Vincent was fair and upfront with the cost of my fence project. My questions were responded to very quickly. Even through unforseen circumstances with permitting and utilities being marked with the county he was understanding and flexible. He was also concerned about delivery of materials being tampered with before work started and made sure materials arrived as soon as his team arrived to start to mitigate any issues. Very thoughtful. He and his team followed through on the schedule quoted and delivered a wonderful fence around my property. Highly recommend his company.
My family and I just moved to VA in September 2022, and VM Home Improvement was the second contractor company we contacted. The first one stopped responding soon after the initial contact and walk through of our new home.
From the start Vicente was responsive and helpful. He came to our house the day after we moved in and walked throughout the house with me. He listened to my ideas and provided me with guidance on how we could make the changes happen. He provided me with an initial quote that was similar to the first contractor’s quote, as well as to what we found when researching pricing on the projects.
Off of our first impression of Vicente, he was very professional, informative, personable and experienced in his field.
Since that day, he and his men have renovated one of our full baths and our kitchen. Both of which we are EXTREMELY happy with and couldn’t be happier. We’ve heard nothing but good praises from everyone who has seen the work and have highly referred VM Homes to them.
We have plans for other renovations and extensions to our home over the next couple of years and we plan on using VM Home Improvement for these remodels.
