The turn-cycle team did a fantastic job fixing my attic entry hatch. Not only did they fix the seal leak, they also took the time to fix the entire entry frame. It looks amazing and I could not be happier about their customer service. They stand by their work, and have corrected an issue that I had. I would recommend them to anyone needing insulation work!

The turn-cycle insulation team wasn't too bad. However they weren’t able to seal the attic entry door properly and moisture now builds up all around the entryway. I will be fixing this myself which is fine, however this project wasn’t cheap and I figured it would be done correctly the first time. I think there are better companies out there if you shop around.

We worked with Turn Cycle Solutions are part of the Liberty Energy Efficiency Program which was offered to us (Christ the King Lutheran Church in Nashua). Mike and Chris from Turn Cycle Solutions were great - very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and everything was very clear from the beginning until the end. The job was explained in great detail, and when the team arrived to do the insulation work, they were all very professional, hard-working, friendly, and cleaned up after every day. We are very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend them!

I have worked with Turn Cycle Solutions twice now through the NH Saves Program. I am very happy with the work they have done in my home! Both times the employees were very helpful answering my questions and informing me along the way. The teams showed up on time, they were polite and always cleaned up the work area. Pat, Jake, Austin, Christian, Colton and Isaac were great. Austin even called me after the job to see if he could answer any other questions I had! I would definitely recommend this crew for work you need done. BTW- My home is much more energy efficient with the help of Turn Cycle Solutions and NH Saves!!

Turn Cycle Solutions kept me informed throughout the entire process. The Project Estimator and the Project Manager were very professional and explained everything thoroughly. The Installation Technician, Brady, was outstanding. He took great pride in his workmanship. He was friendly, easy to work with, accommodating to my requests, and respectful of our home. Chris was personable and very knowledgeable. He explained everything, regarding the audit. As he went along explained what needed to be done and answered all our questions. He was very thorough.

This was a small job, opening up a wall to access a pipe for the plumber to work on. The company communicates very well. The workers were meticulous, trustworthy, and very professional. Even though this was a small job, the company treated us like this was extremely important. They also have a ton of great reviews online. I will clearly be using them again. This was a great company to deal with.

Had them out to do many projects at my home. Guys are very polite clean and organized. Made sure the job was done correct and we were happy. They also helped us save money with insulating our home better.

This company is amazing!! I thought the NHSAVES was just a scam until I desperately needed help with home updates. Turn Cycle Solutions came and did amazing work. IIsaac, Hector , Christian were professional and courteous while doing the job. They had to stay late to get the job done because they wanted to make sure it was done correctly. My attic is brand new and they also built me a platform for storage. They are the best contractors I have ever had. This company is amazing and the employees are well trained and experience. The crew for Turn Cycle Solutions did a great job insulating our old drafty and they excellent clean up each day. They showed up each day on time, work hard and did a great job. I would not hesitate to call them back for more work in the future.

At first the company was fine. Very friendly salesman. We needed to have some mold remediated before they could do the work - which was fine. However, they said they'd coordinate with the remediation company so they'd come in right after and do the insulation work. Unfortunately it wasn't actually scheduled until weeks later, leaving us with hardly any insulation in the attic for half of December. When they finally DID do the work, it was also fine. They stepped through the ceiling but did a rough patch of the area.

I never heard back after they finished and was awaiting the results of the final blower door test and a final report, which I never received. I started getting messages about an overdue invoice. I replied saying the work wasn't done and I'd pay when it was. They replied that they forgot to make the report visible to me, but that it was done. Sure enough, it was done.

I tried to pay the bill, but their system would not allow me to use my credit card for payment. Instead of fixing the problem on their end, they are insisting that I pay cash (which I don't have), so I continue to accrue late fees. I've confirmed with my credit card company that the card is fine, so it's clearly something on their payment processor side. They refuse to fix the problem.

If I were you, I'd find a company that cares more about the customer experience.

EDIT: I had the dates written down wrong, so I updated those. The install was two weeks after the mold remediation, so it was only two weeks in December without insulation. I stand by my 1-star review for the fact that they made it impossible to pay via credit card, and made my pay by check instead of fixing their payment processing system.

Austin and Charlie did a great job with the inspection and even helped with sealing a hole and tacking up fallen cables .
Nick and Josiah worked so hard doing the insulation. They never took a break. I am very happy with all of the work they did.

