I was very pleased with my entire experience with this company. Customer service was excellent and the project turned out beautifully!

CertaPro did a nice job painting our Queen Anne Victorian. As far as paint jobs go, I think it must be one of the more challenging jobs out there. It is huge, tall, and full of ornate detail. It was returned to its former beauty. It was also a very reasonable cost for the amount of work.

CertaPro was professional, very friendly, and completed our deck in a timely manner. They worked wonderfully with our HOA to complete all the required paperwork and rules. Our deck looks beautiful.

We recently used CertaPro painting to paint a few rooms in our house. The overall experience was great from the initial contact, estimating, contract and painting. I was impressed with the ease of communications and the response time. This was a breath of fresh air from other contractors we have used in the past.

The painting team was polite and respectful of our home. Each day they cleaned the work spaces thoroughly. In addition they reviewed what was done and also helped to answer all of our questions/requests.

We recently had CertaPro paint the exterior of our home. They did an excellent job. Emanoel and his team of 4 worked through the recent heat wave. We put out water for them and told them to pace themselves due to the heat. The entire team deserves a bonus for even working in the heat.

They were all pleasant and was very attention to detail oriented. We required some siding to be replaced due to rotting and I was quite impressed with the workmanship. Who knew that painter were carpenters too!

Will definely seek CertaPro out again in the future if we have painting needs.

The whole process was seamless Dave came and gave an estimate for removal of popcorn ceilings in the whole house. Marcos and his crew who completed the work were amazing. They were courteous, efficient and professional. They cleaned up every day and reset the house to where it was when they got here. I will be using them again

We got 3 quotes for painting house exterior. CertaPro was in line with all others, but we also received a very detailed work-up of entire project. Team arrived as scheduled. The painters were polite, neat, professional, hard-working. Job was done neatly, speedily, and house looks beautiful! Could not be happier. Guys stowed leftover paint in garage and cleaned up completely before they left. Would hire them again and recommend them to others as well.

I have used this company twice and am very happy with the quality job they did. Pricing was very competitive, the quality was wonderful and the guys painting were polite, pleasant and cooperative. They cleaned up after themselves each day and were responsive to any and all questions I had.

We had the trim on our two story colonial painted by CertaPro a few days ago. The trim had not been painted in several years so it was much overdue. CertaPro power washed all the trim, scraped and prepped the surfaces, primed all the bare surfaces and applied two coats of finish trim paint. Before leaving the property they cleaned all debris as a result of the prep. I have used CertaPro in the past and once again they delivered a great result. I would use CertaPro in the future.

CertaPro was stupendous. They did a great job of repainting our house, which we expected. But what was totally unexpected (and very rare with contractors) was the customer service. They answered the phone whenever we called, had estimates, change orders and invoices sent immediately, and were there to help at any turn. Probably the most professionally run painting contractor I’ve ever worked with.

We had our farmers porch deck stained and CertaPro Painters of Nashua did an excellent job. They power washed the deck, let it dry completely, then sanded the spots that needed it, and when everything was cleaned, dry, and all ready for deck stain, they did an excellent and clean job. They use the highest quality Benjamin Moore paints and stains, and we are very impressed with their attention to detail. Office staff is very professional, personable, and organized.
We will hire them again for another paint project when that time arrives.

Our experience with CertaPro of Nashua/Westford was excellent from the initial walk-around and quote, through cleaning, repairing and final paint coat. They said what they would do and did what they said. Very responsive to questions and requests. Deck washing brought new life to the deck and they spent most of a day on it. Very happy overall!

Heather and team did a great job on getting our house painted. We had some siding boards that were outdated and water damaged. Certa Pro came up with a solution to replace the boards that didn't look cheap or mismatched. They came out beautiful and we were very happy with the final results of the whole project. We would recommend Certa Pro.

My experience with this company was nothing short of amazing. From when they put their bid in to when the project was finished was a very short and on my timetable. John was the man who came to paint. He was incredibly neat, courteous, patient and kind. He was also quick. My final walk-through was fantastic: no errors or redos needed. I will be posting pictures when I have finished dressing the rooms up. Would highly recommend.

