I am an old woman who has lived in a drafty old farmhouse for 47 years, the last 40 without my late husband. My house is 150 years old and I can’t remember a winter where I went without a jacket and hat indoors! This year I qualified for the Weatherization Program, which sent Quality Insulation” team Bryce and Glenn to my rescue. I am so glad they did!
They were here for only a few days, but they worked miracles in that time. Both guys worked tirelessly to get the work done while dealing with the quirks of a house that was built in 1860.They were friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor as well. Mitchell and Seth did an awesome spray job for us on our current project. Everything was sprayed great and shaved back very well. They were very professional and did a great clean up.

Avoid this company. Took them 5 times of coming out to complete the job. First time out they only did half the work and got insulation all over our wood stove. Second time out they admitted to not bringing enough insulation for the job but had no plans on returning with more. You couldn’t be home for 24 hours with some of the work so we didn’t know work wasn’t done until we could return. They scraped up our walls and made a mess every time they came. After all that we went into our attic with this cold weather to see the problem still hasn’t been corrected.

Quality insulation is the only company you need to hire for all your insulation needs. An excellent job from start to finish. Sales representative Matt Leary walked us to the process of how the job is done and what is involved. He’s highly skilled and knowledgeable in the trade. The installers Mike and Mike did An unbelievable job . They were punctual and went above and beyond to insure the job was done to code and completed as requested. I’ve used them a couple of times and I’ve never been disappointed Highly recommended.

Had an insulation retrofit completed a couple months back. Mike made arrangements with the roofer to sequence the insulation in the roof area while it was being replaced and coordinated additional steps as well. Alex and Emmanuel (names hopefully correct) were particularly very easy to work with and did a fantastic job with the spray foam, considering the tight space they had.

Mitchell and seth did an amazing job on our nashua addition. The spray foam insulation came out awesome! They were very thorough and communicated with us every step of the way.

We had an extremely positive experience with Quality Insulation. Guy and Scott were punctual and professional. They did a thorough job, were respectful and accommodating to our employees' needs, and cleaned up after themselves. They installed R-38 fiberglass insulation and covered it with Fi-Foil; the end result is better heat retention, which lowers our utility bills, while also being aesthetically pleasing and greatly improving the look and feel of our warehouse. Quality Insulation is highly recommended!

Had a truck load of insulation to deliver here. Works are super friendly they have clean restroom and offer free coffee. Their dock for unloading is a bit tight but not impossible. I wouldn’t mind delivering here again

Ryan ,Juan, Victor repaired and cleaned my gutters and if I can give them a 10 star I would. They were so efficient ,courteous and cleaned up afterwards. I was so impressed that I plan on having them come yearly to clean my gutters and do any necessary repairs. Quality insulation initially installed my gutters years ago and I thought they were great then also. Also Dushawn who gave the estimate for the service was also excellent and very easy to work with. This is a very good company so don’t hesitate to hire them.

Dustin and Tommy came to do various insulation installs in my attic and crawlspaces and they did a fantastic job! They were very professional and courteous and I couldn’t be happier with their service. In July Julian and Francisco came to insulate the basement of our new build, professional and hard working. They did a great job. At the same time Carlos did the wire shelving throughout the house. We had a tricky pantry and master closet. Carlos was professional, kind and most importantly listened to my concerns and had great solutions! Cudos to all the guys...from Bronson (who did the quote), to the installers that crushed it!

John and Seth did a great job installing foam insulation yesterday, August 14 and August 15 2024. Work was performed at our home in New Boston NH.

They communicated well, protected floors , windows and doors properly. Their clean up efforts were stellar. They scrapped all the exposed rafters and wood studs so our drywaller would have no issue installing drywall and wood planking on the walls.
They covered exposed beam to protect them from overspray and the fire proofing paint.

They worked really hard in summer tempratures that were challenging.

We cant say enough on how happy we are with the install.

They deserve an increase in compensation. If by chance this review offers them a bonus, double it. I have their phone numbers and I will cal them to see they were taken care of properly. It is hard finding dedicated craft and trade people with a good attitude.

The fist day of the job was the hottest day of the recent heat wave and it registered over 100 degrees in my garage. They both, suited up in tyvek suits and gas masks, worked all day to make sure the job was ready for batt insulation and ultimately drywall later in the week. Thanks guys for all the hard work.

Joe and one of his helpers (didn't get his name) did a great job. They reinstalled two original doors, replaced with new motors and installing a new garage overhead door with motor. So basically three doors installed and adjusted in one short day. Cleaned up after themselves. Then, Joe took time to go over the doors functions and settings with me. Very satisfied.

Had Mitchell from Quality Insurance spray foam some skylight framing for me at my Kaplan Subaru job. He was quick, clean, and left doing a quality job. Easy 5 stars.

Joe & Josh came today and replaced a circuit board in one of my LiftMaster garage door openers… They did an outstanding job and in fact they were the original installers for my doors. They went above and beyond, lubricating the hinges because they didn’t like the way they sounded…. Great service!!!

