Window World of Fairmont

Very pleased with the service of Window World. We had five windows replaced in our home, way earlier than promised. The crew was one of the most professional, efficient groups I have ever had the pleasure of working in my home. They were very proud and humble for the gift of working for Window World. They explained how Window World gave them the opportunity to work and grow when they were down . I can understand Window World taking them in with the strong work ethic that was shown on my project. I highly recommend the Fairmont office for any work that you would need for your home.

The guys that put our door and storm door in were very professional and a good since of humer they did an awesome job.

It was a good experience all around. I loved that they weren't pushy or "salesy" when the fella came to measure the windows. From there, the install crew was efficient and cleaned up after themselves well. It was a smooth experience and they worked quick!

On May 23, 2025, Dameon Bruns, WW Technician, came to our home to repair a section of our living room picture window. It had been broken at a hinge as we had cleaned our windows. Dameon not only fixed the window section but he showed us the proper way to raise and lower the windows in order to properly access and clean them. He also shared a little pointer about how to raise the windows properly before closing them. I don't recall the installer explaining that when they were installed in about 2016.

Afterwards, we mentioned a problem that we were having with one WW large sliding window (one of eight WW installed on our enclosed patio). In short order, Dameon fixed that problem and showed us how to enhance the operation of the sliding features of those windows. He explained some other proper care procedures for those windows.

Suffice it to say that my wife and I found Dameon to be friendly, courteous, most efficient, knowledgeable, and a unique representative for Window World. Dameon has to be an asset to WW and he is welcome at our home anytime!

Many thanks for sending Dameon to our home for these repairs. We would be happy to give testimony about our 11 WW windows and Dameon's skilled work.

Windows came a couple weeks earlier than expected. The installers were nice quick and very clean with their work. They cleaned up after they were done, the windows look great and we're very pleased with the install.

Installers were very professional and removed and installed windows. They were meticulous with trim and caulking. Left no mess. Cleaned my new windows inside and out.

Installers were very courteous, friendly and professional. They installed the windows very quickly and even cleaned them afterwards. The trim that they installed on the exterior looks better than the original. They cleaned up around all the windows and installation area and made sure that we were satisfied. Very happy with Window World. The sales rep who first visited was patient with every inquiry I had and offered extensive details on all of my options. He was also able to offer 0% financing, which helped me to accomplish a whole-house window replacement vs a piece-meal approach over time. Despite it being a very cold winter, Window World took advantage of a small break in the weather to work me into the schedule during a brief warm stretch. The installers were a father-and-sons team who were very friendly and conversational and kept me abreast when I made occasional inquiries in each room. They avoided unnecessary capping of some really healthy and good-looking wood, which was my hope and intent. They replaced 13 windows in about 4-5 hours. My previous windows were the home's originals (~40 years old) with broken seals, drafts, and LOTS of moisture on nearly all of them. The new windows have made all of that disappear and aesthetically conform to my cedar-sided house. Quite satisfied with the experience and would recommend them to others.

They replaced 10 double windows and a picture window. So friendly and nice. I enjoyed them and their wonderful work.

Window World of Fairmont was great to work with. They explained everything in detail prior to windows being installed and after. The guys that showed up to put the windows in were great to work with and explained how to operate the windows in detail which may seem weird as its windows but there are little details of how to clean, how to tilt out and a security lock (which was so nice). Great place and the windows look beautiful. We would definitely use Window World again and will tell our friends about them. Great job!

Window World installed new windows around our house. We are very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of them. The salesman, installers and office staff are professional and attentive to our needs. The installer, Randoll and his partner worked extremely hard to complete the job in one day. I would highly recommend Window World.

My husband and I decided it was time to replace some of the original windows in our home. We visited the showroom to get an idea of the style and quality of the windows we wanted. The office staff was helpful and knowledgeable of the product. Luckily, we were able to get someone out the next day to take window measurements. Scott stayed for about a half an hour doing measurements and explaining the features of the windows. A second window measurement was taken a few weeks later before the windows were ordered to make sure everything would fit perfectly once they arrived.

We were thrilled when we got the call from the office telling us that our windows had finally arrived. Unfortunately, there was a big snowstorm the day of our appointment. I received a text from the installation crew to let me know that they could not work that day, but they would arrive bright and early the next day. I truly appreciated the update as many contractors we have worked with do not keep in contact and do not show up at their scheduled time.

The next day, though it was still cold and rainy, Randoll and his team showed up EARLIER than their appointment and got right to work! They worked hard, didn’t take any breaks and had installed our five windows within a few hours! I was shocked when they showed me that the windows had already been placed! I cannot speak highly enough of Randoll and his team. They are courteous, respectful, friendly and definitely hard workers. We truly enjoyed meeting them and appreciated all their expertise. The windows look wonderful! We are so glad we chose Window World and will definitely recommend them.

We recently had our windows replaced by Window World of Fairmont, WV. The customer service was awesome. Jenna, in the office, was very polite and cordial. Scott, the sales representative, was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. He thoroughly explained the options and the products available. Worked within our budget. Anderson Renewal Windows wanted more than twice the amount and only offered a limited warranty. Window World offered a lifetime warranty. So pleased with the windows, we are now replacing our storm doors.