We highly recommend CertaPro Painters for your interior or exterior painting. The crew were professional and attentive to detail. The crew, Edwin and Jose, were conscientious about the work they needed to accomplish and what strategies they had to implement to attend to high ceilings in hallway and high overhang in our dining area. They were prompt, courteous and hardworking throughout the three days they worked at our home. We will definitely use CertaPro again.

What became a difficult process finding a local painter to to tackle our full cedar shake home (with various age shakes and weathering) was completely reversed when I reached out to CertaPro. A sales rep and estimator came out and provided a quite detailed quote. I worked with Heather periodically in the office dialing in scheduling and questions, who was very responsive. She came out to check on the project and how the crew was doing. I can't say enough good things about Edwin and his team. They worked hard, showed up every day until the project was done. They were nice people and at times had to work around dogs and tricky areas and never phased them. I really appreciate the work that went into this and would have never been able to take it on myself. Between the washing, prepping, ladders, crew needed and their equipment it really makes you appreciate it. Having a good group like them made it well worth the investment. The final product came out spectacular, I would recommend and use them again.

We had been looking at repainting all 3 floors of the interior of our Townhouse for awhile.

We had several painters give us quotes and at least for the ones we contacted CertaPro of Nashua was by far one of the more reasonable ones for what we wanted done and using a top quality Benjamin Moore Paint and not something from a Big Box store.

From the beginning of the project with the quote from Andy through working with Heather and the entire painting crew the experience was great.

Andy and Heather were very responsive to any question leading up to and through the project. Everyone was very professional and worked to our schedule as to what order we wanted things done from beginning to end so as to not upend the entire house for a week+ as we work from home.

The painting crew was on time each day, were very professional, and left the areas they worked in as clean as can be expected with the dust from sanding each night. The skill and quality of the work the painter did was exceptional even going to the point of having me review things each day and point out things he needed to touch up or go back to before I even noticed it.

I would not hesitate at using this company in the future. The crew did such a good job I maybe asking for a quote in the future for our decks if I do not decide to do them myself.

CertaPro Westford is great! From the office to the crew, everyone was very professional and responsive. There was a hiccup at the beginning on the paint color and Heather from the office promptly addressed it on-site the very next morning. Tiago, the supervisor, was always available by phone and message, great at communication, checked in the project everyday on-site, bringing in materials to make sure the project went smoothly. The crew had two people, Eduardo and Daniel, and they arrived every morning early on time and worked hard whole day and cleaned up every night. Eduardo's carpentry work was absolutely beautiful. This was my second time using CertaPro, and I would definitely use them again, hopefully the same crew!

I had a great experience with CertaPro of Nashua. I worked with Andy, Kimberly and then Marcos and the crew and no one disappointed me! They were able to fit me in with a very short timeline, were competitive with their pricing and the paint crew was terrific!!! We contacted them for pricing for sanding, power washing, and staining of the rear deck, bulkhead, and front door. They were very responsive, professional, and accommodating. They came out the next day to provide an estimate, which was the lowest of the 4 bids we received from different contractors. They could start the work within a few days, which was great, as we wanted the job done before the bad weather started here in Southern NH. They also did little things that I should have included in the scope of work. They did a fantastic job, and it only took them two days. We are so pleased that we have asked them to bid on the interior painting work that we want done. This includes replacing and painting baseboards, window trim, door trim (and eventually doors), painting stair skirts, and replacing railings. They are more than just a painting company! I recommend talking to Andy Morgan for pricing and to see what other projects they can help with. We would highly recommend them for any of your home projects like the ones I just referenced.

From start to finish, the process was easy, fast, and painless.

I contacted CertaPro at the beginning of September for an estimate to paint my house. My hope was to have the entire exterior of the house painted by the end of the season. Up until that point I wasn’t very hopeful that it could be done. I had a few other estimates but the companies were looking to book me in late October or next spring. The Sales Rep, Andy, came and looked at everything. He asked what my timeline was and when I told him, said, we can make that happen.. And they did! The painting crew was here a week later and started the project. The crew was very detail oriented and took care to make sure the windows, solar panels and roof were protected. If there was a question about something, the Crew lead always tapped on the door and asked me first. They sanded, primed, and painted everything, to include the deck and farmers porch in about 7 or so days (we had some rain in between) The end result was that they took my diamond in the rough and made it shine bright!

