did a thorough job and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. I would highly recommend them For cleaning your furnace and ductwork.

Great experience! So extremely helpful and friendly. Could not have asked for better service - prompt, knowledgeable, saved me money and will definitely be using them again!!!

It was a pleasure working with Young’s team. They have a monthly Duct cleaning plan which makes it financially easier on your pocket.
The whole process to get my home ducts cleaned was easy. They took the time to explain the plan. I didn’t have $500 to pay out of pocket for the service so having the option to pay monthly was very helpful.

Crew at my house installed lights, they were professional and courteous. Kept me updated of progress and anything they needed to order that wasn’t the correct part initially. I appreciate the good work and professionalism

Luis Zarate did an exceptional job and help a great deal with the work I needed done to my home. Got home on Tuesday to discover my heat wasn’t working! Called Young’s (we use them a lot through my real estate brokerage) and they got me an appointment two days later. Wayne came over and chatted with us a bit and got right to work - found the issue, and now we have heat! We did end up signing up for the maintenance program as it covered this repair and possibly anything else that would come up similar to this issue. Wayne also gave us advice and would make a bid for any further repair needed. Thanks to Young’s, we will have our heat back for the freeze this weekend

We called Young's to look at our heating that died. Wayne came out to take a look. He was pleasant, got the heating up and running, and resolved an issue we were having with our fireplace! Great service! Service technician Anthony Sumerlin did a great job, arrived on time, suggested some changes for the efficiency and maintenance of our system, very knowledgeable and reliable.

Ben, I believe to be the owner, contacted me several times with information. Very attentive. He sent Wayne to our house to check the A/C for the summer months coming. He also installed a new thermostat that is much more user friendly than our old one and spent time explaining the features.
