VW Quality Roofing is AMAZING!! Highly recommend for any roof replacements/repair. Their customer service is top notch and they are incredibly reliable. I called late afternoon to get an estimate and they came out the next day, even showed up early. They had the bid to me in less than an hour. VW has professional, hard working guys who do stellar work!

This company is fantastic. 2 years ago they installed a new roof and their service was super fast and professional. This year I noticed a small leak in the ceiling and right away I called them up. From the call to the time they were at my house was no less then 15 minutes. They showed up assessed and found the issue (a build up of leaves and gunk in the roofline due to poor maintenance on my part. where the water from recent rain had backed up). They cleaned everything up for me and took extra steps to seal up the roof even more. Their team of guys is great, quick and professional. I will continue to recommend this company!!

Jesus and his crew have done multiple jobs for us, including a new roof and new gutters. They have always done excellent work at a reasonable price, and if something isn't just right, they quickly fix it. We also appreciate how responsive Jesus is and how reliable he and his team are.

The BEST!!! Jesus and company did excellent work for us. From the cost to the finished work Jesus was there everyday and sometimes twice. His crew were meticulous and friendly. The finished product looks perfect. If there was a question or concern (only a couple) Jesus was there immediately.

I've owned Rental Real Estate for 40 years. This company is the very best I've ever contracted. On time, (even in these short supply Covid times) kept me informed so I could tell the renters when to expect stomping on the roof, passed all city inspections, called me when there were un-expected problems/// I've never had a better contractor.

Owner came out the day of my call and gave me a quote. Answered all my questions and had a quote in my inbox that evening. Best price of the three I had come quote me. Went above and beyond to do it right. Didn't cut any corners. 10/10 in all areas. Would happily work with them again!!!

After months of being blown off by another local Walla Walla roofing company, I reached out to VW. They responded immediately and dropped by to give me an estimate within hours. Then they made time the very next day, a Saturday, to do the job. Not only was the cost of the job much lower than their competitor's estimate, when they were installing the gutters it was found the roof needed a bit of repair (moldy plywood), which they repaired at a very reasonable additional cost. And then they dropped by another day after working out an ingenious fix to keep my gutter bell chain from being blown around in the wind--which they certainly didn't have to do, they just wanted it to work perfectly for me. I cannot recommend them enough; they excel at all the attributes: Quality, Value, Professional, Responsive, On Time.

Boy, was our roof a mess! We were leaking water every time it rained and the wind blew. We called several roofing companies but no one got back to us quickly except Jesus and a company that has an " office" in the tri- cities.
Jesus came out promptly and gave my roof a thorough inspection.
I have professional roofing experience so I was looking for shortcuts. Jesus gave a fair, detailed estimate, broken down for roof, gutters, and fascia. He, like everyone else, was swamped. However, they fixed the leak and set us up for replacement of the roof.
When the time came they did a tearoff and cleaned up professionally. Fascia, gutters and roof went on quickly and right. They even replaced our skylight, all for less than estimated.

I would like to thank Jimmy for his honesty and integrity. He found my phone on the road, and took the time between jobs to return it to me. There are not enough words to thank you for going beyond and above.

Jesus, Jimmy and the rest of the crew were EXCELLENT to work with. They did an amazing job on replacing our roof and customizing new gutters on an old home with a unique and steep roof. They were professional and have responded right away to any needs we have had. They tore down our old carport for no extra charge. I would highly recommend them!

Jesus was AMAZING! Our experience started when he picked up the phone at 6pm as i was looking for someone to come out and give us a quote. He offered 11am the next day (all other competitors were 2 to 3 weeks out). He walked us through his recommendations and delivered a quote that night. Shortly after we signed the contract (expecting to hear from him in a few weeks), he called me up noting he had an opening and asked if he could fit us in the following week. His crew showed up on time, were very respectful, kept the work area clean, and did a commendable job. Jesus's communication and commitment to the job is top notch! After the roof was torn off the supplier had informed him they had run out of shingles. Jesus was quick to call us and find us an alternative which resulted in only delaying progress by a day or two. The roof is amazing! I would recommend him a thousand times again.

Jesus kept me well informed about the progress of the work. He knew we were in a hurry because we needed to sell the house, so he got the job started right away and had his crew here early every morning. They worked until dark some days. The roof looks great, and the price was very fair!

Jesus recently put a new roof on an Historic Building in Dayton for my partner and I. There was nothing easy about removing 4 roofs, patching water damaged wood, placing five new skylights in and working in 100 degree weather. He worked every day and finished on time even though he had additional work to get done. He finished with no extra charges and many hours of fine tuning. The only reason he had to come back was to install a skylight that didn't come in on time and no extra charge. I've been around construction for over 40 years and I've never met a contractor so prompt and easy to work with. The name of his company fits his work, QUALITY. I Highly recommend Jesus and his workers.

VW Quality Roofing is a family run business that REALLY cares about their clients needs and property! Within 24 hours of my call for a flat roof replacement, Jesus promptly showed up and gave me a very reasonable and fair quote on replacing a flat roof on the garage. Shortly thereafter, Jesus showed up with his crew; their demolition and waste removal was quick, and efficient. The next couple of days Jesus and his crew replaced the roof, which is no easy feat because only a REAL SEASONED PROFESSIONAL can replace a FLAT roof as beautifully as Jesus did! When they left, everything was clean and in its place. The next week Jesus was there to oversee the installment of the gutter along the back of the garage to make sure that everything was being done to his standard of perfection.

Prior to purchasing our property, the previous owner replaced the roof on the main house. The work was seriously substandard, so it failed the inspection. Within 24 hours of my initial call, Jesus quoted a very reasonable price for the extensive repairs (please see before/after pictures below). Then he performed the necessary repairs on the roof in less than one day, and it passed inspection with flying colors!

Overall, the friendly service, professional quality, and excellent work ethic Jesus and his crew displayed, went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations! We could not be more impressed with Jesus the owner of VW Quality Roofing. We had a lot of decisions to consider with our roofing project and Jesus walked us through the pros and cons of every option always looking out for our interests. With the help of his years of experience and knowledge, we came to a decision we felt confident with. From the moment Jesus and his crew got started to the moment they finished they paid attention to every detail. The roof was inspected 3 times throughout the process and the city official said it was perfect every time. Tarps were laid out every morning and picked up every evening. They cleaned gutters, blew off all patios and walkways, used a magnet everywhere, Jesus thoroughly cleaned every area around our property, it was spotless when he was finished. Jesus was extremely conscientious about the quality of his service and workmanship and we would not hesitate for a minute to recommend him to anyone.

"Quality" is not an understatement! Jesus made time for me after hours, stopped by to review my project and offered insight to what I required. Jesus and his crew did a wonderful job on our home. He was very contentious and helpful through the whole process! He also helped us with the builders company that did the dormers and attic expansion to make sure the work flowed smoothly! His work ethic was impeccable and he left our property very clean. Additionally he provided a dump truck to remove the roofing trash、 and also the construction waste! He went over and beyond his requirements. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality service. This was a complete tear off with multiple layers. The roof itself looks great! All the flashings、drip edge etc were installed. And at the very end、 he made sure that the left over roof tiles were picked up by the distributor so we will receive that credit.
