I needed repair of an old slate roof. Lynch came out right away, gave a clear and competitive estimate, and did a beautiful job. Both Jack Masloff and Zach Swanson were professional and responsive - by text or email - to questions. My project was delayed a couple of months for another project, but they came to discuss that with me in person. I highly recommend this company.

After suspecting we had some roof damage we called W A Lynch right away and asked if there was anyone available to give us an estimate. Two gentlemen came out that day and assessed the situation and even helped put a tarp over the area until they could come back and repair in a few days. We are so grateful for their responsiveness and for going over and beyond right before a storm comes in!!

I love my new roof! I was hesitant to get a new roof because I loved my old one and wasn’t sure I could get the same quality. W.A. Lynch surpassed my expectations!

Prompt response throughout process. Neal was great, he took the time to answer our questions before, during and after the project. We had solar panels added right after the roof was installed, and Neal worked closely with our solar installer as well. We would use WA Lynch again.

Promised an estimate, but never gave one and never gave information on their fees or rates. Sent a 2 man crew out to do a 1 man job and charged double because there were 2 men. Charged for hours of work not spent on my job and my roof still leaks.
Save yourself the trouble and find someone else.

Its a waste of time calling this Company. If they are out of work they MIGHT call you back. If they have work, they wont even give you a call back to say yes or no. This used to be a Class act when it was in Lynchburg. Its very sad to see them go down the toilet the way they have. It would have been better off had they just closed the doors.

We have used Lynch Roofing twice: In 2017 they did a phenomenal job of repairing a tricky water damage issue on our steep roof. It looks fantastic but more importantly it works!
Today, March 5th, 2018, we used them again. Winter Storm Riley ripped through here this past weekend with high winds and power outages. We had some big strips of shingles ripped off and were worried about incoming rain and snow forecast for later this week. I called this morning. They were FINISHED repairing the roof by noon! Just like that! They are professional, friendly and they will do the job right the first time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They came out, looked at the job and said they would do the work but that was the last I heard from them. I called several times over the course of months to get an update, leaving voicemail messages as well as messages with their secretary but I never heard back. Just a courtesy call to say they are busy or whatever is the least they could do when they commit to a job. Because of Lynch I wasted 6 months - nothing done. If you want someone dependable and responsive I highly recommend you look elsewhere. W.A. Lynch is neither of those.
