Wall to Wall is a fantastic contractor. They did what amounted to a full renovation of our Capitol Hill rowhome. They are very detail-oriented and have fair and honest pricing. Angel and Giovanni will walk you through everything and explain why something is a good idea or not. Their advice was never wrong.

Wall to Wall did a great job on our down-to-the-studs bathroom renovation. During the permitting and inspection they were pros at getting us through. In terms of finish work, in particular, the tile is beautiful!

Angel and crew were really flexible when a family emergency meant we were out of town for a couple of months during the project. He was always responsive to messages and worked with us when things weren’t exactly as we wanted. I would recommend them with no reservations!

We met Angel years ago when our bay windows leaked and the "restoration" people my insurance company sent out only wanted to fix the damage and were uninterested in trying to find the root cause. Angel identified the cause of the issue and his team fixed the problem. Since then, we have used Wall to Wall for two bathroom renovations, window and door replacements, and the conversion of our deck into a screened-in porch. Each time they have done a gerat job. Additionally, when small things went wrong, they were transparent about it and fixed the issues promptly, even once under warranty. The workers have always been friendly and courteous. Bottom line - we trust them to do a good job and be attentive to our needs. We will strongly consider using them again in the future should we have any more construction-related needs.

I would recommend this company without reservation. I have used them over the course of many years (and continue to use them) for work of all types at my personal residence and at houses of my clients. They can pretty much do it all: framing/new construction, extensive and light renovation, ceramic tile, masonry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, roofing. They are a full service construction company. They are very professional, efficient and punctual. Their prices are very competitive. However, if you are looking for a low-budget outfit, these are not your guys. They don’t underbid projects to win the job and then come back with additional costs or cut corners resulting in shoddy work. Another thing I should point out. As I stated earlier, they are very professional. If it is not in the contract, it will not be done. Make sure that whatever you want to do is in the contract. Do not assume anything. Of course, change orders are always possible if you should change your mind about certain aspects of your project. I think you will be pleased with Wall to Wall Construction. Angel Tuesta runs an excellent company.

In short, we are delighted by the renovation of our downstairs suite and and upstairs bathroom performed by Wall to Wall Construction-
QUALITY- The work they did was top quality. Even a number of years later, everything is holding up and looks fresh.
PRICE- Wall to Wall was not the lowest priced estimate that we received. However, it was not, by far, the most expensive. The price we paid for the work performed completely matched what we were looking for.
CUSTOMER SERVICE- The owner, Julio Angel Tuesta Noel, is a gentleman who really listened to what we were trying to accomplish, made superb recommendations, and did what he said he would do. All in all, a solid individual.

I have worked with Angel and Wall to Wall Construction. We have done two major renovations over the last 5 years. The Wall to Wall team does a great job. We had a great experience working with Angel and his team. They were very helpful with suggesting ways to right-size our project for our budget and time constraints on a quick condo renovation. They were compliant with our coop’s rules on time, noise, etc, and we’re very happy with our kitchen, bathroom, and living room updates, especially our built in bookshelves. Wall to Wall Construction (Angel + Giovanni) was the lead contractor for four separate interior and exterior renovation/construction projects on our early 20th century bungalow in the DC suburbs. These included a living room, dining room, and office renovation, construction of a new backyard deck, conversion of a dilapidated backyard shed into a beautiful garden house, and sealing & painting our second-floor stucco exterior. We have had a positive experience with them every time. They maintained regular communications through the duration of each project and were responsive to our questions and input. They are knowledgeable and experienced and provided thoughtful insights that helped guide us through the various decisions we needed to make. We have been continually impressed with the quality of their work and highly recommend them for any construction or renovation work you need.

Wall to Wall Construction is one of the most professional contractors I have ever experienced. I heave worked with the company since 2018. Overtime they completed a variety of projects including roof repair, kitchen and bath remodel, floor installation, refurbishing bedrooms, new heating installation. Angel Tuesta (President) offered recommendations and options as the work progressed. He even calmed my nerves when I needed to get DC permits for some work! Even though my house is in DC, I live in another state. Angel called, sent videos on a regular basis so I was never in the dark about how the work was progressing. The work teams were focused, thorough, and respectful of the property as they completed their tasks on schedule. Without any hesitation I would recommend Wall to Wall Construction for any residential projects. I now keep them on speed dial!

Amazing experience working with Angel and his crew! He completely remodeled our 1910 row house in DC and did excellent work! What I mostly appreciated was his constant communication…if there was ever an issue he was quick to keep us informed. Detail and attention matter and wall to wall is on top of it!!

Angel and Wall to Wall have undertaken numerous projects for us over the last 15 years. We have a large house in Washington DC and they have worked with us to remodel the basement, the kitchen and one of the bathrooms - and have given us a wonderful series of decks in our large backyard.
