Hi I was truly thankful for how well the carpets and air ducts were cleaned very well and thoroughly. The guys did an amazing job and very friendly service. I highly recommend them. Thank you guys so much hope to see you guys again in the future.

I'm in the process of working with the company on some mold I found in my basement. They have been incredibly kind throughout the process and quick in their responses. I would definitely work with them again in the future!

I can’t say enough good things about Spencer and Mustang Disaster Cleanup. This summer we got a bunch of water in our rarely used basement and it led to a huge mold problem. We hired another local mold mitigation company and they didn’t do half of the things they tried to charge for. It left me feeling like maybe there was still mold down there. We are putting a playroom in there for our young daughter and I needed peace of mind that the mold was gone. Spencer came and did a mold test in our basement and her nursery and confirmed that our levels were low. He thoroughly explained the process and the results and made suggestions for preventing growth in the future. Hopefully there won’t be a next time but if there is I will be calling him first.

Recently we had a sump pump failure in our basement. We discovered it when we returned home from a nine day vacation. We contacted Spencer and the Mustang team and they responded right away. They explained, in detail, what the process would involve and approximate time frame. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. A painful experience was tolerable thanks to Spencer and the Mustang team!!

We have had the Mustang company clean the carpet in our whole house and they did a wonderful job. All of the stains I was worried about came right out . We had them clean out a dryer vent that hadn't been cleaned in ages and was almost plugged with lint. They did a great job on this also. They are on time and very neat, I would recommend them to anyone.

Our basement got flooded in Eagle Grove, I called them late morning..they arrived within a few hours. They walked me through each step of what needed to be done & got right to it. Absolutely amazing people! I highly recommend.

Spencer SAVED me from having a horrible mold issue! I was out of town, leaving the country for vacation in 12 hours when I learned about a water issue in my basement. I was so stressed! I called Mustang at 4:45 pm on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend. Spencer responded to my voice mail within 30 minutes and told me he could get to my house in about an hour. What a relief! He had everything cleaned up, treated and dehumidifiers installed in my basement before I went to bed. I was able to go on vacation without worry, thanks to Spencer. Wow! I was elated and so relieved!

Excellent service and attention to details from start to finish.

We had radiator pipes burst in our church in January. Spencer and his crew were on site in less than an hour. They quickly developed a plan and gathered the equipment needed to remove water and and dry out the affected areas. It took a week to dry everything. They monitored moisture levels throughout the process and kept us well informed on the progress.

Jared and Brent came out on a Sunday to clean our restaurant carpets after we closed, they were quick, efficient and took time to explain the process in detail. They even took time to answer all my questions, which were excessive I’m sure as I had lots!

The crew did an excellent job. They cleaned some very dirty ductwork that had not been cleaned for over 21 years. They were courteous. All of our questions regarding the entire process were answered to our satisfaction.We will used them again. Highly recommended.

Cleaned our ductwork and dryer vent. The crew was on time, friendly, professional and efficient. There were no surprises on the invoice. I would hire them again if in need of any of the services they offer.

I was pleased with the job Spencer and his crew did cleaning the vents/ducts at our 2 houses. He took time to explain the procedure & and did a great job removing the dust, lint & debris from our systems. I know this will make a major difference with our allergies and in breathing cleaner air. They were careful and didn’t leave a trace of dust, dirt, etc. Professional and friendly. Mustang of Central Iowa was the service we used after our house fire and mold due to water damage. They were professional, courteous, and extremely detailed. They treated each of my items like they were priceless treasures...(most of them were not). They were careful in explaining the whole process from start to finish as well as recommending best safety practices and solutions. Above all, they were friendly, caring, and understanding when we became overwhelmed with our property losses. Every employee we came in contact with performed with the same degree of knowledge, and expertise. Most of my items were restored from the fire and smoke damage. I also received detailed reports of each item restored. Best of all, Mustang and Spencer made my family feel as if we were their VIP clients throughout the whole process. I hope no one has the need for their services but if you do need a fire restoration service ... Mustang is the ONLY choice.

While Mustang didn’t end up being a good fit for our particular job (we live pretty far away), Spencer was VERY helpful upfront. Mustang Disaster CleanUp cleaned up raw sewage in my basement and their work was incredible! The folks I worked with - Spencer, Jared, Thad & Krisha - were phenomenal. I was pretty traumatized by the whole sewage thing and they were kind, caring, funny, & professional. From the moment they got there, I knew it would be ok. Mustang is the best clean-up service I have ever worked with - and the only one I will work with in the future!

They inspected crawl space and found mold and musty smell due to poor ventilation and humidity. Mustang provided a simple remedy for the moisture control, killed the existing mold and removed the musty smell. Easy deal. Excellent immediate results. Delightful and responsive service company.

I give mustang crew five stars! I had a house fire that was devastating. Everything was destroyed. The only things we could pull from the after math was a Bible and a family painting. They were is horrible condition. Smelt so bad like ash and fire. And to anyone else they could not be saved. Then here come mustang to prove them wrong. No it isn't in perfect condition but not only did they clean and deodorize both the Bible and the painting but they had special keepsake boxes made to keep them safe for as long as possible. I am forever grateful for what they have done for me!

The power went out and our sump pump couldn’t keep up with all the rain. Mustang was awesome to work with! I called right away and they were there right as we finished bringing furniture upstairs. They were all so nice and helpful! Highly recommend!!