They installed the shelving for a large pantry in our newly/built home over four years ago. Over time the shelving became uneven due to a manufacturing design flaw. Quality inspected it, arranged for the manufacturer to inspect it, dismantled and reinstalled the entire setup with new parts at no charge. What firm do you know stands behind their work like that?

I can't say enough good things about this company. I had them spray foam insulate the entire underside of my large roof. Some of the space is very hard to access but they still did professional, thorough work. The rep that came out to estimate the job was knowledgeable and offered us some great strategies on how to maximize the results while minimizing the cost, so we took his advice. The price was reasonable, the crew showed up on time, worked hard and cleaned up thoroughly. We're extremely pleased with the results. I give them a 10 out of 10.

Not sure why it shows 4.6 stars. And I sure don’t want to even give one! Please read ALL the reviews. Absolutely HORRIBLE! I don’t know where to begin. Destruction of property and the lack of disrespect to one’s home is mind boggling they broke our garage doors, expensive garage lighting, trim boards and I could go on! They threw everything in the middle of our garage and left the door open and it poured and ruined so much more! Every time they would come back to do something a door or window would always be left wide open where we had to rescue a bird from our home. They thought it was ok to run our credit card for something without even asking! Their work is horrible we had to fix a lot ourselves after our building inspector wouldn’t pass areas. Communication is horrible don’t expect any calls back or when they need to come back they will not let you know. Also don’t expect anything to be done if you voice your concern and complaints. I have and was told that an email would go out to the owner and my husband called to complain and nothing was sent out or done. We ended up in the long run paying more than the bid due to us having to fix their mistakes out of pocket it would have been better to hire a higher contractors bid. Please look elsewhere.

We are so happy with our installation. After our evaluation we were scheduled in under a week. The team showed up on schedule. They introduced themselves with big smiles right out of the truck . Our install team was Steve M, Scott and Zoltan. We toured the house, reviewed the work order and they got right at the job. One guy in the attic, one drilling the holes and the other getting the pump ready and setting up the safety nets to catch debris. They were meticulous in the process and were happy to review their progress . They were polite and careful when entering the house and answered any questions I had. It was so refreshing to have quality professionals on the job. They left the yard clean and did a walk around of the finished product. So happy with the work and enjoyed the team doing it.

I just had my home insulated by Dustin and Tommy. I would highly recommend! They were able to insulate my attic although it’s very small and even fixed the venting that was just venting into the attic instead of outdoors. They also added insulation above my garage and replaced the weather stripping on all the doors that needed it. They were very professional , and explained everything they were doing and cleaned up so you wouldn’t have known they were there.

These folks are the real deal! Starting off with Mike our salesman. He gave us an education on what we needed to have done and quoted us an amazingly fair price for both foam sealing and insulating our attic as well as new gutters.

I just had my gutters installed today. Josh and Chris installed my them and they did a wonderful job couldn't be happier.

We had Darren and Steven insulate our house we are renovating. They arrived on time and explained the whole process and any questions we had along the way. I am so impressed. I was nervous about getting the house insulated, but it is so warm now and I am so thankful. I am so sorry that I didn’t do it sooner because the cost of fuel is so expensive and I just feel no draft and it’s just an amazing thing and I am so thankful everybody was polite and just encouraging since showing every little thing that they did and it is very impressive. Paul & Nick performed a long set of Mass Save recommended work at my house and were very courteous and professional. My attic required a lot of work, and they left it more structurally sound (and insulated) than it was previously. Nick was knowledgeable and approachable. Recommend.

Darren and Steven were great and did an excellent job insulating our crawl space. They arrived exactly on time and completed the job very efficiently. They were tidy and the work looks great. They were also very pleasant, and all together we were very happy, would highly recommend them.

Proceed with caution and DON'T deal with this company.
Negative Stars, Don't let Darrin and Steve gas light you into thinking they're working their but off because trust me they're not! They came to my house to do a big job and honestly I probably could've done a better job then they did. Stands on my washing machine instead of getting a ladder. The door trim to seal the doors they put on barely touching the doors and didn't chaulk them so the air just goes right under them. Had to come back to rebuild the attic hatch that wasn't done correctly and guess what its falling apart. My heated basement is at 64 when upstairs is 70. Clearly something was missed or I should say a lot of things. Found openings that you could be in the bulkhead and reach into the house via 4 bays and pass someone a drink. Huge air gap if you ask me.

Did I mention they had to come back like 6 plus times and the job still isn't completed. Probably only got about 40% of a 100% job actually. Then they say they want to fix it and Frank the owner told me reach out to him and he will help......guess what I did and no help or return call. Now another company has to come in and complete aka finish a job that should've been done in a weeks time.

Dustin and Tommy are two hardworking professionals, my attic has very limited room and is full of ductwork. The assessment says it might not be doable, I don't know how, but they managed to do the air sealing for the entire attic. They also dense packed the ceiling cavity of the garage, put as much as material as they possible could. It has been an extra-long day for them, their effort brings comfort to our family, we are very grateful
