Awsome store. I've known the family all my life, if the store doesn't have what you are looking for they will automatically order anything you need. With my last project, Lee opened my mind of stuff I really needed to complete it. They are a wealth of knowledge of any project I've had now and in the past. 100% will use them instead of the box stores like lowes cause of all the personalized help and ideas given to me.

PLEASE save yourself the trouble and NEVER take anything here for repairs. Claimed they fixed a riding lawn mower and when we brought it home the issue remained. Manager is really bad to work with when trying to resolve the issue that we had to contact the owner of the store to make it right.

I wanna say a HUGE THANK YOU to you all for helping our Corbin Marching Band get ready for our competition!!! It was a life saver!!! Everyone there is always so helpful and kind!!! THANK YOU!!!

W D Bryant Ace Hardware is undoubtedly the BEST hardware store EVER. We are treated warmly upon entering, offered assistance and escorted to where we need to be and further helped to find what we are looking for. Employees are personable, the store is clean and the cat is lovable! MUCH better than the big box stores.

If you can't find what you are looking for in that store then you probably don't need it , best hardware store I have been to in a very long time

We ordered some items online to be shipped to the store that weren't in stock at the store.

After being notified that the order had arrived, I stopped by after work to pick it up. Three employees greeted me as I entered the store. After telling one of them what I was there for, he walked with me to the area for order pickups, where I spoke with another employee to pick up my order.

WD Bryant employees are super helpful unlike the big chain stores.

The whole encounter took about 5 minutes. A lot more efficient than a big box store.

Friendly staff and alot of variety. The plants are great but so many tropicals and annuals. I want perennial so as to not plant yearly. Great place to shop though.

I needed a belt for a tiller. I went in this store and tried to find someone to ask where I could find them. There were many employees, but they were either chit chatting in groups or just told me they didn't know. Someone finally told me to go to the parts dept where there were 2 men. One said I would have to talk to the other boy, who was on the phone. I waited another 10 minutes for him to get off the phone. I asked for the belt I needed and he just acted like I was bothering him. I did buy the belt and left, but the service was so incredibly inept that I absolutely will not return. I have already passed the word on to family and friends to go elsewhere to shop. I gave 1 star, but wish I could give a negative number. Too bad since my family has shopped here for decades and it only took a bunch of bad employees to change that. This happened on 6-3-24

Best like every time, high quality stuff explains everything for really good price. Stihl support and all you want to find in one place. I’ll come again.

We went there with the intention of buying a Rotor Tiller. I went inside and there was four or five men just standing behind the counter. I told them my boyfriend outside needs help with the Rotor Tillers. I went back outside to where he was. The next thing we knew a young lady , my guess about 18 or 19 years old comes out to help us. She could not answer any questions about the specifications of the Tillers. She did not know anything about the sizes, the kind of motor or the make. He ask her if there was a problem after we get it home what is the return policy. She said we take no returns. She said we try all the tillers out so we know there is nothing wrong before you buy them. My boyfriend ask her how they try them out on an asphalt parking lot. She said I don't know but you can't return it for any reason. We left and went to Lowes and gave them our $1000.00 dollars.

Never take something there to be repaired. Their repair shop took two weeks to fix my chainsaw, charged me $110 and when I got home the saw wouldn't start. I took it back and told them I wanted it fixed and I was not paying them. A month later I got it back and they wanted $80! Only charging me for the carburetor they said. Never again.

I really love that they have a resident cat. The majority of the staff were very helpful and asked if we needed anything. It was clean and well organized. Impressed with the selection for grilling supplies. The bathroom was very clean and did not smell. As a woman I appreciate that. My only negative would be one employee at the registers who was dismissive towards those around her. I could tell her coworkers were used to it but I didn't care for it. Overall I really liked it there. Will be back

Shop here all the time. The people are great, owner is awesome. They will help you in anyway they can and go above and beyond.

Went here to get straw need for winter afraid prices will go up the lady was nice and helpful around 7 bucks a bale they had plenty

A wide variety of overpriced things. Not much different than Lowe's or any of the other major box stores in regards to quality. Just more expensive. However, I do understand why they don't let you pick out your own lumber there. Got some 2x8s that were absolutely horrible. Scarred up splintered in areas. Extremely filthy with various kinds of painting, print or ink on them. Had to spend an hour sanding them just to make them usable. And the lumber is more expensive than Lowe's. So definitely don't just let them load it for you and assume you'll be given a decent pick. That was my mistake.

Lee Bryant 1 of owners went way beyond to find my part for canner. Excellent customer service. Will shop there again They are about 50 miles from home

Ace Hardware is my local and favorite Milwaukee Dealer. I started with Dewalt but lost all tools to theft in Hoston, TX (At least we completed the job before tools got stolen!)

Milwaukee Tools just feel as the top of the top in quality per price as of NOW! I was a DeWalt man but Milwaukee has made me a believer!

I think they have surpassed DeWalt as #1 because dewalt is taking fan favorite items (banana ) off the market and replacing with (twiss your wrist JUNK!)

Plus RED is more a MANs color instead of YELLOW

Everytime I pull a Milwaukee drill / Saw / anything out EVERYONE there working is shocked at how much increased HP / Battery Life / Tool Durability / and Features Milwaukee provides!

They are putting DeWaLT, Craftsman (suck now was #1 years ago), others to shame! My Milwaukee is like a mustang 5.0 compared next to a craftsman drill (Kia SOUL)

Spend the extra money and have your tools last and DO the work you need DONE correctly the first and fastest time possible!

PS: One last thing..... Please order ONE KEY Ticks / Bluetooth Trackers! I use the app to track my tools and keep up with inventory.
