The people here are so helpful. Prices are higher than Lowe's, but because of the services and knowledge the people have who work there, I would go there every time over Lowe's

Great customer service, prices aren't overwhelming , the remodel does lots for the store, it's great to see that one of the stores that where here when I was a young man still exist. Great work to the owner

I love this local Ace Hardware store! They are always helpful. If you are looking for a hard to find piece of hardware, plumbing or electrical, they are knowledgeable and will help. They also are very knowledgeable with mowers, weed eaters and the like! They will help you to find a suitable substitute if the item or part you need is no longer made. They know what customer service is all about!

Sometimes, when it's more convenient, I run to lowe's, Every time I do that, I end up regretting it. I absolutely love this Ace Hardware. They know how to treat their customers. It's like stepping back in time. After spending thirty minutes in lowe's looking for a fitting with not a single person offering to help, I ran down here, and within a couple minutes, I had my fitting and backed out the door

Super friendly staff, great prices, and have just about anything you may need. Much rather shop here than large hardware stores.

Ace Hardware gets 5 stars from me because they are always on point with their customers and is very knowledgeable on the products in the store. Very professional staff. A cool place to shop on a hot day. Handicap accessable including the parking. It's next to the dollar general. There is a people's bank in the same parking lot. The buisnes is located in the first floor and is in a mall type building.

If they don't have what you need and have to order it watch out. I've had parts back the very next day,but have waited for over a week. Whenever calling asking if the parts had arrived yet,the woman got smart and said it'll get here when it gets here. Don't call us back we'll call you when it comes in. Well waited another few days before calling back and come to find out they never ordered it the 1st time.

I’m a Nicholasville resident who’s baking element decided to go out in a literal blaze of glory the morning of a family get together on July 4. Imagine my exasperation when I repeatedly discovered that none of the nearby home improvement stores had baking elements in stock. Delivery next day wasn’t an option. Ace Hardware in Danville to the rescue! The owner was great and confirmed they had exactly what we needed. A half hour drive later, a 5 minute DIY fix, and the family get together was back in business. Moral of the story - never underestimate the small shop in the smaller town down the road. They may be the first place you should look. And if you’re in Danville, make sure you check this place out for your home improvement etc needs

Exactly as advertised, wonderfully helpful people working here. This is where you go if you have question or need help. Opposite experience from the big box stores.

The guy who helped us was awesome! Very friendly and showed us exactly what we needed and we were in and out in just min. And wasn't being rushed.