The painting team of Enoch and Richard from Certapro not only did a fantastic job in painting our home efficiently and with the highest attention to detail; they communicated with us each step of the way through the process.

The experience was excellent. Team arrived on time each day. Areas that were not even involved in the project were protected. The team kept me informed during the of the progress & even when they took a break or lunch. They took proper care of my property as if it was their own & I appreciate that work ethnic.
The walls needed major repairs before painting & it looks great.

I am a former subcontractor for this company. I take great pride in my work and pride myself in doing it right the first time. This company is all about making a quick dollar . All they care about is profit and subcontractors like myself you go the extra mile to do the job the correct way they screw over and hire your helpers to do a hack job . Give you crumbs, and play with your money , if they pay you at all. Zero issues going over rot as long as it last a year.

Leandro and his crew were fast, detailed, conscientious, friendly, an went beyond what was expected. Our house looks great and I am so relieved that I will not have to get up on ladder to do the preparation and painting as I have for most of the past 15 years (and so is my wife). I recommend CertapPo as a reliable and reasonable company to do business with.

I hired CertaPro of Nashua, NH & Westford, MA to paint my house and found that everyone that worked there was kind and professional. From beginning to end everything was handled well and there was a lot of attention to detail. The team that painted my house was hardworking and friendly and it was a pleasure to have them at my home. My only nit is that in the original quote a "5% Mid Summer Scheduling" discount was provided that was removed when I was considering going for their financing. When I ended up paying cash, the discount wasn't restored which annoys me. Other than that I recommend them because I've never had such a good experience getting a house painted.

The painters did a very good job. I'm quite pleased with the results. The only problem, certainly not a major one, was the length of time to start the job. Understanding the weather and the size of the job (small one) the results far outweigh the minor problem of waiting 6 weeks to start.

First time using CertaPro to paint exterior of my house. House built late 1800s and because of Covid it was long overdue to be painted. The crew assigned did a awesome job overall but especially with the prep. Would highly recommend CertaPro.

Extremely poor experience, I would not work with CertaPro ever again. Poor quality work, poor wall prep before painting, paint splatters allover hardwood floors due to not using drop cloths, delay after delay during the job, less than a year later there are numerous places I've found where there are cracks where they patched, drips showing, paint on window screens....I could go on and on ..

I painted my entire house with Certa Pro. Right from giving quotes to painting my house they were very professional. The crew lead by Tiago was very courteous and they completed their job in the time frame that was stated to us. I would highly recommend them.

My experience was very good. The walls were repaired as needed and the crew did a great job with the paint and the molding. Clean up was thorough.

We had our dining room & living room painted the same color and it was a great experience. The painters did an incredible job with any patch work to the point where our walls looked brand new. They stayed late to get the job done which included painting the fireplace black. My only complaint is it was done saturday 2/17, it is tuesday 2/20 and we already need to touch up a few spots on the fireplace. The painters were very friendly and professional.

We are a big building and we needed a lot of painting to be done. CertaPro came when they said they would, were very professional and cleaned up after they were done. We are very happy with the work the did at our condo building.

We were very pleased with the quality of work performed on exterior painting of our house, which included extensive carpentry and replacement of siding. Additional work was required in addition to the initial assessment, but both the lead and the sales office were prompt in describing and showing me what was required.

Easy to deal with and the crew we had (Herc) was super professional and polite. Would recommend anyone looking for a great exterior paint job!

CertaPro's sales pitch is great.
We had a contract that specified what was to be done. It is not what we received. The first step power washing. The individuals doing it were to agressive. This ruined my power door lock and left water in the house under each door. We complained. Next prep work. Again to agressive with scrapping and sanding. Gouging the cedar shingles. The painting was horrible and I tried to show the individuals how it should be done. I was ignored and they did it their way. I was able to stop them. Again I complained. It was agreed that a new guy would do the job. Except he only wanted to spray one coat not two coats. As specified in the contract. He packed up his stuff and left. After 3 calls to CertaPro I finally got a call back. I was told they would not be coming back.
If not for the babysitting, I would have ended up with horrible paint job and be out thousands of dollars. Now I need to fix there mess.

