Good job on putting the roof but watch for the hidden fees. I’ve done a couple roofs myself. If there’s a rotten spot, cut it out and replace. Instead of cutting the spot, this company removes the entire sheet of plywood and charges per sheet. They managed to find 15-16 on our small home. Another hidden fee was tearing off a double layered roof. If they took the time to see the home and lift up shingles, they could have quoted correctly from the start.