Turn Cycle did another great job on our home's insulation upgrade this April. The tech Brady was so professional and respectful, he carefully removed the clapboards to access each bay, with zero damage. The house is so much quieter, we can't hear the wind outside at all! We expect to have greatly improved cooling and heating going forward.

Last year we had the attic and foundation insulation work done and there was an immediate improvement to the thermal control on our second floor. We used to see a huge swing on hot days, and now it tracks with the main level within a few degrees instead of almost 20 degrees on hot days. Outstanding work and results!

I had Turn Cycle Solutions do work for a NH Saves weatherization project. I couldn't be happier with the two individuals that did the work. I apologize for not remembering their names. My home is a 200 year old post and beam home and the lead installer actually lives in a 200+ year old home. So he understood nuances on how construction had changed over the past 200 years.
I was in my attic the month prior to the weatherization upgrading anything electrical that was needed because I knew the attic would soon have a lot of insulation. I am 66 years old and working in the attic is hard and uncomfortable. I admire the work that was done because I know what it is like working in an attic with cramped space. When the work was completed, there was a big improvement as shown with the blower door test.
The other individual added insulation board between all the floor joists against my 200 year old beams. The insulation board was sealed with expanding form insulation.
The electrician that Turn Cycle Solutions sent to my home installed programmable thermostats.
The contractors Turn Cycle used at my house were first rate. I would definitely use Turn Cycle again for another home project. There is a reason why almost all of the ratings are 5 stars. Because the contractors sent to the job are 5 stars.

Turn Cycle did a fantastic job on a large exterior house project last year. They replaced the siding, installed all new windows and doors, and built a beautiful new front porch/entryway. All of the workers were kind, respectful, and efficient. The project was completed within the timeframe expected, and the only time we went over budget was when I wanted to upgrade from previously designated options. Mike, Andy and their team are very easy to work with and have always been responsive to my questions (and this being my first big home renovation, I had a lot of questions!). We are already working with them on our next big home project, and things are going just as smoothly. I highly recommend Turn Cycle for all home projects and renovations - big or small!

They were thorough, explained in detail the scope of the project, answered all questions we had, were easy to work with, the staff as well as the installation crew were courteous, took care not to create a mess in the house by laying down floor coverings in their work path as well as ensuring anything in the rooms they were working in were covered and free from debris. Highly recommend working with the team!

My experiences with Turn Cycle Solutions, utilizing the NH Saves program, were mixed but, overall, positive. The subcontractor who conducted the initial energy audit was helpful and spoke like he would be doing the work. That got switched, which was confusing. Then Austin from Turn Cycle Solutions did the walk through the day before the actual work. There was a question about the proposed work on the bathroom fan. Austin said he would talk to someone at the office and get back to me. He never did. When another subcontractor than the one who conducted the audit showed up the next day it was clear Austin had not communicated with him concerning the bathroom fan question. That subcontractor did a great job and explained everything to my satisfaction. Although he said the pics of the attic insulation would be available online, more than a week later they were not. A big shout out to Marlena in the office who was very helpful in making the pics of all the work immediately available to me. Consistency and communication are areas Turn Cycle Solutions could improve. We are happy with the final outcome, having paid approximately $1200 for attic and basement insulation worth over $6700. The quality of the completed work is excellent.

Turn Cycle Solutions just did our insulation today 2/17 and they did a great job. We have been through absolute hell with other companies like CSNH and Reliable Restoration & Recovery (would NEVER recommend those to anyone btw.) Our little modular home that we rent has been through a lot. It has been incredibly stressful for us & our kids basically living under construction for the last couple months, and Turn Cycle Solutions is the first company that actually went well. Turn Cycle has gone above and beyond to support several significant residential renovation projects for my company this year. They've navigated curveballs with patience and flexibility, and delivered high quality results.

We hired Turn Cycle for a series of major projects. They were excellent! They communicated with us frequently, explained what they were doing and why, were professionals, and kept the worksites clean. Very happy to have worked with Turn Cycle!

I contacted Turn cycle for a price on mini-split heating systems. Over the course of the next THREE MONTHS I have received everything but a proposal. I was asked to create a login for their system, I had multiple visits to my property from their sub-contractors and energy auditor, numerous phone calls and messages back and forth. Every time I call, the person that I need to speak to is not available.
It appears this company's attempted model of efficiency really backfired on them to the point where people just kick you back and forth and no one is accountable. So much non-sense and no actual business. Feels a lot like calling Xfinity when you have a problem.

