Ryan did a great job removing our chimney as requested. He arrived on time, was very neat with cleanup and our roof looks great! You can’t tell we had a chimney. He explained all that he did and was very friendly. Highly recommend and will use him again when needed!

I am new to Florida as I just relocated here from NJ. I had a leak in my roof and called a few different 'so-called' roof experts. Most didn't even bother showing up and another tried and failed at the repair. Then I got lucky. I called A&R Roofing. The owner (Ryan) himself came over within an hour, went up on my roof, told me in detail what the problem was and emailed me his bid before the day was out. The price was very fair and I immediately hired him for the job. Roughly 3 days later, he called me, told me what day and time he was coming and stayed here until the job was completed. Great job. Ryan was recommended to me by a coworker. I had a large tree branch fall during a storm that wrecked my drip edge and gutter. Ryan was willing to do this smaller job and never tried to talk me into a reroof as it wasn’t needed. Took a few weeks to complete but they did excellent work and let my yard immaculate. Great local company for all of your roofing needs!

Ryan and A&R Roofing did a wonderful job on our roof after Hurricane Ian. They came out promptly after the storm to help dry in the damaged roof. Ryan came back to walk the roof with the adjuster and help in the process of getting insurance to cover the roof. As soon as we got our check from the insurance company and called A&R Roofing, they came out immediately and got us on the books. They told us that they were about 3 months out but then after just one month they were able to come back and do our roof much quicker than the original estimate. They do a wonderful job and come highly recommended. If I every need any additional roofing work done I will definitely use A&R Roofing again.

We have had the opportunity to use A&R roofing after Hurricane Ian had done some damage, but not enough for insurance to cover. We called Ryan and he showed up on time and gave us a reasonable quote. We signed the agreement thinking that it would be a couple of months before the work could be done. He called 2 weeks later and advised that they had ordered the shingles to be delivered on Wednesday after a Tuesday tear off. The shingles were not delivered until the tear and prep work were done. We opted for a solar roof vent also, through Ultra Beauty. They coordinated the installation with Ryan so everything was like clockwork. They protected the bushes with tarps and cleaned up any debris. They were done the next day with the dumpster being picked up timely as well. We just went through Hurricane Nicole with gusty winds and I am pleased to say that not a shingle was disturbed. This is the 2nd time we have used A&R in our family. We can’t say enough good things about this company. I would highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good about A&R Roofing and Ryan and his wife. From start to finish they were not only extremely informative, trustoworthy and helpful, but also just kind and compassionate. They provided an extremely competitive (best price around) estimate, and completed the work well and with lightning speed. They also helped me after I paid/did the work with more administrative stuff which just goes to show they aren't just there to make a buck but really care and want to help. Thanks so much guys! -On the first day I caught a worker scraping off old roof into my A/C unit on the ground below. He seemed not too worried about that when I said something to him. I had to find something to cover it myself and later take the grate off the top and clean out all the stuff that he pushed into it.
-Had to ask workers twice to not throw cigarette butts in my grass.
-Second or third night when crew left for the day I used magnet rake they left and picked up enough metal (nails and debris) to fill a 2 gallon flower pot. Even though they put tarps down.
-I had to show them nails that were blown through drip edge on west end of house and drip edge overlapped in the wrong direction same area, which they fixed.
-On same side of house there were a number of shingles that were not trimmed and were hanging over the edge and were visible from the ground when looking up.
-Still have a piece of drip edge with overlap going wrong way on flat roof. I remedied myself with a piece of flashing that got left behind. Looks awful.
-When job was done I noticed they hadn't installed ridge vent over carport roof, which was discussed with salesman beforehand because of primary attic storage being there. They came out a week later to install that.
-The week before Thanksgiving I called Jared (sales guy) because I had a leak around chimney. He said he'd be there in two to three days to fix. Two and a half weeks later still no call / no show. Had to call him back. He came and applied sealant to flashing around chimney.
-A few weeks ago I noticed evidence of water leaking through on the ceiling of Florida room and also an area of the main roof that seemed very soft and spongy. I was told that Ryan would come out to look at it, but they sent an estimator. He told my wife the soft spot was normal and there was no sign of water on ceiling of florida room. I had to call him back and explain the situation. He came back and smeared more caulking over the area I had reported last year. I looks terrible. He never addressed the soft spot.

Overall the roof looks pretty good but there seems like there is no oversight as to what the crew is doing. I can't recommend using them.

We called for a commercial roof repair. They showed up and completed the job with no problems with top notch service!

Ryan and Ali were very professional to deal with! Ryan came out and gave an in-depth estimate of work to be performed at a very reasonable price. There was a minor delay, at no fault of theirs. The shingles we chose were not being shipped to warehouse. Ali offered us another option of same quality and cost, and work was performed shortly thereafter. They were clean, professional, and fast. Roof looks really great, even the wind mitigation inspector commented on the quality of work! We highly recommend A&R Roofing!

Top notch job, done by a top notch local family owned company. Not only was the communication, work, and timeliness of the job 100%. The crew was very friendly as well. The quoted price was also better than all others I received. Ryan was very happy to answer all questions I had. Even when quoting, I told him I thought there may be two layers of existing shingles to tear off. He was the only one that actually climbed up on the roof to look for himself and found that I actually only had one layer. So he knew he was quoting correctly. All other companies I got quotes from just took my word and quoted me the additional tear off cost. I highly recommend that you give A&R Roofing a call for any roof installation or repair needs.

A&R Roofing was extremely prompt and professional. Ryan and his team patched a hole in our roof after a branch fell over our garage. We were happy with the quote we received, after the work was completed, it was a couple hundred dollars LESS than originally quoted!!! (that never happens lol) You would never know the patch wasn't apart of our original roof, we are extremely satisfied with the professionalism and quality of work! We hired Ryan and his team to re-roof a condominium building... I want to start off by saying he was extremely professional from the beginning, and kept his word every step of the way. He informed us of additional costs promptly, and him and his team worked very very hard for a week straight to get our roof replaced. They showed up every morning at 7:30 as they said they would, cleaned up after themselves every evening, and every one of his guys were professional, courteous, and hard working. Also, his pricing is very competitive with other area roofers. If you need a roofer in the area, I highly recommend him.
