Let me tell you, after weeks of dealing with the usual BS from door-knocking roofers and the insurance runaround, meeting Doug from Volusia Flagler Roofing was a game-changer. The guy showed up last Friday, and by Monday, the job was done. No kidding, that's efficiency.

This was my first time dealing with a roof repair, and I was pretty much bracing for some contractor trying to screw me over. Doug was nothing like that. He was honest and fair, didn't try to inflate the costs, and didn't pressure us into signing away our insurance check, which honestly, was a massive relief. Even better, when the insurance only approved a partial fix, he didn't blink. He just got it done.

Seriously, Volusia Flagler Roofing is the most honest company I've come across in this whole process. When it's time for a full roof replacement, I'm not even bothering to call anyone else. Doug's the man. Highly recommend.

Good day folks! If you are ever in need of professional roofing service and expert repair, I would ask for your first consideration and choice be Volusia-Flagler Roofing, LLC. I have a band new home where we installed a large 48 panel solar system where I have a metal roof. Well one afternoon during a fairly heavy rainstorm, while playing UNO with my son, I felt drops of water hitting my head, looked up, and the water was coming from the ceiling where the drywall was visibly saturated. Very concerned and mildly upset, called the solar company customer service hotline and explained my situation and expected immediate service call. To their credit, the solar company contacted Volusia-Flagler Roofing for their initial diagnosis action and boy did they spring into action. Almost immediately I was contacted by Doug, please remember his name, and Doug dispatched his most trusted roofing professional Andrew and Andrew was an absolute roofing master. He came into my home, mentally graphed out the portion of the roof to inspect first and literally in under 45 minutes discovered the roof leak point, had to get parts from a local supplier, and was back on my roof and completed the repair. Andrew, as a professional noticed surrounding installation flaws and corrected them. I just could not believe the complete repairs experience. Had the rooftop dryer vent replaced. Volusia-Flagler Roofing explained what would be done, and that things like replacement shingles might not match exactly. They went above-and-beyond to make sure they got the same manufacturer shingles, made sure I understood everything being done, and made sure I was happy at the end. I had a small leak from my roof that allowed a slow drip to hit my dining room table! I called 6 different roof repair companies and never managed to speak with a single person. Then I called Doug at Volusia Flagler Roofing at 8:35AM on a Tuesday. He himself answered the phone! I told him of my problem. He listened patiently, suggested that the roof, which was only 3 years old, may still be under warranty, and that I should try contacting the business that installed it. I told him I had tried that, but that business was no longer in business. He told me that he was working on a job, but once he finished it later that day, he could come by and check out the problem. He said he would call before coming. About 3PM later that same day, he called and said he was on his way. A half hour later, he arrived. Imagine, same day service!!!!! I explained the problem, he pulled out his ladder from his truck, and climbed up the roof and found the problem. When he came back down, we discussed the problem and he suggested his solution. He told me he did not have the necessary materials with him, but he could come back the next day, sometime in the morning. He told me what his total charge would be (higher than I hoped but lower than what I expected!). I told him I would not be home the next morning, as I had a doctor's appointment. No worry, he said, as he only needed to work outside on the roof. The next morning, about 10AM, he was here (according to one of my neighbors) and he fixed the roof (we all hope! We need to wait for the next big rain to make sure.). He left after about a half hour. He called us about 3PM that day to tell us that the job was done. Imagine, same day service, a service tech who does what he says he would do in the timeframe says he would do it, for the price he quoted before he began. Doug earned a true 5 star review!

Recently had my roof replaced and solar panels installed by other contractors after Hurricane Ian hit Cape Coral. I Recently noticed some water spots coming through inside if the house. My solar contractors sent out Doug and Nathan from Volusia-Flagler Roofing. Both gentlemen were professional, courteous, and detail oriented. Doug and Nathan spent time in the hot attic in the middle of the day, simulated a rain test and stayed up in there until they were able to find the leak. Once it was found they had the leak fixed in no time. I am grateful they have fixed another contractors issue and I can now sleep at night, in clear skies or rain knowing it was done right. Thank you guys for coming down to Cape Coral from Daytona to help me and my family out!

I was having a difficult time obtaining a roofing company to repair the roof on my shed. I called approximately 10 businesses and had no luck; they would not take the job. I put a post on Facebook and Doug Miles was recommended. I spoke to Doug in the morning. Late afternoon he came and looked at the roof. Contacted Volusia Flagler regarding a roof repair. Doug was so responsive - he came out the same day and provided an estimate that was reasonable and a fair price. After hurricane Ian I utilized Volusia-Flagler Roofing to cover my roof until insurance and roof replacement could take place. I am very happy I used Volusia-Flagler roofing because my neighbor used another company to put on their tarp. Then when hurricane Nichole hit unexpectedly shortly after Ian, my roofing protection stayed on and is still protecting my roof. However, my neighbor's who used another company to put a tarp on to protect their roof after Ian, well unfortunately for them the company they used did not do quality work and their tarp is long gone. Really happy I did not use the other company and went with Doug owner of Volusia-Flagler Roofing.