Note: I still do not have a proposal that I contacted them for over three months ago. Although, I'm willing to bet someone follows up now...

We just to want to say, from the first time we were contacted by Turn Cycle Solutions, when we applied through NHSAVES, It was a great experience from Start to Finish, from Initial contact from Chris Auditor) Joe (Scheduler) Ryan and his assistant,( forgot his name) Project Mgr, and of course the installers, I believe, it was Jake/Jack and his partner. They were timely, fully informative, and very personable. The installers were early for their arrival, and got going, they covered everything up, even taking their shoes off, when transiting the work areas, and when completed, they vacuumed the affected areas. Leaving like the we never even here. And let’s not forget the Administrative Staff, everyone we talk to, throughout the process, they walked through the payment process efficiently and answered any questions we had., and were very pleasant to talk to. We have recommended Turn Cycle Solutions to friends of ours, in (Concord NH). and are scheduled to have Turn Cycle to come out to start the process through NHSAVES. The two crews who came to work on our home did excellent work. We have a back, steeply sloped closet which had to be insulated with insulation board as well as blown in insulation. We were so impressed by how finished the project looked when it was completed. The same was true of basement work. We could immediately tell the difference with respect to any heat loss. Had a good experience with the Turn cycle weatherization program. It helped us catch some potential health problems before they became an issue, and the house is significantly warmer (and cheaper to warm) than before.

TCS did a great job on our home energy saving insulation job. They reduced our air leaks by 25+ percent. Previously, all the rooms were dramatically different temperatures during the cold season. Example: one room was always 10 degrees F lower than the rooms next door to it. Now, we can already feel (and see, by using individual room measurement thermometers) an enormous difference in the consistency of temperature warmth throughout all the rooms. (The example room has warmed up by 10 degrees F to be the same temperature throughout the rest of the home, too!) This has not only saved energy within this home but has also improved the ambiance, health and mood within this home, as the occupants are much happier. Chris Santos, Nicholas Lavine & Christian Feliciano deserve high praise: they were all very professional, respectful, honest, hard-working, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and accommodating; they completed outstanding, thorough, expert work here. We are extremely pleased with TCS, and will hire them again!

Turn cycle was great to work with. They kept us informed at each step of our project. Staff was friendly and able to answer all my questions.

We hired Turn Cycle Solutions to prepare our attic for blow-in cellulose insulation and install a hard pipe duct to allow proper ventilation for our bathroom fan. The team provided a very thorough project plan and executed the plan as promised.
They did a great job sealing and insulating the attic and left the area clean and neat.

We have had Mike Turcotte and his team at Turn Cycle Solutions (TCS) work on various projects at our home since 2019. Everything from bathroom and kitchen renovations, basement buildout and inside/outside repair/replacement. Most areas of our home have been worked on by the folks at TCS. Recently, Mike and his team designed and built a Trophy/Game Room to display a lifetime of my accumulated taxidermy (bow hunting for big game around the world is my passion). They handled everything from excavation, foundation creation, building, finishing, painting, roofing, wiring, lighting, heating, cooling and last, but not least, taxidermy placement and mounting. Every step of this project was done with perfection, professionalism and extensive communication. It’s the room I have always wanted and finally got around to have built. I could not have picked better people to do it. The iPhone pictures attached do not fully do the room justice. The room looks better than these pictures could show.

I was impressed with their work from start to finish. They were not only on time, and professional. The workers were skilled and knew exactly what needed to be done to make the job successful. I will definitely hire them again for work on our house!!! Great job Turn Cycle Solutions!!!

Communication was excellent through the whole project! Very accommodating to my very difficult schedule. Everyone on the project was very polite and respectful of my property. Drop cloths were put down everywhere anyone might have walked during the project. The owner of the company showed up both days to check on things which I was very impressed with. Finally found the dream team contracting company! Josh-RJ-Brandon-Izzy and Rock star Ric. What a wonderful group to work with through the dirt and grime of construction. Constant communication-well laid planning-respectful-helpful- available (Josh) -and always clean up each day. Living through construction is tough enough but this group kept it positive throughout-delays were minimal and the finish product amazing-exactly what was imagined. Even office staff a pleasure to work with-So much more could be mentioned but all and all trustworthy and delivered as promised-very thankful and looking forward to our next project.