I had a large window replaced in my kitchen. The installers were very professional and did a wonderful job! No mess. I would recommend Window World. I love my new window!

Got all new windows for our home in Morgantown and when we ran into an issue they made it right (all issues appear fixed). I will be sharing with my connections the good service we got.

I had forgotten how nice it was to look out of windows that were not cloudy. I can actually see clearly now, and how nice it is to see through, and not at a window. They are all so pretty! The men that came wasted no time in taking the old out and putting the new ones in. They were professional, courteous, considerate and efficient. They were completely finished and cleaned up by 1:30 pm, taking all the old windows, even vacuuming around the new ones to get the dust and residue that was left. All the windows look so nice. I have recently had replacement window installed in my entire house. Window World was able to accommodate my schedule and install my windows on Saturday. There was no extra charge for this service. I was amazed!! The installers were not only on time, they were a little early. These men were efficient, professional, and approachable. I am very pleased with the windows. However, the care, attention to detail, and workmanship of the installers was truly amazing. Fifteen windows in one day was remarkable! They have my respect for their work ethic!! I will recommend your product and these hard working young men!! They are truly assets to your conpany!!

We selected Window World to replace 9 windows in our old(1906) house. Two of the windows were from the 40’s and the rest from around the 70’s. These were all oversized 32”x69” and one 42”x69”. I was expecting to either to have a problem with correct sizing or excessive expense for these windows. Neither was a factor and after they came and gave us the info on window specs and estimated price, we had done previous research and the price was very close to what I had expected. We went ahead with the deal. They contacted me when the windows were done. We set up a date and time. The crew arrived at said date and time. Rondoll and his team were professional, polite, efficient and quick. All 9 windows in less than 4hrs. Finishing work was also quick and professional. Very Pleased! I would like to thank Rondoll and his crew again, good guys! Side note: I’m a retired residential contractor and plumber w/ 25yrs experience and also worked as a maintenance supervisor in a major hotel chain for 10yrs. I would highly recommend checking Window World out for any window replacement needs.

The Window World installation crew was outstanding. They made it very clear that their goal was my total satisfaction. They were respectful, diligent and hardworking.
The crew leader walked me through the process they would follow to do the window replacement, and explained how they would complete the finishing touches to assure a finely finished project. We had old metal single pane windows that we knew would be a bear to replace. The guys came and fought with those windows and got them out, cleaned up the mess and installed our new windows. I was in the market for windows for my home after comparison of different companies. I decided to go with Window World. Their windows were of rail door maintenance free in a lifetime warranty. The first year I had them install six of the 20 windows the crew of randoll Santana was very punctual professional knowledgeable and great customer service. This year I had the remaining 14 windows installed with one stipulation, that Randoll Santana screw install them. His crew was just fantastic. They treated my home as if it was their own. They took the extra step to offer fantastic customer service. Randoll‘s crew is an asset to your company. They not only installed the windows, but they cleaned up very little mess took off their shoes. Went inside my home and even cleaned the windows. Excellent Randoll‘s crew with great customer service. I recommend Window World for everyone in need of windows.

You can't get them to do the Warranty Work , they delay and delay some more . If you want a window to just fill a hole and not use it like a window you know open and close for fresh air , then these are the ones you want but if want a window that works you better shop elsewhere

I called to get an estimate and have 18 replacement windows installed. I had all intentions on using this company because windows are their business. The nice lady who answered the phone said it would be approximately 2 months for someone to give me a quote and it would be 6 months after that before they could install. I have never had any business tell me their services are 8 months out. Lowes hooked me up.

My windows are beautiful! They showed up on time, stayed for 7 hours, no breaks, no hanging out, no talking on phone. All business. Cleaned up every thing. Took all trash with them. Outstanding job. So very impressed. I've had a lot of work done at my home recently and Window World is #1 in my book.

Window World is a joke when it comes to honoring their “lifetime” warranty. Had patio doors installed last year and the screen door on one quit sliding and always comes off. Have been trying to get them to come out and look at it for months! Every time I call to have them come out, I always get an excuse that they are busy and short staffed. Guess what???? That is not my problem!!!!!!

Update.....Window World finally called back out of the blue to let us know someone was coming out to look at the door. The issue was the installer forgot to remove a piece that allowed the screen door to slide. Changed from one star to three stars as they fixed the issue. The fact it took a year to get someone to come out and was here less than 10 minutes needs improvement.

I am very satisfied with my new windows from Window World. The guy who did the installation was professional, did a great job, even corrected a lousy job done around windows by company who did my siding. Plan to have the remainder of my windows done in the near future.

The crew arrived a little before the stated time. Went right to work. The foreman was very professional and friendly. They were very efficient and obviously knew exactly what they needed to do. They installed the windows and cleaned up everything while they were working and when the job was finished. We are very happy with the price, product and installation. I will definitely use them again if needed! Thank you Window World!
