I'm so happy I got my roof done today.
From ordering materials and starting the job. Everything took less than a week and the roof was done in 1 day.  Really good communication, good quality work,
very clean  and reasonable prices. I highly recommend giving them a call or sending them an email.
If you're looking to get any work done that they can do.

Alex was great to deal with, punctual and very professional. He was extremely responsive and able to get us scheduled quickly. The crew he sent was professional and hard working. Highly recommend!

Saw their work on our neighbors house and had them replace the roof on our garage. Their crew was in and done in a day including demo and installation while also completing our neighbors garage. Another neighbor liked their work and had her whole house and garage done after seeing their work on our house. They do a great job with proper ice membranes, drip edges, and straight shingle lines.

We were very impressed with the Ticos crew. They arrived at 7:30 am and completed the roof and clean up at 7:30 pm on an extremely humid and the hottest day of this summer. We recommend this company highly. Alex was great to work with and he is a man of his word.

Had Tico’s replace my roof. Honest crew, competitive pricing, great work. We got caught on an unexpected rain day, the team powered through to get me weather tight and were back out next day to wrap up. Worked with me through the whole process and accommodated some last minute curveballs. A few weeks later I found a leak coming down, called Alex and within a few hours they were back to diagnose the problem. They found an issue which would have been next to impossible to spot when they first came, and had me patched and resealed in under an hour. Can’t say I’m looking forward to next time I need a roofer but I know who I’ll be looking up again when I do. Alex, and the W Ticos team! Thanks, boys!

From beginning to end, it was such a positive experience having Ticos install a new roof on my home and shed! Alex is so easy to work with, he took the time to come out and listen to my concerns, he offered his suggestions and the rest is history! I could not be happier with the finished product. The crew was hard at work first thing in the morning, and by late afternoon, it was done! It looks beautiful! Several neighbors have complimented on the work, calling my home “striking”. I think Alex may get a few calls soon. Job well done!

5 STARS all the way! The crew re-did our roof on Easter Sunday. Not ideal, but we were working with Mother Nature. They were absolutely amazing! The guys arrived bright and early.... re-roofed our entire house... cleaned up... and were gone by 4:30. It was like they were never there and the roof looks phenomenal. This company is the best in town and I highly recommend them.

Alex and Wilson did a great job to replace my roof in Nashua in Sep 2023. They were honest about the needed work and the price, and the price was competitive. In addition, I was in West Coast and I could not be at the house at the time, but they were able to get all the quotes and work done well, with the help from my tenants. Alex was updating me the progress with photos, videos and phone calls on the project day. I am satisfied with their work and communication. I would definitely recommend them

Alex from Ticos patched up a small hole on our rubber roof. We appreciated his honesty with finding out the exact issue which caused a small amount of water damage on one of our walls in our upstairs bathroom. Another roofing company didn’t find this small hole but claimed our whole roof - rubber and shingle sections - needed to be completely replaced. Alex assured us that we have a great roof that just needed a temporary patch. We’ll call him in the spring to have a more permanent patch put in place!

Wow! Where do I start? Alex wasted no time personally coming to meet me and kindly listened to my scattered brain of ideas. I had no starting point other than I Needed a new roof/siding/windows and doors. After brainstorming with him he brought me to the shop and he made sure I picked out exactly what I wanted and his professional knowledge and experience helped me tremendously. He was so patient and accommodating to everything I needed and asked for. Via phone, always there, need him to show up?there he is, never misses a beat! And The Crew! Loved them! The most happy group of people came to do such a huge project! Even when I asked them to change something or move a window there was no hesitation. Every barrier they came across they worked with me to figure it out when I had no clue what to do. I could go on and on about this company, I will always recommend them. Removed skylights and replaced roof in one day. Removed and replaced siding, ALL NEW WINDOWS plus additional, ALL NEW DOORS plus additional slider, in three days!! AMAZING !!! thank you all so much! It sure is nice to be home now :)

Absolutely would recommended them to other people. there were a couple of small things that I wanted slightly different and they came back right away to adjust them to perfection, no questions, no hard times. From the initial estimate to the final product we could not have been happier with the whole crew. Fair pricing, good quality and a team that response to you! Also here when they said they would be and left without hardly a sign they had even been here, great cleanup. Would absolutely call them when I am ready to reside my shed!

I'm thrilled and feel lucky that I chose W. Ticos Roofing - got a fair price (a bit lower than others I got) and unbelievably, they finished my house and garage in one day, and did beautiful, high quality work.

The crew showed up on time, were very conscientious with our property, cleaned everything up before they left, and were respectful and courteous to my family (and dog!).

And yes, they are easy to deal with. Alex and Wilson are good guys, don't do the "sales job" routine...just offer a good price, do great work, and finish fast. Get other prices if you want but, you'd be (very) smart to use W. Ticos. As "Nike" used to say...Just Do It !

I have W. Ticos changed the roof of my 2 unit house. They come to estimate quickly, and started the work as soon as the weather become good. The price is reasonable. I monitored the quality of their work, looks good and professional from begin to end. I will keep monitoring next few years and report back because the real quality need time to test. They work very hard and the progress is faster than I thought, and did not sacrify any quality from my watching. In general, I would give them 5 stars.

I am currently awaiting an quote. The contractor came out on time when stated. The contractor was attentive and communicate effectively. Thus far I'm pleased. Keep you posted. I can't give 5 stars until the job is completed.

Very prompt estimate and Excellent price. They scheduled on short notice and The installers then worked their butts off all day. We’re thrilled with the experience.

They were amazing! We called him on the 10th and I had my new roof (took one day) on the 13th. Alex and Wilson were very knowledgeable and explained everything to us to make us feel comfortable with what they were doing. Also, throughout the whole process he updated me with pictures and comments. After they left, aside from the roof, it was like they never were here! Very clean and careful.

Extremely pleased with the roofing job you did on our house on June 7-8, 2019.Crew worked LONG hours, did excellent job of removing 3 layers of old roofing, installing the new, and cleaning up afterwards. Price was reasonable. Alex supervised effectively.

We needed to replace our roof. We were given an accurate quote. The whole team was professional and efficient. They had our roof done a lot faster than we had expected. Alex had an ambitious goup and they did a beautiful job. I would definitely go to him again.

We hired W Ticos to patch some holes in our flat rubber roof and reflash around a chimney. Alex was professional, on time, and offered a great price. They left our yard spotless and even blew off all the leaves.