This was our 2nd project with Turn Cycle Solutions. They knocked our first project, finishing our basement, out of the park, so when we were looking to add onto our house, we knew exactly who to reach out to. From design to execution they were awesome to work with. During the design phase we had the pleasure of working with Andy who was really patient with us as we had a lot of questions and a few floor plan changes along the way before we finalized everything. He was really easy to work with and he gave us tons of great advice throughout our build.

Chris was our man on the ground managing the project on site. He was easy to communicate with and was incredibly professional. I don’t think our project could’ve gone any smoother than it did and I know a big part of that is because of all the hard work behind the scenes by Chris. His crews and the contractors they worked with were also excellent, don’t want to forget about them either. I know it takes a lot of coordination to pull off a project this size on time and they definitely delivered. Chris gave us some amazing ideas as well that we capitalized on and it really took the finished product to the next level when everything was done.

Last but not least, Mike, the owner of TCS, is the best in the business. When we kicked off this project, it all started with him and Andy who I mentioned earlier. Right from the beginning, Mike gave us his undivided attention and made sure we got things started off right. Through out the project, Mike checked in multiple times to see how we were doing and to make sure we were happy with everything going on. While we were on vacation, he even reached out to give us some updates and a design recommendation that I would’ve never even thought of but really happy he did. He really helped us give our house some great curb appeal.

I can’t say enough how happy my wife and I are with our house now. Mike has put together an amazing team. His whole crew at TCS whether it’s his back office team all the way to his crews onsite are amazing to work with. Their dedication to their customers is unmatched and you can tell that they truly love what they do by the quality of the work they put out. The crew worked hard and explained what they were doing, completed the job within the amount of time, and picked up when job was finished. From start to finish, this was one of the best experiences! We met with Jake for our audit. He’s professional, knows his job, informed us what the project would be moving forward. That afternoon we got the proposal. Decided to do the work. The workers were all great and very considerate, on time and cleaned up after. I want to take a moment to commend a number of TCS employees. I am very pleased with the weatherization, air & duct sealing project in my home. The knowledge of the team & quality of work was exceptional. Jake conducted the initial residential audit and obtained timely approvals from the public utilities to launch the project. Ryan, production manager, scheduled the crew and arranged a meeting with me on site to review the scope of work in advance. Nice to know what and who to expect on the job prior to the date. David, production manager, was exceptional. He arrived on site and personally performed the two follow-up items to ensure the project was fully and professionally complete to TCS performance standards and client expectations. Josh, production manager, brought in his team, Rik & Izzy, who arrived this morning and completed the interior work. Exceptional work, drop cloths, protected floor and furniture, overall great finish to the project.

My wife and I can now look forward to not relying on wearing our wool base layers & wool socks 24/7 from November to March. Built in 1972, we were not fully aware how under insulated our home was until contacting your company. We'll have a warmer home and lower home heating cost. We'll gladly let the friends in my area know about TCS...we could have done this years ago.

We are very pleased with the work provided by Casey & Gabe. They were always professional and polite. They were totally focused on the task before them during the 4 days it took to complete the work. And, we greatly appreciated that they left the house clean at the end of each work day!

I recently used Turn Cycle for an upgrade to my house's insulation. Jake was extremely thorough and knowledgeable when he came out for the energy audit, and able to answer all my questions, and Turn cycle's communication with me throughout the project process was excellent.

The main sewer drain pipe in our house began to leak. A plumber came over and patched it, but before they could replace the drain, structure had to be removed. They recommended TurnCycle Solutions, a company with which they had previously worked. TurnCycle responded quickly to our call and set up an online management site. We worked out a schedule, and we were pleasantly surprised by the promptness with which the job was started. Chris Graham looked the job over, and he and his crew did the work. They were efficient and neat, working quickly and leaving no mess. TurnCycle's price was reasonable and their service was excellent. I recommend them for any sort of contracting job, large or small.

We discovered a link in our chimney. Less than a year ago we had Turn Style Solutions put insulation in our attic. We called to ask them to check attic and make sure no water damage happened to insulation. In a few days they came out. Luckily no damage to insulation. The installers Brandon and Mike did a great job of replacing the slider. They were professional and courteous. Rick the painter also did a great job. All showed up on time and the work was completed as scheduled. We could not be more pleased with the job Turn Cycle Solutions did.

This company is extremely professional and quick to respond to any issues. I had a misunderstanding with one of their drivers and the lady that answered the phone was very nice and quickly responded. I would highly recommend this company.