CertaPro Painters are the consummate professionals when it comes time for painting-inside or out!

Rone, in particular, was very precise in prepping the site, this time, in my kitchen and also the body of my house (I own a mobile home in a retirement park). His work was exceptional, and once the new color (Concord Buff) was applied over the dismal '80s brown, my mood increased immensely! And I had ordered pine-colored louvered shutters to complement the new color. It all came together beautifully!

And a shout out to Heather, the coordinator extraordinaire, a logistic angel who kept the painter on track and her availability to coordinate the job was invaluable! I highly recommend CertaPro Painters!

CertaPro removed a textured ceiling from my house and painted. They were friendly and responsive and able to get in and out to meet the timing of my move. Great to work with and I'll go back for future painting needs!

The painting and carpentry were done professionally and of quality. The crew we had was great and completed the project from start to finish. There were a few bumps along the way, but they were resolved to satisfaction. They were at my home early every morning ready to begin their job for the day and we're the most diligent team of painters. The job supervisor met with me every day to aprise me of the past days progress and the schedule for the current day. Both the house and adjacent garage were complete prepared and painted and finished on time as projected without short cuts. Recently had the exterior of my house painted through CertaPro. Office staff (Heather and Gordon in particular) were easy to deal with, provided prompt quote and scheduled the work in a timely way. Can't say enough positive things about head painter Wesley--communicated clearly what was being done and when, showed skill and pride in his work, handled any issues with a positive, cooperative attitude and resolved to my satisfaction, and worked hard to complete all painting in 4 straight days, despite brutal 90-degree heat. Would use them again next time in 10 years, and would ask for Wesley.

CertaPro was wonderful from the beginning. They handled the challenge of our old building with old wooden beams really well. The team was respectful, and careful and worked hard. They ended on time and cleaned up perfectly. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I were very pleased with the high quality of service we received from Gordon, a sales associate, and Wesley, who completed our painting job. Gordon completed a detailed and fairly-priced estimate of our exterior painting needs in a timely manner and made sure (along with Heather) that the painting would be completed within only a few weeks. Wesley correctly matched the paint colors on our door and exterior trim and is an excellent painter. He also performed expert carpentry in places, including on our front door and above our garage. Horrible experience! Horrible results.

CertaPro left me with a botched job that they refused to fix. The job was over schedule and communication was very poor; it was an absolute nightmare. I *strongly* suspect that most, if not all of the positive Google reviews for this CertaPro franchise were fraudulently created by the franchise owners. It’s simply not plausible that a company this sleazy and dishonest would get good reviews legitimately.

The problems I encountered include:

CertaPro tried to jack up the price AFTER work had started; claiming the project was larger than what their salesman quoted. This is a classic sleazy-contractor tactic; low-ball the estimate and nickel and dime the cost upward later.

The project was severely understaffed resulting in schedule delays. The project consisted of a large bedroom and a separate hall/stairway that could easily be done in parallel. Yet, the hallway was not started until the bedroom was complete. Throughout the project there was only one - sometimes two - painters. There should/could have been three throughout. The project was supposed to take three days but instead took five; forcing me to sit at home babysitting the painters the entire time.

The hallway/stairway was botched and CertaPro refused to fix it. There were large creases where the drywall panels came together (see pictures). The flaws are especially bad because of the position of the hall light and the fact that the flaws are within a foot of your face as you walk up the stairs. CertaPro refused to fix this to make it right. They provided a price break only because I refused to pay. I am left having to get this fixed.

With the exception of the initial sales call, at no time during the project did an employee of CertaPro check in or supervise the work. Project Management was nonexistent. All the work was done by sub-contractors with no authority. This resulted in horrible communication as it was not clear who to talk to about the issues.

The bottom line is that this company is sleazy, greedy and dishonest. CertaPro of Nashua/Westford is the quintessential nightmare contractor that we all fear when we need work done.

I hired Certapro to stain outside cedar shutters and they did an amazing job! Professionally and carefully removed them to apply the stain and finished the job in only a few hours. I highly recommend Jason and the team at Certapro!

They did a great job. Showed up on time and got right to work and I’m very happy with the painting. I will be using them again next summer for another exterior painting project. I have used them yearly starting in 2018 for maintenance painting of my barn
