We added a two car garage onto our existing garage in 2018. Under the garage door would receive a lot of water every time it rained. We had door contractors, General contractors and concrete contractors look at it over the years and still could not stop the water from coming in under the garage. Great experience with them. Aaron called and set up a visit and was here that afternoon. He did a great job of inspecting our roof and going over what we wanted done. We told him we wanted 2 separate estimates one for the roof and one for gutters, soffit and fascia.He was quick in getting the quotes back to us and we was well pleased with the price. Logan contacted us and said they will bring the trailer out and start the next morning at 7:00 am. Come 7 o"clock his crew arrived and got started and was done that afternoon. You could not tell they had even been here everything was cleaned up. A-1 General Contracting was a excellent experience from start to finish. The sales staff are laid back, but professional, and the rates are very reasonably priced. They pitch a sale with a conversation that is comfortable and not pushy. We dealt with Aaron and it was a very pleasant experience. The scheduling group stays in constant communication if there are any delays or issues. Mea kept us up to date at all times. Logan and the management staff were also very communicative. Finally, Carlos and the rest of the construction crew knocked out roof out in no time, and the construction is top notch. We are very happy with our finished product. They even did a great job on the cleanup as well.

A1 exceeded expectations on the new roof they installed on our Victorian style home which was a difficult project.
My experience started with a reference from a friend who recommended A1 to replace a a roof on my home. I contacted A1 and within a short time received a call back from the Owner, Logan Marino. He arranged to have their project manager Aaron contact me the same day and within a few days, he came down and presented a proposal that was far more detailed than a competitive proposal. After a short negotiation, we agreed to do business and the work started on my home within a few weeks of signing the contract. The crew of 8 people headed by Carlos arrived early and worked late each day like a well organized machine moving and installing materials in a neat and efficient manner.
The crew was polite and respectful and when they finished the job, cleaned everything up. Before the contract was concluded, Cedric came down to get my feedback and walk around to check out the quality of work. He also wired up the new attic fan and made a few minor adjustments in the gutter area and walked around the house to make sure all waste materials and nails were picked up.
What I appreciated most was the timely , open, and honest communication at each step along the way from everyone on the team.

I am preparing to sell my house and have been stumbling through the process. A-1 Construction was a real find!. Although my job was a repair and not a complete replacement, I was treated with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Since the roof on my home was installed in 2006, having to replace it wasn't exactly in my plans. But after several episodes of wind damage, I had to face reality. An online search for the best wind-resistant shingles led first to the GAF website and, ultimately, to GAF certified contractor A1 General Contracting and Repair. I called and spoke to sales agent Aaron Currey and he wasted no time in visiting my home to explain all the available options and advantages of the GAF Timberline HDZ shingles line. His presentation was thorough, easy to understand, and convincing. And the price he quoted was fair and reasonable.
Fast forward to last week, when I was happy and relieved to become A1's latest very satisfied client. My home now sports not only a sharp new roof showcasing very attractive architectural shingles, but gleaming and durable seamless gutters as well. It's an impressive transformation.

A1 General Contracting recently replaced my roof and gutters. Their workers were outstanding. They were fast. Replaced the roof in approximately 10 hours and the gutters and downspouts in 5 hours. They were very neat. When they were finished, my yard looked like no one had been there. The yard was clean. They also ran a magnet over the yard, so there were no nails. This was much appreciated so no nails got into tires, feet or the lawnmower. I also felt that the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

Great crew to work with. Logan (owner/manager) was quick to reply during planning for the work and very friendly. The crew took pride in their work and knocked out two roofs in three days. That was along with all clean up. I especially appreciated multiple members of the crew going around the house and garage multiple times with rolling magnets to ensure that all nails were removed.

A1 recently replaced my roof. It was getting to be late in the year and a couple other contractors had wasted quite a bit of my time, but A1 promised to do their best to squeeze me into their busy schedule. Not only did they manage to do so, it was sooner than they had initially hoped. The communication was top notch as was the quality and speed of the work. My roof and new gutters look great, and not a moment too soon as it’s been constant rain and snow since the work was done. No leaks or any issues to speak of. We ran into a snag when the siding choice we wanted was not longer available due to all the set backs of COVID and wasn’t being manufactured. Luckily with their determination and possibly me dragging my feet on a second option they did a search and found the siding we wanted. They didn’t hesitate to go pick it even if it was a distance away.
