Customer service at the Waiakea Ace Hardware is the BEST, especially Scott! He will help you find exactly what you are looking for or something close to it. In fact, all the employees at this location are excellent! They all greet or acknowledge you and ask if you need help in finding something.

Lots of people don’t realize Ace Hardware in Hawaii is locally owned! Love this new store, super convenient, friendly staff, way easier than the big box store down the road. Great selection and Ace branded products are the best - especially their 2ga and 4ga pump sprayers. Mahalo Saetchel for helping me out today!

We have been Ace customers for over 35 years and had drifted away when they moved from original store as parking was difficult at the Burger King location.
This New Store is in a whole other realm and we are learning to go to ACE first not HD or even HPM specially for hard to find items.
The Store is comprehensively stocked and staff can accurately point you to most anything you could possibly want.
There is ample parking right by the store.
You do need to be on the East side of the highway approaching Toyota and they have a helpful sign on the side of the road.

Great store. I think I've passed by this location thousands of times by this point, but I never stopped in until now. They have everything you could possibly need from Ace. From Traeger grills to electrical connectors. The staff I dealt with were awesome and helpful.
